Sernpidal - Jewel of the Horuset Powerbase

A small holorecording would play once the file was downloaded. A synthetic Imperial voice would speak, near entirely monotone.

"The efforts of the Horuset Powerbase within the Sphere of Production and Logistics has seen their influence spread far into the Northern Territories of the Sith Empire. Moff Klovin, Moff of the Dalonbian Sector, has seen it as a benefit to the Empire to allow the Horuset Powerbase management and influence over the planet within his sector. Ever since the resource shortages have come into place, Sernpidal has long since been without slaves, workers, materials and transports alike. Sernpidal has been ground to a halt for years and only now with the light that has been cast onto the planet by the Horuset Powerbase within the Sphere of Production and Logistics, is its restoration underway.
The shipyard over Sernpidal is split into three orbital stations, each with two production bays able to produce a variety of craft for the Sith Empire. Retrofitted back during the Great Galactic War, Orbital Station Aurek is able to produce and repair the Harrower-Class Dreadnoughts, Terminus-Class Destroyers and the old S-Class Heavy Cruisers of the Sith Empire, provided the materials and work force is available. Orbital Station Besh is capable of producing and repairing BX-5 Dreadnoughts, Delta-Class Carriers, S-Class Light Cruisers and Gage-Class Transports. Orbital Station Cresh is suited for the production and repairs of smaller craft like Fury-Class Interceptors and  the various shuttles, fighters and bombers of the Sith Empire. In particular, Orbital Station Cresh was once the mainstay of producing the B-4D Legion, the B-6 Decimus and the M-7 Razorwire, all Bombers of the Sith Empire. This enables Oribtal Station Cresh to produce such craft faster than the other orbital stations."

And as soon as it had started, the brief recording was done. Following, the file would go into detail concerning the shipyards over Sernpidal, the contributions made from across the Empire and the production lines of the shipyards.

Orbital Station Aurek:

"Orbital Station Aurek was swiftly retrofitted by the Sith Empire during the initial years of the Great Galactic War to serve as a station capable of repairing and creating Harrower-Class Dreadnoughts, Terminus-Class Destroyers and S-Class Heavy Cruisers. Initial plans for the conversion had been laid months before the Sith Empire's resurgence that started the war, such is the nature of the government that was already secretly controlled by the Sith Empire. Orbital Station Aurek has two production bays and both have in the past done extensive repairs on Harrower-Class Dreadnoughts through its long decades of service to the Sith Empire. As such, both production bays have gained an efficiency towards such operations. Such efficiency will mean that if resource quotas are met, that repairing Harrower-Class Dreadnought projects can be completed at a much swifter pace. Currently, Lord Kalkoran has saw fit to arrange for the clearing out of several offices and meeting rooms for the Horuset Powerbase to use when directly overseeing the Shipyards and their management."

Orbital Station Besh:

"Orbital Station Besh, like its Aurek counterpart, had plans for the swift conversion towards the Sith Empire's ships months before the Sith Empire reemerged. As such, throughout the Great Galactic War Orbital Station Besh was churning out a variety of supporting Warships, repaired and created from scratch alike. Gaining an efficiency towards the creating such vessels, Orbital Station Besh can see both BSX-5 Dreadnoughts and S-Class Light Cruisers created more swiftly due to the experience of the systems in handling such ships over the decades of service. Hit the hardest from the resource shortages, Orbital Station Besh had been stalled for years with no end in sight despite the efforts of the Sphere of Production and Logistics towards fixing such an issue before the Horuset Powerbase took it over."

Orbital Station Cresh:

"Orbital Station Cresh was originally part of an asteroid that hung in a high orbit of Sernpidal's sun. Using engine and repulsorlift technology, the asteroid was dragged into an orbit of Sernpidal before it was mined out entirely for its resources. The husk of the Asteroid, though little of it now remains, became the foundations for the Orbital Station. Devoted towards the mass production of Bombers, Fighters and other craft of similar sizes, Orbital Station Cresh saw the most use throughout the wars against the Republic, its Bombers known throughout the galaxy and invaluable in any Admiral's Fleet. The B-5 Decimus Bomber and its later named updated version the B-6 Decimus were both designed and originally built at the Sernpidal shipyard, and it is Orbital Station Cresh that was tailored towards such mass production for the Empire."

Planetary Housing, Slave Camps and Warehouses:

"While the Shipyards in orbit build and repair the ships, it is on the planet of Sernpidal itself that spare resources are stored for later use by the Orbital Stations. The Warehouses of Sernpidal store the necessary materials to create the ships while housing is provided for the technical staff who are relocated to the system to work on the shipyards. Transports have awaiting bays in a plethora of different spaceports and the slaves that are sent to Sernpidal in bulk are arranged into manageable camps on the surface far away from the other three resources by foot. While the Shipyards over Sernpidal may hold the strategic importance for the entire system, without the infrastructure that had been built up by decades of war tailored towards such production and the ongoing efforts of Moff Klovin, the restoration of Sernpidal would be a far larger task."

Ongoing Crisis
War in the Northern Territories

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

"The Northern Territories shift under the weight of changing times. With the passage of the ICOT, internal strife amongst Imperial Forces in the North has lessened - though never abated. Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."

((OOC: The Balance of Power system has begun! Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state at the start of the next war arc will determine how strong the Republic will be in the area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
