The Vipion Powerbase
Unless clearly marked as "classified" the information is able to be accessed. Schematics or specific maps of locations are universally restricted to all save Lord Vipion.
Spoiler: AKIRATIS DEVELOPMENTS
The company serves as the financial banner of the Vipion Powerbase, with many of its members taking part of it. Many major assets owned by the powerbase have been incorporated into this company, and multiple smaller sites exist under its banner. Involvement with the initiatives of others tends to go under the banner of this company, and the multitudes of engineers and workers employed by Lord Vipion and the Immortus branch are a part of this company.
Rakghoul vaccines are regularly produced here.
ORSUS
Reclaimed industrial areas were gained after multiple missions that ensured its stability (Orsus Missions I). The facility on Orsus works to research, develop and produce multiple technological projects, specifically energy and ray shields of various types, typically a production that takes time for larger ones. Many of its efforts have been turned towards developing the innovations that the Anx Minor campaign required. Currently the staff within are working on shields for project “bulwark” alongside Sith Tutki, with further expansions outside of the facility to be expected in time.

TIWURA- GOLDEN SUN SPACEPORT INVESTMENTS
(Sith Tiwura- Restricted)
Sith Tiwura holds investments in the Golden Sun Spaceport, restored by Apprentice Roi. It has allowed for several private hangars to be reserved for the Vipion and Zynn powerbases and currently hosts shuttles to assist in shipping resources to and from the planet.
PINIT REFINERY- PLOOMA
The restoration of infrastructure on Plooma was offered by Lord Saltaeon through Pinit Industries, largely a metal refinery with lines of production for mass-producing weapons and droids if required. In exchange for Sith Vipion's investment, she was granted a basis to work off on Plooma and a portion of the refined resources for herself.
BACTA FACILITY- PLOOMA
The profits from this facility were used entirely to fund a bacta facility on the other side of the planet using the abundant farmland available. Currently it produces naturally-grown bacta and adds to the Powerbase's stockpile of such, one of several within the powerbase. Some of the staff from this facility are on loan to Sith Dutrosu's facility on Sernpidal.
NEZ PERON- BACTA FARM
After a conflict resulted in the loss of the Serenno bacta farm, a deal was struck between Lord Sarias and Lord Vipion that allowed for the building of a joint facility with the profits split between the production of Sith Sarias' medical kits and the powerbase's own development of healing technology.

Spoiler: AKIRATIS TIBANNA STATION
AKIRATIS TIBANNA GAS PLATFORM
(Details largely classified, overview is not)
Acquired by Lord Vipion during her Sith Trial from the former Lord Estral, with the assistance of Sith Andnoa and Sith Vi’kas during a time where all three of them were at lower ranks. Since then, the formerly derelict platform has been transformed into the heart of the Vipion Powerbase’s industry. A large, circular platform with several rings upon it, the station is several hundred meters long. Hundreds of, respectively, slaves, soldiers, scientists, and workers live here. Sith Tiwura owns a stake in this station and has funded its expansion.
The Akiratis Tibanna Station possesses an automated warehouse, a railyard that has been restored for shipping the tibanna, and four supremacy-class starfighters. Below are living quarters, and the platform has been outfitted to allow for refueling when required at the expense of the output of the gas.
The vast majority of the gas is sent onwards to the Horuset powerbase’s war effort directly, with a small percentage of its production set aside to supply chemical and scientific endeavors. Much of the original production was used to fund its repair and expansion. The station maintains a portion of a stockpile for emergencies, part of an initiative created alongside the Logistics branch of the powerbase.
Automated warehouse:
Originally dilapidated, the station has seen its warehouse restored to full function, often serving as a storage space for more than tibanna. Several layers of this warehouse exist and its internals are a maze, doors upon doors that lead back to the same place that they return to. The specifics of what is contained within this labyrinthine warehouse are known only to Lord Vipion, but it does include a stockpile of supplies in conjunction with the Logistics branch in case of surprise deployments.
Refinery:
The platform has begun refining portions of its own gas, and is currently capable of refining a portion of of what it produces under Sith Tiwura’s supervision and ownership in a section of it.
RESTORATION EFFORTS
Engineers were acquired from Sith Sarias, slaves from Sith Zarchas, and droids from Sith Leive, all used with the intention of restoring it. Over time, multiple operations were completed in order to facilitate the staffing and restoration of the platform, along with smaller individual missions taken, several of which were set up by apprentice Daxze. Of note, there was:
Operation “Starstruck”, completed by Apprentice Ghûl, Apprentice Vayek, Ensign Rees, and Apprentice Faelice, brought specialized staff and some repair supplies.
Operation “Engineering the Engineers”, completed by Apprentices Vayek and Varrixon along with Specialist Haldeen, allowed a surplus of specialized repairmen and repairs.
Operation “Train Robbery”, completed by Apprentice Emlar, Apprentice Vayek, Sergeant Trisdane, Specialist Rennab and Private Drak'far. This allowed the full repair of the station’s train, and also allowed for access to a large shield generator that has covered the exterior.
EXPANSION
The details of this are kept close to the chest of Lord Vipion. Acolyte Rhysand was able to secure funding by arranging for an “unfortunate accident”, and Krassus Horuset completed a “favour” for Imperial Intelligence that has secured initial funding for the venture. It is undeniable that the station is expanding, though for now the second platform is yet a skeleton being pieced together.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/11mVV...xfIQw/edit
DEFENSES
The station is garrisoned by several hundred soldiers and many more engineers, the station is protected by a large shield generator. The shield generator is meant to buy time for reinforcements to arrive in the unlikely case of an attack, and it can be fueled for quite some time to provide Sernpidal time to act. There are proximity sensors and alarms in place, along with a minefield that has been extensively mapped.
The shield generator was gutted temporarily in order to be utilized upon Anx Minor. It has recently been replaced and returned to its initial purpose, with the former shield generators being utilized for developments in warfare.

Spoiler: XAKERSTA
Xakersta
The Xakersta was a ship formerly in the hands of Clan Drubu, a Mandolorian clan that had fallen on hard times after a series of battles, those battles resulting in the clan’s fracture. The ship was placed on the ZD-895-L refueling station near Zahrnix and left vulnerable. News reached the powerbase of the ship’s vulnerability, and the decision was made to allow them to be left alone until the last moment. When that moment came, a team led by Sith Temekel Vipion, accompanied by Apprentices Emlar, Daxze, Rhave, and Vayek, arrived to “negotiate”. Surprisingly, the negotiations worked.
The ship was renamed “Xakersta”, the low Sith name for “Vengeance”, an homage to the ship’s original name, and the repairs were taken over by Lord Vipion who is currently in possession of it.
The Xakersta does not possess a hangar, its power instead focused upon firepower and speed.

Spoiler: CLAN DRUBU
Godzo Drubu and Lord Vipion came to an agreement about working together further. This is an uneasy pact, as clan Drubu is dogmatic in their beliefs. They are willing to do jobs in exchange for pay, but far less willing to compromise their honour or publicly declare their side in the ongoing war between the Republic and the Empire. There is little trust between either party and plenty of caution. Still, they are a useful contact to have, and they are willing to purchase any beskar the powerbase acquires with little fanfare.
Spoiler: THE DAUNTLESS
Ship Type: | Delta-Class Carrier |
---|---|
Sith Commander: | Lord Vipion |
State of Repair: | All systems fully operational |
State of Crew: | Fully manned /td] |
Current Location: | Belkadan |
Sith Hazlem, Sith Zynn, Sith Tiwura, Apprentice Racta, Sith Stuza, Apprentice Roi, Lord Vipion | |
Service Record: | The Dauntless was originally in Darth Malgus’ fleet, part of the stealth armada that went missing due to his betrayal, and crewed by several hundred loyalists of Darth Malgus and their families. Officially, the ship was reported as lost during the battle of Ilum. Fearing execution, the group grew and developed a small farming colony in the unknown regions of space, where they lived as isolationists, occasionally raiding and scrapping many of the starfighters that were present on the ship in order to support their colony. Fifteen years later, the captain fell into a coma, and a new officer took over, one of the children born on the colony, deciding to raid for their supplies that were deplenished. After this, they continued, beginning to terrorize the lanes around Belkadan and Helska, utilizing its slowly failing stealth technology in order to arrive and disappear without a trace. Slowly this began to affect Horuset’s economic prospects. The Horuset powerbase with its reaches in the Northern Territories began to search for information regarding the vessel, and slowly discovered a particular set of patterns regarding the ship. A coalition was formed to acquire the ship- with resources from Sith Hazlem’s Kirjis project alongside Apprentice Racta, Arbitrator involvement under Sith Zynn and Sith Tiwura, and the Sons of Orsus with Esme Roi were assembled to catch and capture the ship, which was successful. The settlement of the original Dauntless loyalists have been isolated but also provided supplies in order to survive and recover, an attempt to slowly re-acclimate them into Imperial society. During the Anx Minor campaign, repairs on the ship were rushed, and a patchwork group of fighters to supplement the depleted ships were assembled in haste by Esme Roi. These pilots received the opportunity to be Imperially trained, but they are still largely residing in the ships that they came in. The stealth technology from the Dauntless was salvaged and placed onto the Herald, Leviathan’s ship, and the rest was maintained by the Vipion powerbase in order to work to replicate it or utilize it. The Dauntless, as such, represents a project by multiple individuals in the Horuset powerbase. Currently it flies often over Belkadan, a signal of hope and reclaimed purpose. Viper Squadron, a small fighter squadron piloted by Sith of the Horuset Powerbase, are based from this ship. Esme Roi worked with Sith Vipion to recruit fighters during the Anx Minor campaign, and it currently is a staging ground for projects of her own. |
Spoiler: DUNAN RUSU'S DROID YARD
Dunan Rusu, a former colleague of Temekel Vipion, was brought into the fold after multiple acolytes broke into his compound on Kaas on her orders and handed him the holocommunicator. His former compound has been given increased security, staff, and a small compliment of guards that rotate from the Vipion estate, just enough to provide Imperial protection, though they give the man and his workers a wide berth due to his fondness regarding his own makeshift defenses. He is regularly provided with new pieces of technology and funding, and recently he has been put to work attempting to replicate the stealth technology the Vipion Powerbase has come across.
Dunan Rusu is a savant with technology and is capable of replicating most items given time, resources, and a blueprint- or something to deconstruct. He also holds connections to the Sphere of Technology. Mostly he is put to work developing smaller batches of equipment as required for smaller branches, such as stealth generators or slicing kits, while able to produce standard droids at a modest but capable rate.
Classified:
Stealth Technology for small starships have been researched for some time by the Vipion powerbase, some of it removed from the Dauntless and some of it taken from the Kaasian Gunshow. Currently some of it is being retrofit onto ships of Sith Tiwura’s for the Arbitrator branch, and a large amount of it is currently on Leviathan Squad's ship, The Herald.
A large EMP was built during Anx Minor, and multiple individual smaller charges have been developed since then.
IC-RF
Placed on Jaguada, this facility has hosted much in the way of biological and chemical research, doubling as a facility to contain dangerous pathogens of varying sources. An extensive defense system is largely focused on battling breaches in containment that would cause these pathogens to break free, either from internal or external sources. It has hosted several research projects including the development of specialized shells and neurotoxins, and possesses a small modular production line that largely exists for developing and improving said production lines, particular for things that have not been produced by the powerbase before. Finally, it is a teaching facility that has allowed the training of specialized scientific staff, some of which have been lent to Apprentice Nivalis for his projects with cybernetics.
Much of the research publicly conducted there has been focused either on the production of natural bacta or the synthesizing of synthetic bacta, and it exists as a project between the Immortus Branch, Sith Claviger, and the Horuset Research Bureau.

Spoiler: SOLDIERS
The soldiers of the Vipion powerbase guard the estate, man their ships, and fight where required. The largest garrisons are on the estate, the IC-RF, and the Akiratis platform. Originally lent to them by the Horuset powerbase, they have since been replaced by ones recruited specifically by the Vipion powerbase through various forms of recruitment.
Currently, soldiers are beginning to be recruited to the Vipion powerbase through promises of allowing the families of soldiers to receive both citizenship and advanced medical care, targeting areas of mass casualties and those soldiers who were returned to full health on Anx Minor. Efforts to recruit specific engineers and technological specialists are ongoing.
An agreement with Darth Khaion (then Lord Krax) was made, trading some bacta technology and specialized engineers in exchange for allowing a very very small portion of his recruits over a period of time to be sent to Lord Vipion.
The soldiers within the Vipion powerbase are all part of the 142nd division.

Spoiler: PHOENIX SITE
Originally reclaimed in an operation of Sith Tarimra's, the Phoenix Site is one of the several sites available to the arcanists within the Horuset Powerbase, and Lord Vipion maintains it and ensures it is not disturbed by others. An ancient tomb that is being cleared with the assistance of the Imperial Reclamation Service, it possesses several areas of note- ancient scrolls that are being documented for the empire, cursed items (being dispelled with the assistance of the Horuset Powerbase), and a large ward that is powered by the dark sided nexus of Korriban, allowing for practice in dispelling it.
Spoiler: BACTA PROJECT
Bacta Project
A long-suffering project of the Immortus branch, bacta was originally introduced to the powerbase by Lord Vipion through an operation that allowed for the trading of key ingredient with the Vratix, the species on Thyferra that developed the technology. A second series of operations secured the employment of Aster Harris, a scientist specialized in this project, and other missions allowed for the building and funding of equipment. Internal politics led to Sith Kelsa claiming the grounds for the first project, with the majority of the staff and half of the equipment reclaimed by Lord Vipion. This led to the project’s expansion- first to Nez Peron with Lord Sarias splitting the proceeds and building it through funding and missions, and later to Plooma after working to expand upon a production line of Pinit Industries with Lord Saltaeon.
After the Anx Minor campaign, the Empire’s sources of kolto dried up. This led to expansions by Sith Hazlem on Belkadan, assisted by Sith Zevasa. Logistics through Sith Dutrosu also built their own facility farm, with the incubators and staff supplied by the Immortus branch.
Currently the Immortus branch is developing the recipe for synthetic bacta at the IC-RF. Lord Sarias is working with Development to protect our natural crops from the Sullustan blight.

Spoiler: HOWLING SHYRACKS
(Sith Tiwura- Classified)
The Howling Shyracks, a pirate clan originally working under Sith Zarchas, were brought back under the fold of Horuset control by Sith Tiwura with the assistance of Clan Drubu. Currently they serve to assist the Molokar Slave facility owned by Sith Zynn.
Spoiler: VIPION ESTATE
Located atop a smaller mountain in a range to the north-west of Kaas City, seeing the estate as a singular building or location is inaccurate. With caverns both natural and carved into the mountain face and multiple ledges and small valleys, the estate hosts dozens of modern buildings that often jut out strangely from ancient architecture and natural features, some that extend to nearby peaks. Despite its array of defenses and structures, the estate is not thoroughly mapped out or even explored. The main points of interest include smaller laboratories, at least one private library, and living quarters for the family. A large shield (and multiple smaller ones) is able to be raised in case of an attack, and it is garrisoned by both Vipion soldiers of the 142nd and a small contingent of Tiwura Militia.
Classified information:
An independent comms system is staged here.
Tiwura Militia
The Tiwura Militia is a group of retired Imperials who are being trained for specialized combat- currently numbering 65, they have been trained with the assistance of Leviathan Squad and provided with weapons by Apprentice Roi.
Spoiler: KAAS APARTMENTS
Several floors of a skyscraper on Kaas made Temekel Vipion’s primary residence for a long time, relatively poorly recorded within the Horuset Powerbase. It possesses automated defense and a small personal laboratory, along with advanced medical bay where necessary.
Currently, multiple members of the House and Lord Vipion's powerbase stage smaller apartments and projects there.
It holds a large bay for droid repair. Currently the bay and its resources are allocated to Apprentice Yallanda Kalkoran in order for her to study droid construction and design.
[REDACTED] Two smaller units act as safehouses along the outskirts, meant to be approached from the jungle.

Spoiler: THE DORSI
The Dorsi
As a young apprentice, Lord Vipion came across the “Rust Runner”, an ancient d5 mantis that was falling apart at the seams. Showing a personal love for it, she slowly had the “Dorsi” (“rusty”) constructed in tribute to this fine vessel. Almost every original piece of it has been replaced, from the chassis to the hyperdrive. This ship was her home for many years as she traveled through the stars, the humble exterior belying the fact that it does in fact drive, and quickly at that.

Spoiler: OTHER VESSELS
Other vessels:
Two fury-class interceptors are currently owned by Temekel Vipion, one of which is currently being unnamed and being retrofit for Arbitrator purposes. The second one, the Kûras, was commissioned from Sernpidal upon her ascension to Household Sith, and she flies it where the Dorsi is inappropriate to bring.
A defender-class Light Corvette was retrieved by Krassus Horuset, and it is utilized by the Horuset Powerbase for any missions into Republic Territory.
Multiple shuttles are used to transport Tibanna gas and other resources, with a small handful retrofit to be used as mobile labs in a project shared with Lord Sarias.

Spoiler: PRESERVER BRANCH RESOURCES
Preserver Branch Resources
Collected by Sith Vi’kas over time in order to assist the preserver branch, this includes a large group of masons and building droids (some purchased from Azutek) along with a blackstone quarry upon Ziost that is outfitted with multiple droids.
They are utilized by the current members of the Preserver branch.

Spoiler: LINES OF CREDIT
(Restricted)
An agreement with Colonol Stervasa has allowed a line of credit to be established for projects, on the agreement of a return on his investment with interest. A similar line of credits was privately established by Sith Tiwura (Vayek Vipion) with the assistance of Sith Andnoa (then Rhave Vipion), the deal made with the Muuns close to the Northern Territories. Further lines of credit occur due to investment by Sith Narazri through his holdings on Serenno.

Spoiler: THE KORRIBAN OFFICES
The Korriban Offices
“Like many of the Sith, the Vipions built a small office section near the Korriban academy as a base of operations for scouting the crops of acolytes for apprentices. Whilst more expansive than was ever needed, it provides a small income in renting out offices for the use of other lesser Sith. However, following the destruction of Korriban at the hands of the Eternal Empire the offices are far less lucrative than before, almost any profit made having now been put back into the offices to reconstruct them.”
The Offices remain one of the few assets that the Vipion family retained over multiple leadership changes, considered unimportant enough to not be lost or otherwise burned down, and fairly easy to reclaim. The offices are a sink of credits for the satellite members of the Korriban Vipions who are largely left to their own devices, but it provides both residence and training to those who wish to study there.

Spoiler: ANCIENT LIBRARY- JAGUADA
Formerly owned by Sith Zarchas on Jaguada, the library was reclaimed and is now guarded jointly with Lord Iezkon. Holding a large amount of sorcerous and historic knowledge, it was a project designed and meant for the education of multiple generations to come. Cursed objects, warded items, and even apparitions reside there, the site itself hazardous to those who arrive. Not yet fully contained or held, it remains a resource for the Horuset Powerbase as a whole, particularly the Arcana branches.
Spoiler: ZIOST ESTATE
Once the Vipion estate held vast expanses and vaults, an ancient hallowed home that supported the Vipions for as long as they resided within New Adasta. Now it stands as a stark reminder of their final moments, the only changes to the structures since Ziost's fall meant to keep the walls from crumbling further, and to preserve the entombed remains of those who fell within it. Crypts and catacombs extend underneath, unrecovered and untouched.
There are multiple other smaller properties dotted over the planet, but they have not been revisited since Ziost's fall.
