The Horuset Logistics Hub, commonly referred to as: “The Logistics Hub” or “The Hub”. It functions as the central headquarters of Horuset Logistics, firmly placed on Sernpidal ground close to the power base’s most valuable asset: the Sernpidal shipyard.

The idea for this “Hub” came after a decree by the Hand of Horuset, Lord Kalkoran stating that all assets owned by the Horuset powerbase should be consolidated in the northern territories. At the time acting head of Logistics, Apprentice Madros Dutrosu took this a step further by creating this hub granting anyone who should need it a place to move their assets to.

The Hub is built on an at-the-time abandoned industrial district that was left to decay after the first galactic civil war. The plot of land now referred to as the Logistics District was purchased by Apprentice Dutrosu and then leased to the Horuset powerbase.

The District is placed on top of one of Sernpidal’s many lakes, which has also proven to be one of its main sources of power as various Hydro-power generators keep the entire district up and running.

The construction of the headquarters began shortly after being completed at a rapid pace using Pre-fab building materials, created by the Apprentice Dutrosu and the at the time Apprentice Sutta’qo. Since then they have become a staple in most construction projects completed by Horuset Logistics since their deployment to the planet of Dubrillion.

The hub manages the day-to-day logistical operations of the powerbase in rotating 12-hour shifts it’s loyal staff manages everything from organizing shipments to planning out the most efficient refueling strategies and much more.

The hub is currently owned and overseen by its creator apprentice Madros Dutrosu, it functions as his, and other members of the Logistics branch’s personal workspace. keeping them close to where they are needed most.

Spoiler: The Sernpidal Logistics Flotilla

The Sernpidal Logistics Flotilla, or the Logistics Flotilla in short, Operates out of Sernpidal it is headed by its two Gage-Class transports: Th’zasa I and Th’Zasa III act as the main ships of the Flotilla, although Th’zasa I is assigned to Salvaging operations under the H.S.I. It helps out when it is needed. The Flotilla also deploys a large fleet of Imperial shuttles, their numbers reaching in the thousands they are the cause for the daily flow of goods to and from assets all around the powerbase and the Northern Territories.

Recently amongst the resurgence of a sith cult threatening the Horuset Powerbase extra security measures were set in place as this cult showed skills in infiltrating the ranks of Horuset. Most notably every shuttle in the logistics flotilla got outfitted with a security droid. And both Gage classes got half a company of droids added to them.

Spoiler: The logistics network

The logistics network is the backbone of the daily purchases and trades for materials Horuset Logistics makes to keep Sernpidal shipyards up and running.The network originally created by Apprentice Dutrosu and his master Sith Leive was an attempt to reduce spending on expensive materials from large resellers by buying and sourcing resources locally.  In reality, the network is a collection of warehouses and resource depots placed on several key planets in the northern territories and the rest of Imperial space. Resources are bought locally from production facilities on the planets at a reduced price often in the form of lucrative trade deals. From here they are stored in their respective warehouses until they are picked up by the logistics flotilla. Currently, the logistics network holds twelve of these facilities spread over Sernpidal acting as the main hub, Orsus, Plooma, Belkadan, Nez Peron, Serreno, Bnar, Mygeeto, Dromund Kaas, Dromund Fels, Dromund Kalakar, Ord Rodama.
