Attached to the file is a prerecorded holomessage that plays when selected. The form of Sith Rojarus appeared a moment later in the classical cyan-white hues of a holographic transmission, the electric tinge accentuating some features on the Pureblooded Sith while diminishing others. He clasped his arms across his armoured chest, the long, heavy cloak shifting with the movement, the armour comfortable as an embrace. His cold, sharp gaze glowed even through the projection, while his deep, soft, slow voice rolled through the recording like a lullaby.
“During our deployment on Tertiary Kesmere as part of Operation Stormline, the Horuset Powerbase encountered several organisations. One of these, the Jedi Shadow Cell code-named ‘Open Arms’, has proven a consistent thorn in our side through its involvement in the Ironbackers Charity Foundation, serving as a light for the planet’s recovery, led by a certain Doctor Maria Swanns. Recently, the ICF under Dr Swanns earned Republic backing to construct a hospital in a heavily fortified area on Anx Minor. This cannot be allowed to stand, yet we lack the intelligence required to execute a strike: this, you will rectify.
“Your task is simple: deploy to Anx Minor undercover and scout the hospital’s location, evading the Republic’s notice. If opportunity knocks, you will capture a member of the local garrison for further questioning.
“Never Waver; Never Relent..”
With that, the hologram flickered and faded from view, leaving the viewer to access the remaining information.
Location: Anx Minor, Raioballo Sector, Imperial Northern Territories
OOC Location: Tatooine!
Objective: This Operation has two Primary Objectives (mandatory) and one Secondary Objective (optional).

Secondary Objective I: Capture a garrison soldier.
Timeframe: The Operation Team will have a month to complete the Operation.
The 21st of August is the deadline!
Estimated Party Size: Sith Rojarus recommends a party of three to four.
Three means planning when to set a date for the Operation for three people, with a hard cap of four. Please find a DM within this number.

Mission Overview:
Upon a debrief, we've embarked on a shuttle ride to the world of Anx Minor. We've landed relatively close from the target destination, from which we've perked up on a vantage point. Scouting from there, we've established a rough size of the settlement, followed by an attempt to infiltrate it in person. Suffice to say our cover up hasn't been broken despite a close call nearing the mission's end.
However, Acolyte Malcuus has been relegated to overwatch duty from the original vantage point, while myself and the other have managed to secure two IDs from the local to freely walk around the settlement. It has to be noted there's a certain level of exasperation with the militia, given their lack of uniformity and a level of seriousness in such line of duty. Something that could've been noticed by the stationed's soldiers frustration with a substantial group of inebriated militia. An angle to remember on the future deployment, along the fact that anyone who appears wounded will be treated on sight by the Ironbackers who have an established presence and one I confirm, judging by their uniforms and the Acolyte's descriptions.
We've scouted majority of the area around the hospital, however, no soldier seemed to be alone for a quiet capture. Moreover, with the a close call of a potential compromise, I've called for retreat as we returned to the shuttles.
Our findings are the following:
- the settlement is rather large, spanning roughly up to three kilometers,
- local militia comprised mostly of Cathars,
- said militia performs mandatory ID checks, two of which we've managed to secure,
- lack of any uniforms for the militia, making attempts at infiltration easier at this level,
- on the contrary, the Republic forces seem wary of anyone and the militia,
- the Republic attire converges with what has been reported on Vykos, implying relocation from that post,
- there's a strong anti-Empire sentiment, visible on banners and callings, this being a motto of "Freedom or Death",
- the majority of the settlement are prefab buildings, with refugees being in the majority of inhabitants,
- these prefabs however are no slum, as they're looked after and kept in a good condition,
- the hospital lies at the very centre of the settlement, towering over most buildings,
- there's an established presence of Ironbackers, judging by their characteristic uniforms,
- the hospital seems to be the most reinforced place in the area, while having only one point of entry.
Closing thoughts:
It also has to be noted that the amount of members of Cathar species in militia, topped with a popular motto of "Freedom or Death" spread all over the place, has me inclined to see a potential link with happenings on Nam'ta. Then, the size of the garrison itself would lend itself neatly for a further attempt to infiltration, which would be easier by the two IDs secured during this deployment. Yet, it is apparent how quickly the settlement grows and in a matter of time it will turn into fully fledged garrison.
Then there's the ICI. It wouldn't be a stretch to assume that with with their presence, they're more than likely to have a member of Open Arms in the vicinity. Call it a paranoia, but given their activity on Tertiary Kesmere, I'd find it unsurprising to stumble across at least one of their Shadows in the system.
To close off - anyone without knowledge of Dampen Presence should be put under scrutiny for the future deployments. Acolytes might get a pass due to their meager presence in the Force, but that is an unwarranted risk regardless.
That is all.
Signed,
Sith Zveris.

The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!
The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!
 |
After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
