“Dubrillion taught us a valuable lesson, that even when your foundation seems steadfast and your bulwark unshakable it can always be eroded; this is what we will do to The Republic. The Listening Post will identify Pro-Imperial Cells on Republic worlds in the Northern Territories and those who choose to sign up will be dispatched with supplies of war to see these Cells armed and emboldened. They will rise up, cause trouble, chaos and force the Republic to divert resources towards dealing with them lest their foundation crumble. And if we liberate their worlds it will be all the easier to establish a local defence force from those loyal few who fought in our name under Republic oppression.”

"The Imperial War Machine is a large and ravenous beast, if it is not continuously supplied it will weaken and wither. To prepare for the upcoming war in the Northern Territories the Listening Post will identify various small scale production facilities ranging from farms to power pack factories that are yet to commit to supplying either The Empire or The Republic. Those who sign up to this mission will remove their privilege of waiting to see who will win and... 'encourage' them to supply The Empire. Your methods could be that of the silver tongue, strength of arm, coercion or blackmail. I care not, so long as our stockpiles are swelled before the war begins proper.”

“As war fatigue sets in tensions begin to rise on the home front. Core Imperial worlds remain beacons of patriotism but the fringe worlds, those that have been subject to Republic temptation and propaganda, that feel the cost of war all the harder, begin to stir. Isolated riots have begun breaking out all over the Imperial Frontier. Small, dedicated, forces are required to deploy to these areas and suppress the rioters. Collateral damage and civilian casualties must be kept to a minimum, but these riots must be quelled before they grow and spread. A few well placed examples will do.”

“As war fatigue sets in tensions begin to rise on the home front. Core Imperial worlds remain beacons of patriotism but the fringe worlds, those that have been subject to Republic temptation and propaganda, that feel the cost of war all the harder, begin to stir. Various small groups of dissidents have begun to form and whether they are funded by the Republic, formed by Republic infiltrators or simply disgruntled citizens who have acquired weapons they are now considered hostiles and/or traitors. These dissident cells are enemies of the Empire and are not protected by its laws. Small, dedicated, strike teams are required to deploy to where these groups have been identified, find where they hide, and purge them before they can spread their taint. It is paramount that evidence is gathered before execution, civilians or other collateral damage are not permitted.”
