The apparition emerging from the electric blue light of the holocom is undoubtedly the silhouette of Ahandra herself. Clad in a Dark robe with prominent, ornate shoulder pads and a heavy cowl, she stares at the viewer for a moment of unbroken silence. Then, she lifts her left hand, brandishing her long nails, as to invite the viewer to listen closely and hear what she has to say:
"The sixth set of edicts are designed by myself and my husband, Lord Kalkoran. These rules are set in stone as of the publishing of this recording and are here to reflect the challenges of the new time, as well as to capitalise on elements of this powerbase we deem important. They are more than just our will, they are our vision. The direction myself, Lord Kalkoran and the Conservancy have chosen for the powerbase. They are non-negotiable. They are... absolute. "
The First Edict: Rearranging the Conservancy
"With the powerbase growing steadily, we find that more varying expertise is required. While we remain true to our purpose in the Sphere of Production and Logistics, we have long since started encountering challenges that surpass a mere logistical focus. The Conservancy, the leading administrative and executive body of the powerbase needs to reflect this. As such, the Envoy positions will henceforth be inspired by the Dark Council's traditional division into spheres. Each Envoy will be responsible for the respective focusses of two or more spheres. With this said; one of these sphere focusses will take precedent over the other. He who holds the seat, decides what this entails. Additionaly, the position of Envoy of Inquisition is considered obsolete. In its stead emerges the Envoy of Resurgence, an agent focussed on strategic and logistical superiority. The intelligence-focussed Sith that once served the Envoy of Inquisition will be placed under the Envoy of Tradition instead."

The Second Edict: Expanding the Sith specialisations
"The same way the Conservancy grows and embraces multiple disciplines, so too must the Household Sith expand. Our experiences on the battlefields of Plooma, Orsus and Dubrillion have taught us what the powerbase requires to be succesful; skirmishes in the Northern Territories have shown a new urgent need for competent organisers, strategist and logisticians, and our ever continuing strife for inward perfection demands the creation of new support niches."
These new specialisations are:
- Sith Harbinger (Diplomat)
- Sith Preserver (Sith cultural heritage focus)
- Sith Immortus (Sith Healer/Prolonger of life)
- Sith Marauder (Scout)
- Sith Logistician (Resource Gatherer from Neutral and Empire)
- Sith Raider (Resource Gatherer from Neutral and Republic)
- Sith Artisan (Sith Metallist, Crafter and Creator)
Below follows an overview of the changes: The Household Sith ranks
The Third Edict: The Resurgence of Familial Tradition
""Vassals, and the taking of them have been a common concept within many iterations of the Sith Empire throughout history. The current Sith Empire, is not feudal of nature. Families still coalesce around their bloodlines and who their ancestors are and after decades of war against our ancient enemy, there are many Sith Houses that rose to prominence and just as many that have been obliterated from the history books entirely. This new edict seeks to prevent the latter by introducing tiered system, introducing six different contracts that can occur between houses within the Horuset Powerbase. A clear path forwards, to ascend your family line up the ranks and rebuild old grandeur or forge anew a name. This tiered system serves as a cursus honorum for the entire bloodline; officially recognising it as a intuitional part of the Horuset powerbase. This recognition becomes prestige, and prestige is a powerful springboard to success for the ambitious Sith..."
Behold the tiered system as envisioned by the Hand, Lord Kalkoran: The Sith Houses
At that, the holorecording would come to an end. The Darth makes one final welcoming gesture with both her hands before the hologram fades...
