"It has become apparent that not every Acolyte is introduced to this Powerbase in as comprehensive a manner as some of their peers, and so this document has been drafted to aim to see that rectified. When introducing an Acolyte to the Horuset Estate, Sith and Acolytes are requested to see these points covered with them at the relevant points of their introductory tour."
Shuttlepads: Inform the Acolytes that from here they can shuttle to Korriban and Kaas City and back as they please, as well as our flagship, the Th’Asidra have they need to, but any other travel is not permitted without authorisation of a superior.
Imperial Camp: Usually something I only touch on in passing for the Acolytes, noting its location just so they're aware of it should they happen to need it.
Acolyte Camp: Where they'll be permitted to sleep - arrangements for individual bedrolls are to be worked out between themselves.
The Security Checkpoint: Inform them they'll be searched on entry and exit to the Estate, and as standard, anything bar their robes, foil, House-issued datapad and holocom are contraband, with the rare exceptions of some cultural items. Here is also a good point to note that the whole Estate is surveilled, and the grounds patrolled.
As you’re entering the Estate through the checkpoint, the cells sit on your left, the quartermaster to the right - point these out to them on the way.
The Main Hall: Access through here to the Upper Estate through the elevator, as well as the rooms in the hall itself.
[ooc note: icly the stained glass window in the upper ceiling is the horuset sun, so ideally emote this if your character wouldn't comment on it if possible!~]
The Meeting Room: Not open to Acolytes unless summoned there by a superior.
The Medbay: Acolytes will receive any essential medical treatment here. Visiting patients is permitted, but Acolytes can be ejected at any time by the medbay staff should they desire to. Supplies in this room are strictly look but do not touch for Acolytes unless otherwise specified by the appropriate personnel.
The Throne Room: Access through here to the Throne Room and Conservancy Balcony, the former ONLY accessible if summoned by the Dark Lord herself directly, the latter one can be summoned to by her Conservancy as well. If one has not been summoned even lingering by the doors is not advised, and the guards will not permit access. Trying to force access will end very badly for them.
The Cantina: Acolytes can receive three meals a day here. Lingering in the room is tolerated, though discouraged.
The Force Ruins: A nexus of Dark-Sided energy, Acolytes may find the ruins useful for both meditation on the Dark Side, and for the early practise of force powers, especially those that are inherently aligned to the Dark Side of the force.
The Archives: Inform the Acolytes that they can access files on the Acolyte archives from this room, but are not to eat, drink, or fight in it, offensive force powers included. Extended conduct rules for the Archives are available within them. The current Sith Lorekeeper is Sith Tarimra, and his two assistants are Apprentice Luvane and Neophyte Kotimi. Recommended reading for an Acolyte just joining the Powerbase would be the two Clarity of Governance documents, the Edicts, and the Tenets of Tradition. In regards to the Clarity of Governance documents and the specialist Sith mentioned therein, it's worth noting to them that as standard, the Powerbase's Sith's frequencies are all public, too.
The Lab: For Acolytes, unless they are admitted to the forging initiative currently headed up by Apprentice Sutta'Qo, the equipment in this room is off-limits; they are permitted to pass through.
The Training Room: The preferred place for teaching, training and engaging in martial combat - saber forms, spars and duelling. The spare vibroswords in there are not for use by Acolytes, and though they are permitted to use the training probes they likely will not find them much use until after if and when they ascend. The training area itself is often referred to as the pit.
Tour Conclusion: This has been done as a separate point as I'm aware some people conclude tours in the training room, and others the archives. Regardless of which route you prefer, the Acolytes should also be informed of who the current Overseers, Purifier's Disciples, and (as both branches are currently headed up by them) Envoy of Tradition are. Loosely speaking the Overseers are the advised first point of contact for Acolytes for most matters, and the Purifiers' Disciples are for matters of tradition.
