Entry One
The Chiss rose before the Holo device – having found a place upon Kaas to privately engage with it. The stark blue figure painted by black robes and a training figure along with a pair of burning red eyes – that through the shimmers of the recorder lost some of their life in the husk of the machine before her. Yet there was not a move beyond that – two hands were levied over the front of her torso in a cross.
The girl began speaking – each subtle que of her ever so eloquent voice flowing with the chosen tongue of the Chiss leaving most listeners likely quite entrance yet baffled by the complex inflections of it’s inherent nature.
“To begin…”
[i]Giving the camera a small sigh and slight break in posture,
“How I’ve missed talking in the tongue of my people, it is far superior to that of the as those of so called Pure Blood themselves would put it ‘Aliens’ – I started this diary to vent more than not – constant formality without break is a constant drain as is the attitude of those unpractical beasts that are around me. Constantly they undermine merit either by stupidity as was the case with the Apprentice yesterday, an absolute failure to understand comparative skill and the Overseers… they insult me, oh how they insult me.
You’d think those chosen to lead the empire would be far less insulting to those there are supposed to teach, at least those who achieve a task far better than others – hmph yet they feel it ‘fair’ simply to irrationally bash the skill of Acolytes that have through evidence proven this.”
[i]The Chiss took a moment to welcome the whomever might be watching with a single gesture of her right hand,
“Hmph – there is a reason the Empire is struggling and the Ascendency have stayed strong after all – I only wish I could work with more far efficient comrades and labour under the true merits, rather than ridiculous lies presented forth…”
[b]
The Girl’s complex tongue suddenly caught and her burning gaze drew downwards – seemingly halting on her words before once again starting up to display a far mellower tone,
“I… Miss that you know, whoever you are – I do hope you understood this – it probably means you are someone who I can talk to beyond formalities, truly I do… I…”
[i][b]With this she paused - directing her gaze seeming to something slightly of to the side finally offering the camera a moment of silence presenting a sharp pause before she finished whatever she was going to say – suddenly straightening up once again her head no longer hanging low. The unit as if upon a timer shut off but a moment later.

Entry 2
The Chiss, dressed in black robes. She strayed from side to side, her burning red eyes drawn towards a shaky hand; this was cast before her in the direction of the blue cast image. It quickly fell once more upon her lap, once more spoken in fluent Cheuh, it’s stuttering danced from her tongue conveying immense displeasure at something, anything.
“I fired lightning from my fingertips, it was training, practice something I wanted to learn, yet… There it called upon my deep passions, something that I had held in control, it felt… well it felt, powerful dangerous a weapon that could easily backfire. I wanted to learn it. I had it trained, I thought it would give me a logical edge.”
She let out a large sigh, her shoulders were drawn upwards in a heavy movement.
“Am I a monster? I know you can’t-answer but maybe I-can. Force-Sensitive’s are kept-exiled-disciplined for crying out loud… Quite simply because th-we are dangerous… Yet here I am and it only just hit me, what am I actually doing… I know what that spark that lightning could do if it was continued further. I know what it did to me!”
She quieted. A gaze falling upon her hand one presented before her, it quivered, it shook, until finally it came to a conclusion forming a gauntleted fist. One she stared. The moments quickly tick by until she once more finds her tongue to speak.
“There was something else, I don’t know whether I saved him or if he’d survive either way, my use of the force helped an Imperial out, I don’t know his name. But he said several words sincerely, they felt earned… Just two, just two words made me break form with a stutter. I honestly didn’t know what to say, still don’t. Though even in my shame, in my ramblings… I might be stupid, arrogant for using them… but those abilities helped him… Whoever he was, Maybe it’ll help the Empire… Where it seems my Duty currently lies…”
She trailed off into the distance as a click was heard and timer ran out. The Young Chiss vanished from the devices projector in her last moments upon screen, she seemed strangely confused as if not quite reaching a conclusion.

Entry 3
The Chiss once more appeared in the flickering blue hue of a holo-image. Painting herself and the black robes she was endowed with in a different light, as always she stood relatively tall. Seemingly presenting both hands upon her forefront, seemingly allowing her red gaze to see its path downwards upon the viewer. Speaking in her demanding tongue, she sung in Cheunh
“I feel these Aliens are growing more and more pathetic. Some, deserve respect others barely deserve my politeness and I can’t help but think I’d take joy in their eventual suffering. As a purely logical result of their pride and arrogance, along with other self-evident flaws.”
She tightened her right hands grasp upon the left, as if strangling her digits under duress, the way it was pronounced so unfit for her rambling tongue
“Acolyte Johran; Constant Passivity and lack of courage, Acolyte Leive; Naïve, easily amused, Acolyte Sherrena; arrogant, prideful - lacking in self-awareness as to her qualities and position, Acolyte Matentus…”
The Girl seemingly allowed the camera, a small smirk to draw at the edge of her lips. As she drew her head forward, no longer cast down upon it. Allowing her eyes to truly focus upon the item before her,
“Oh-not bad for an Alien. Neither is Acolyte Rendvir, nor Acolyte Natellia.”
As this line of thought followed through, the slow dip of her head eventually everso slowly followed further allowing her eyes to drift downcast
“I still remember the world of ice, Yarrick I-V, I had to be reminded of the name, it really wasn't important. Neither was the mission, yet the experience of it. Still rings true, I remember the look and feel more than anything else, for once it felt like home. Ice and fire were always such pretty things, like my people. So I guess it might not be so accurate to say they are the Aliens… Since I am only one here after all."
The Girl faded as a seemingly nebulous timer ran out.

Entry 4
The Chiss raised her gaze, fire burning within it. Both hands were held behind her rear as her rigid stance would suggest, she stood tall in the images shimmering form. Her tongue called out to the camera, with a beautiful melody seeking to capture what came before it. Speaking in Cheunh
“Well. It is time we begin, first of all. I believe it might be worth noting that, the new Acolytes are particularly pathetic. There are but two new faces, that have even bothered to catch my eye. Those of any particular merit including Acolyte Challisa, while I have seen little of this Girl she reminds me particularly of a younger me. Without the talent afforded to the Chiss, she still holds herself somewhat respectably. However her attempt to push me around shows that she based her assumption solely upon my species, with very little analysis from what little I’ve seen and with the bias towards her species. She might very well succeed. The second Acolyte Loa’Lordiru for a completely un-noteworthy species beyond weaknesses. Has proven herself to be resourceful if anything, again without the ability to analyse or even follow orders or even speak the same language that resourcefulness has fallen flat.”
The Chiss thinned her lips.
“However there is something many of them lack. Even characters I’ve judged in a positive light before, ambition. Typically in a fair system, the ambition is only to serve and thus be rewarded simply based on your merit to fulfill your task and role. Upon taking Lord Tokiai’s words into consideration. My young self did not calculate as such, only ever looking for knowledge to complete the tasks at hand and never much acknowledging a future goal.
I still don’t care for Sith games.
Though since I am to play them, I must comprehend what it takes and thusly must seek ambition beyond what I already have to push to the forefront. Perhaps Acolyte Vinitia would be a perfect testing ground for this theory. As her Cousin was the last to elicit great annoyance from me, their failure to both their duty to the Empire and laterally to each other, would make a perfect grounds from an ambition based argument.
For now, I will continue to seek out a Master. I think beating Acolyte Rendvir would be an excellent way to show merit.”

War in the Northern Territories
The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!
|
"The Northern Territories shift under the weight of changing times. With the passage of the ICOT, internal strife amongst Imperial Forces in the North has lessened - though never abated. Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."
((OOC: The Balance of Power system has begun! Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state at the start of the next war arc will determine how strong the Republic will be in the area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
