Projection is an important way of getting what you want without extra effort. When someone gazes upon you, they must see you the way you want them to see you. Whether you want them to experience fear, awe, loyalty or attraction, it is up to you to make it that way.
To entrench your newly gained understanding of 'Projecting' your person as a member of the Sith order and the Horuset powerbase, you are to answer the following questions in your own words:
How do I want to be seen by those outside of the powerbase or Sith order? How will I adjust my projection to be seen as such? (This includes behaviour, mannerism and apparel)How will my 'phenotype' help the Horuset powerbase, and how can I link it to my desired specialization or role?
This assignment is due SEVEN ROTATIONS from now for:

-Acolyte Mayaz
-Apprentice Polaris
-Acolyte Tellum
-Acolyte Arvanis
-Acolyte Valorin
-Acolyte Terius

Overseer Elma,
Though I was not able to attend your lesson I will respond to your questions anyway as, to me, they have simple answers. To those outside the Sith powerbase and the Sith order, I wish to appear powerful, brutal and merciless. I want those with no Sith blood to know they will be punished severely if they fail me or the Jin'Ari, and that I have the capability to deliver that punishment in a very public and painful manner. In order to project this image, I would wear full armour at all times, and make my blade prominent, so that all would know me as a warrior, someone who deals in death, battle and pain. I would be as silent as possible, a laconic and ominous presence so that when I do speak, everyone listens and everyone fears me. I would place both allies and enemies in my seven-foot shadow and allow my physical presence to speak for itself, reminding all that I am more powerful than them, that I can crush them with my raw strength. I would be cold and mechanical so that no one attempted to appeal to some softer side that does not exist; they would know that side does not exist by simply looking at me. I am there to perform a task, and if they obstruct I will deal with hem harshly. I would make my punishments as brutal and painful as possible so that all would know who and what I am, a monster that is there to deliver the Jin'Ari's will as a reality. I aspire to be Sith Warrior, and this projection would serve me well in that respect. It is important as a soldier that you not only fight well but that you have a reputation so fierce that no one would ever oppose you, that whenever anyone faced me they would shake in their boots. No one would dare upset the Jin'Ari or her plans if they knew that I, her brutal enforcer, would come to stop them if they did.
I hope these answers are satisfactory, Overseer.

Assignment 1: The individual Sith 'Phenotype'
By Acolyte Ayla Varlo
ACCESS RULES: Accessable by Apprentices, Overseers and up.
How do I want to be seen by those outside of the powerbase or Sith order?
I've thought about this question long and hard before this assignment has arrived. My goals and desires have long been public, and I fear not the fact that they will be seen here, as such, I will answer as truthfully as I can. The answer highly depends on three things. Whether I'm speaking to an ally within the powerbase, a neutral figure outside it, or an enemy. My answer to this question will be devised into these sections.
The Ally
I want my allies outside of the powerbase to respect me. I do not want attraction, nor do I want fear. However I have always been a woman of my word, and as such, I hope that loyalty will transpire through my various acts. My desire to become a medical professional, or a scientist in general, has made it so that the credibility of my actions, is necessary.
People will not hire me if they do not trust in my projects, and my ability to efficiently see them through. Nor, will any Sith put their wounded selves in the care of a Sith they do not trust. However, one cannot expect me to perform them for free.
Through this respect, I hope to slowly rise, to shine through the limits placed upon me by my heritage, and surpass what little expectations those around me possess. I wish to prove my loyalty and respect for those of pure blood, and serve as one of my kind is meant to. Only once I have properly achieved this, may I be sent on the path I wish to take. The path of becoming a renowned scientist, for the powerbase to put to use, as well as to an individual based on efficiency and trust. Awe is what I must inspire, awe of my work, and the possibilities each project I will perform can bring. This anticipation for the future, and preparation in the present, is why I am still alive.
The Neutral
The core idea of how I want to be seen by those in general, outside of my allies, is that of mystery. A predictable scientist is one that can be worked to counter. One who reveals their tricks, and ideas, is one who soon becomes useless. Someone who is not innovative, and adapting, is one who falls behind.
Because of this, I want to be careful as to what I reveal about myself to the public. To potential allies, they must know enough to wish to know more, and to potential threats, they must remain too shrouded in the shadow that I become, to ever even consider becoming a proper enemy.
Attraction to my work, and respect for my past feats, and fear for what I may bring next.
The Enemy
I want those I consider my enemies to be fearful of what I am. I want them to be in utter awe of the feats I can bring, to make them afraid to even think about raising a finger against what I bring to the galaxy. I want them to be afraid of my efficiency, and my success rate. I want them to worry about what is to come, so much so that the panic subtly implanted within their minds causes them to mess up in their own endeavors when trying to counteract what I create.
This is ambitious, to say the least. Something that is nowhere near the case of what I am today. But my colder, and more calculating tendencies have begun to stand out amongst the other Acolytes. To me, this is the beginning of what I want.
How will I adjust my projection to be seen as such? (This includes behavior, mannerism, and apparel)
There are many things I need to accomplish, and I will go in the order stated above to properly address them each.
Behavior: My behavior at the moment is nothing short but unacceptable. I have been warned time and time again that my actions allow me to seem like I rely on others for my ascension and successes. This is a matter that I need to change, by beginning to clear my path away from those I consider my rivals.
I need to change my attitude when it comes to family. Alien heritage does not matter in the household, and I must remember who I truly serve. Thus, my behavior when it comes to dealing with individuals such as Almir, or Lord Varlo, must be changed. My actions become brash around them, and the thought behind my actions lower. If I want to be known for my constant efficiency, then I need to distance myself from them, as well.
Then, there is the issue of mental disorder. The moment I ascend, I must get the medication I was previously on. This should stop my behavioral outbursts from occurring, and tighten my consistency as a person.
Mannerism: This is one of the few things I believe myself to wish to keep. My mannerisms, how I walk, how I talk, have always provided some distance and kept my professional nature. This very professionalism is key to the jobs and relations I wish to make in the future, and I should take to looking at individuals such as Chasiny Quinton, or Sith Sarias to further my mimic and personalization.
Apparel: There is not much here other than the obvious. If I am to be known in the field of Biotic Science, or Technology, then I must sport the proper apparel for the job. Whether it be the lab coats and medical wear in the medbay, or generalized apparel, I have already considered this.
My attunement to the force slowly grows larger than that in martial combat, and because of this, I need to wear something that doesn't halt my movements in the case of an approaching enemy, yet continue to sport light gear as to not waste resources of the Empire, when I will most likely be on the back lines of combat, and not at the front taking heavy blows. A simple, robe fitting the sorceress archetypes would quickly give my nature away, and thus, I must consider something that leaves me ambiguous, when in the presence of an enemy.
Otherwise, making sure I am clean, and tidy, with a formal look and care to my appearance, will be necessary. As it should be with any sith. Otherwise, earning the respect of others will be difficult. Appearance is the first thing most judge others on, after all.
How will my 'phenotype' help the Horuset powerbase, and how can I link it to my desired specialization or role?
My phenotype, has been talked about and made obvious many times in person, and within this assignment. I want to be known for my knowledge, and adaptability when it comes to technology and science. As well as that, my actions in combat tend to rely on the force rather heavily.
Being the Knowledge over brawn, and force over martial archetype is what I am going for. I want to prove that even though we are sith, and rely on emotion to perform our duties, we are capable of making calculated decisions, befitting each situation. The only way to properly know how to react to each given situation is by knowing as much as we can. The only way I can advance, as a scientist, is by furthering my knowledge in my respective field.
Education and professionalism are necessary for this field of work, a field I have seemingly found neglected in the past, with the towering presence of more marital sith as of late.
Many may doubt my desire to be Sith, believing that my medical desires are selfless acts. However these actions are necessary, and my alien blood makes this job better in my hands. Not because I can perform, better than those of Sith blood, but because such a task, such a reliance on servitude to others, is the very thing that is expected of us Aliens.
I will serve to my last breath, in the medical field or any other, and ensure that my adamancy on being efficient results in the continued, and everlasting nature of the Horuset Sun. No Sith of Pureblood needs to rely on me, however what better way to serve than where I am most skillful?
How this issue is taken by others remains to be seen, but nonetheless, if it is shut down, I can put myself to use in other sections of these Spheres.
I wouldn't be as adaptable as I say I will be if I couldn't.

Assignment 1: The individual Sith 'Phenotype'
By Acolyte Zhaitus
ACCESS RULES: Accessable by Apprentices, Overseers and up.
How do I want to be seen by those outside of the powerbase or Sith order?
As Sith and members of the Horuset Powerbase, it's important to assert dominance over most domains of power, whether that is the battlefield, politics or even a simple game of pazaak. Defeat, cowardice, failure is not an options. Perhaps even moreso for aspiring Sith who are aliens or humans without Sith-Blood, however, the same principle applies, the weak will perish and the strong will progress.
Allies/Neutrals
As my teachings progress and my power grows, i wish to create a shroud of mystery around myself and my personal life, however, it is my desire to be treated as a fiercely loyal subject to those above me, respected and sought out, as well as being treated as a strict, yet fair commander in the field of battle and a cunning yet friendly politician. I wish for everyone to know that despite my alien species, i'm capable for the task and the challenge.
I wish to remain approachable and have it be known that any asset which proves useful and worthy will be rewarded, but also be seen as an authorative figure which won't take kindly to his time being wasted on trivialities. Time is money, or so they say.
Enemies
A ruthless marauder, a tricky tactisian, an inspiring commander, a shadow in the dark. I wish for my enemies to know nothing basically regarding to my ways and how i operate and yet to dread and fear the unknown. I wish for my capabilities and fame or infamy to send a chill down my enemy's spine.
How will I adjust my projection to be seen as such? (This includes behaviour, mannerism and apparel)
BEHAVIOR: I seek to learn about Deception and Manipulation, and hone those skills, so that my plans pay off. Creating and maintaining a shroud of mystery around one's self is nothing sort of lunacy, one might say, however, where one might see a peculiar and very challenging task, i see opportunity.
I need to learn more about the Empire, the Military, and of course, the ways of the Force. An eternal student, however it is also true that hard ground makes stronger roots.
MANNERISMS: I need to learn to become more detached from the environment around me, looking at it through mere professionalism and my goals in mind, however so far, i believe my mannerisms to have been near perfect, even at the beginning when i was not accustomed to the traditions and codes of conduct.
APPAREL: As a Sith, i'll require an outfit designed for ease of movement, light, yet durable. To instill fear and mild curiosity upon any who would cross my path. However, donning stylish robes, obviously in the shades of black and red, perhaps some dark grey too. I wish to become a symbol of the Empire with each stride.
How will my 'phenotype' help the Horuset powerbase, and how can I link it to my desired specialization or role?
My fightting style as well as my whole life really, relied on quick wit and careful planning, and during my days as Sith, i don't plan for that to change. No matter the depths that my power will reach. My greatest and most deadly weapon will always be my mind. Without it, i'm nothing but a brute, brawns over brains.
Despite my mental capabilities, due to former physical training and... a wide range of professions, some of which relied on body flexibilty and acrobatics, i should think that a more stealthy approach, a silent and agile approach suits me best. Subterfuge, infiltration, remain unnoticed untill i strike. Those are the ideals and teachings i wish to follow.
My desire to learn more about the flora and fauna of the planet, for an academic purpose as well as a tactical one, should the chance show itself, might also play a vital role in my upbringing as a Sith. Although certain people believe my inability to be of use in Sith Alchemy, my teachings will not be stopped. One way or another i wil acquire the knowledge i seek.
I seek to join the Inquisition. The Zeltron are sought after, as interrogators due to our certain racial traits, and as i proceed with my teachings, i will only move further on ahead,in my pursuit to unlock the secrets of the mind. Blending in with the shadows, being swift on my step, i will make sure that information will reach only the ears it ought to, and that any 'stops' inbetween, should an error occur, that they be terminated.

The lesson today was an interesting one, and appearances or presentation had never really occurred to me, although certain mannerisms of dress did stick in the back of my mind, as I assume they do every Acolyte at one point or another as they fantasize about accoutrements they may wear as Apprentices or Sith.
[How do I want to be seen by those outside of the powerbase or Sith order?:]
It is hard for me to decide where I wish to go, and hard to have more than a few appearances with my eyes the way they are. Even so, they are also an advantage. I wish to be seen as someone coldly-analytical, someone dangerous even if not steeped in the Dark Side that can read their moves before they make them. I wish to get inside an enemy's head before the battle even begins, piercing with words and insights before going for the kill.
[How will I adjust my projection to be seen as such? (This includes behaviour, mannerism and apparel):]
If I could choose my apparel, I would like something... perhaps in muted blacks and greys. I understand most Sith use red - one in grey may give pause. I imagine utilizing an upper layer, such as a robe, to cover light armor, and to be taken off in preparation for a fight for the moment of seriousness. I will keep my hair short, and as-is, to keep such an image up, and I will let my investigative mind rule and my talkative mind take a back seat. Perhaps expand my vocabulary even further, as well.
[How will my 'phenotype' help the Horuset powerbase, and how can I link it to my desired specialization or role?:]
We have many warriors, many faceless helmets, many Purebloods with sheer intensity. A dangerous mind is difficult to spot behind the heavy armors that are usually present. With my strong desire to learn Pyrokinesis, to delve into Niman at some point, to learn Telekinetics and a select few forms along the way, I cannot say who I will be if or when I ascend past an Apprentice. But if I might win battles with words and analysis, mind games, before they start, I may cut down on casualties, keep our base strong as I pull my weight through strength of will. And when that fails... burn the enemy alive for their transgressions, clad in colors of ash and smoke.

How do I want to be seen by those outside of the powerbase or Sith order?
How I wish to be seen is a rather open question, I feel. There is a vast difference between how I wish to be seen, and how I am actually perceived. That being said, I shall put this into two simple categories. Those I see as allies and those who would oppose me.
Those whom I see as Allies I wish to see me as a confidant, and capable, to put it simply. This of course extended to to -all- allies outside of the the Sith Order as a whole. Potential allies included. However, this is where the line blurs between Allies and Enemies, all potentials should also see me as an intimidating figure who is undoubtedly in command.
For my enemies, I wish to be feared and dreaded. When I arrive they should tremble and throw themselves upon my 'mercy', which obviously shall not be given.
How will I adjust my projection to be seen as such? (This includes behaviour, mannerism and apparel)
A rather simple question. I shall adjust my 'projection' by first donning a more intimidating and commanding attire befitting that of a Sith, as was said in the lesson, I shall apply the stereotype that the Sith Order has maintained, upon myself. Though, there are certain situations in which such a stereotype would not be as advantageous as one might hope, outside of the Empire proper.
How will my 'phenotype' help the Horuset powerbase, and how can I link it to my desired specialisation or role?
My 'phenotype' or, in simpler terms, "type" in regards to being a Sith shall aid the Horuset Powerbase in a way in which I hope brings a sense of professionalism to, what I have seen to be one that is far from such, regarding certain members. I also hope that with my aspiring to be an Alchemist, my ever growing knowledge of flora, fauna and other lesser sentient creatures of the galaxy shall aid not only the one whom I hope to mentor me, but also the Powerbase as a whole.

Assignment given by Overseer Elma
Here i will be submitting my assignment upon Projection.
The first question: How do i want to be seen by those outside of the powerbase and Sith Order:
Its a question that is under constant evolvement. What one wants as an acolyte might change when you become an apprentice and ones master starts training you.
But as it stands now, i, Zikarn Ignia, wishes to be seen as a stern Traditionalist. As someone that honours tradition and the ways of old.
To be seen as the respectable Sith that i intend to become. One that not only strikes fear into ones enemies and rivals, but also inspires respect, even from the persons that hate me the most.
This mostly describes how i want to be seen of Sith outside of the powerbase.
However, much of the same can be said about those not being force-sensitive. I wish for Imperials to see me as a capable fighter, as one that they know can sway the fight in their favour. Who can turn the odds. Getting the respect and "loyalty" of them as they are a huge part of the Empire. And important nonetheless.
For the public eye, the civilians, i wish for them to see me and cover in fear and respect. Staying out of my way. But also respect one. For being both feared and loved is an art. And its easier to sway the public when you are. Getting informations that you perhaps could not earlier.
Second Question: How will i adjust my projection to be seen as such?
Firstly, being an acolyte dosnt inspire fear nor awe in anyone. First thing that would have to change was to pass the trials. Something that i will not say is a certainty as i know not how they are planned nor what they are like. Noone, not even the strongest of acolytes, can ever be truely safe during those.
However, should i pass them, and by extension ascend and find a master, becoming an apprentice is a good first step.
Though, even still, there are things that i can already work on. My phrasing and my projection of myself in general.
Third Question: How will my ´Phenotype´ help the Horuset powerbase, and how can i link it to my desired specialization or role?
My desired way is tradition. Assisting in any way possible to keep the powerbase pure.
However, this is something that should be done by every single Sith. Maintaining the traditions of old and keeping the powerbase pure. Not just the purifier.
So generally speaking, this means that maintaining and upholding the ways of old is how i best serve the powerbase. letting everyone see what traditionalism and upholding it can bring. This is not only serving myself, but also the powerbase. As the more knowledge i would personally get, the stronger i become, the better i can serve the powerbase.
Signed
Acolyte Zikarn Ignia.

Subject: Assignment 1: The individual Sith 'Phenotype'
My Lord, I wish to thank you again for the lesson. I found it very enlightening and useful. It definetly contained pointers that I feel all Sith should know, understand and use. And I hope my response to the assignment should reflect that.
How do I want to be seen by those outside of the powerbase or Sith order?
This is a question with many potential layers and answers. Afterall how one wishes to be seen by others depends entirely on their allegiance. One would aspire to be seen differently by different 'parties' and expect them to behave and react accordingly. Be they friend, foe, Imperial, alien and so forth all will, and -should- see and react to me as a Sith differently.
And just like many others I have plans and answers for how I envision these parties to see me. But I believe there is a simple, all encompassing answer that is merely applied differently depending on who I am faced with.
And that answer is that I, and any member of the Sith Order, should strive to, be seen as just that. Sith. Nothing more, nothing less.
One will of course seek to invoke different reactions depending on who they are faced with. They will , for instance, seek to inspire loyalty and obedience in subservients, respect in the eyes of equals, usefulness in the eyes of superiors, fear in the eyes of enemies and so on. But all of these reactions stem from the same thing, they are all merely associations the different parties mentioned have with the Sith Order and it's members.
Merely being a proper Sith is enough to invoke all of these desired reactions from the desired parties. And being easily recognised as a Sith is what one should inspire to be.
How will i adjust my projection to be seen as such?
There are many factors that go into being recognised as a proper Sith, many of them are even purposfully designed to play into stereotypes. Whether it is clothing, mannerisms, demeanor or way of speaking everything you do should contribute to your overal association with the Sith order.
And I, and hopefully any other Sith, should therefore strive to emulate these things in every viber of our being. We should all understand the invocations our 'membership' of the Sith order has and therefore strive to ensure others know we are Sith.
We should dress like Sith, act like Sith and present ourselves to those outside the order as Sith. And this for instance requires us to dress in a manner associated with the Sith order, be it what sorts of clothing we wear or what colour the fabric and materials are made of, the apperance of a Sith should reflect the fact they are Sith.
And it is for that reason that, should I ascend, I will strive to project the fact I am a Sith of pureblood and high standing in every way I interact and present myself to the Empire and Galaxy at large.
How will my ´Phenotype´ help the Horuset powerbase, and how can i link it to my desired specialization or role?
To my understanding the Horuset powerbase prides itself on it's strong focus on strength, traditionalism and ensuring the Sith they produce are of 'proper stock' in both the strength in their blood and their usefulness to the Empire. The powerbase strives for perfection and enduring strength of the Empire.
And by having it's members understand and act to what their station commands it helps improve the image of our Dark Lord's powerbase in the Empire at large and also to invoke the proper fear and awe in the eyes of our enemies. The Horuset powerbase should stand as a shining beacon for what it means to be Sith in both internal politics and external conflicts. And the way it ensures this is by having all of it's members act as such 'shining beacons' of what it means to be Sith.
And that is, in essense, what I desire to be.. Sith. A powerful, influential Sith. And one can only gain power and influence in this powerbase, and Empire, by being a proper Sith. Ensuring I am a proper Sith in both actions and projection therefore goes a long way into securing my ambitions.

Assignment 1: The individual Sith 'Phenotype'
How do I want to be seen by those outside of the powerbase or Sith order?
If this question is indirectly referencing the view of the Jedi on me, I will strive to be seen in their eyes as one more in the flock of traditionalistic Sith in order to keep myself hidden from standing out, which makes my actions easier to be hidden from the general view, making myself stronger and waiting for the proper moment to strike down that filth.
I would want to be seen by our own people in the Empire as a reliable person who can be kind to its friends but extremely ruthless with its enemies, instigating fear on my foes and uplifting the morale of my friends. To those outside of the Empire, I want to show them with my sole presence that bending the will to the Empire is a way more profitable way for both the Empire and them, rather than resisting them, which would lead to inevitable, slow and painful death. Of course, one does not express the latter so freely, since it generates unnecessary hostility when you can evade conflict and establish assets for the Empire in an easier way.
How will I adjust my projection to be seen as such? (This includes behaviour, mannerism and apparel)
Embrace stereotypes, but add your own personal soothing touch to them. You can dress in black, wear traditional Sith Outfits and behave like a Sith, but that only makes you a nobody in the eyes of the public, it makes your death pointless and your actions forgettable. The Sith way includes Individualism, so you can make sure to embrace your own point of views and ideas (as long as they are not heresy, of course) within your mannerism. The pen is way easier to use than the sword, you can be kind to your people and ruthless to your enemies, but you can also be well-mannered, polite and respectful with those around you, that makes you respectable, which is a higher grade can even make your own enemies hesitate to strike at you, a thing you can exploit to your own advantage. I strive to gather the best from every great Sith and to embrace in me, add my own touch to it and then calling it my own. Be more disciplined is my first goal.
How will my 'phenotype' help the Horuset powerbase, and how can I link it to my desired specialization or role?
One wise man once said that if you smile to your enemies they're less likely to shoot you. If we gather this statement and apply to our own desires, it means that if they hesitate to strike you down, that means you will be able to do it yourself before they do. I will adapt myself to the powerbase's wishes, embracing traditionalism in my style of fighting, as I wish to become a warrior, but I also do not wish to shy away from politics. I want to become the public face of the powerbase when it matters to diplomatic intercourse, being seen as a reasonable but iron-fisted Sith that protects the Horuset interests with tooth and nail, but that can also be reasonable with the others, reaching a mutually benefitting consensus. Regarding martial operations, I want to be seen as a fair and disciplined commander with my troops, but an extremely capable warrior that is able to strike down every enemy she can see on the Empire's way. I will make sure to release the message of my mercyful ways before I begin the slaughter of the enemy, they will understand that it's better to survive and be captured than dying a worthless death, this, indirectly, benefits the number of slaves the Empire can amount, boosting our efforts. Of course, this doesn't apply to the Jedi, all of them should be killed at sight, without any kind of quarter or second thoughts.

How do I want to be seen by those outside of thepower-base or Sith order?
It has only been a few weeks now, since I've came here, and many would argue my place in all this. Why?..How? Those are questions I get asked quite a lot because I always tend to confuse people I encounter, be it sith, a noble, or otherwise. That happens mostly because I don't appear the way they want me to appear, blood-thirsty, power-hungry, angry..It doesn't make me any less of an acolyte than any other of my peers, it does, whatsoever give me a fair advantage to narrate my own story, twist it to my liking, and get what I initially needed. I have never really sat down to discuss this theory with anyone, and if it will really help me out in the future. Then again, it really depends on the person and under which category they lie on to...They say that if you have an enemy you're probably doing something right. And then if you have an ally you're probably strong enough to offer them something in return to their services.
To My Enemy:
I want my enemy to know exactly the kind of trouble they get themselves into. Not necessarily fear me though it is preferred, know that by making me an enemy they have risked much more than what they have originally bargained for. For I am a forgiving person when I need to be, and then, I'm not, when I don't. I will go above and beyond to ensure that whatever move has been made against me will be paid back and in full. There will be no bargain. I don't trust you, and if I tell you otherwise, I'm doing so on my own terms, and for my own personal reasons, thus, using you. I want my enemy to know I'm a strategist, not only a warrior, know that I will conduct the perfect plan to exploit you, and fear that I will succeed. Look away if you must, eye contact is going to be noted if you're under this label.
What I want and what I am today are two different things. I don't have enemies now, I tend to not make them knowing that it is way too early to be viewed as such. And if I ever choose to enact vengeance on someone, they won't know until they do.
To My Ally:
I want to be viewed as the kind of warrior you can trust. You will know that I'm going to deliver my end of the deal, and will be expecting you to do the exact same. Know that I am an opportunist, so I will work with you, if you have proven however to me that you deserve my trust. Note that you will be tested, and you will know it, once I make it known.Know that you can believe in me, and my abilities, otherwise why choose me in the first place? I want my ally to respect me, same way I will respect them, respect my work and what I stand for. Lies, deceit, betrayal, these are the things that can switch the labels very easily, and with them so will my loyalty. As I will be loyal to my ally, I want them to be loyal to me.Know that I have only worked and worked hard, to gain everything I have and will be. I have no title, I am no noble, and I carry no money. My strongest weapons are my brain, my fighting and strategy skills, and the force. Those alone are the most notable ones, though, by the time I'm advanced enough to consider myself a worthy ally, I will have more.As acolytes, we don't believe in alliances, we believe in rivalry because it is supposed to make us stronger. There will be no further comment there..
In General:
Generally I want others to view me as a smart, calculated and well-respected person. Sometimes coming across as a pacifist, but know that that's not the full picture there. I do not believe in unnecessary violence and blood-spill, but I will fight if I have to prove a point. I don't want others to fear me, and I want to use my physical futures as well, to approach others, even beyond my rank, in time. I want to inspire strength and push people towards a path I want them to follow. Generally I also wish to be viewed as somewhat of a mystery. Besides beauty what else does this woman hide? Should we be wary? Should we be prepared? who knows..As an acolyte, using my skills to impress my superiors is something I want to do. I don't wish to be just a good-looking human that can wield a foil, there are plenty who do just that elsewhere..The superficial things fade away eventually. I want them to be intrigued by me, by the way I think, the way I act, I want to impress, and stick out when there are other acolytes in the same room.
How will I adjust my projection to be seen as such?(This included behavior, mannerism and apparel)
Adjusting my projection in order to successfully be seen as mentioned above requires time, practice, patience, and above all..work. Each aspect met with:
Behavior:
I would consider my behavior towards my betters, or generally towards others quite fair. I don't talk unless I'm addressed, I don't talk back to those that can hurt me, because I will lose the chance to impress them in the near future, I don't speak my opinion, as acolytes it matters little to none, and I try to be as honest as I can be, with my tongue always dipped on my head before I turn to speak. I take some time to think before I speak, why? because that's how you survive as long as I have. I don't look superior lords or dark lords in the eyes, well..unless they're Miralukan, that's because some consider it disrespectful, so I do show respect, expecting one day to be showed the same. There was one time a sith lord tested me in a way no other ever has. They asked a series of questions, and expected me to fail, acolytes aren't considered very..bright..so instead I surprised him, he turned his entire attention to me and asked me of my name because he wanted to note it down. That was the only time I chose to be smart instead of obedient, and I'd say I was also lucky to not have been dead..
Mannerism:
I consider my manners also fair. I am polite, I don't talk out of place not because I'm scared, because I consider it annoying, and the people that do annoy me. Knowing me, I don't tolerate idiocy, so I try my best to not ask stupid questions, or give idiotic answers. I am well-behaved, until you piss me off, and I keep a fair distance between myself and my betters, I try to be as professional as I can be. I have noticed acolytes disrespecting non-force sensitives as well, and I consider them very rude. I don't like rude people. Hence why I keep a level of respect towards non-force users too, be it imperials or otherwise, it doesn't matter. I wasn't raised to hate on the 'slaves' that keep my floor clean.
Apparel:
As time goes by, and I train harder and harder, my attunement to the force grows larger and larger, I find myself becoming stronger, but one thing stays for certain, my battle skills. I was always much of a better fighter with the blade, any blade really, be it a spear (like the one I used back home) , or wielding two blades at the same time, battle equals strategy, and strategy equals possible victory within the battlefield. This is mostly why I'd be of most uses to spheres such as Production and Logistics or the War Department. I'm also finding myself capable enough in expanding, to a diplomat, when the time comes, like I've mentioned I'm against unneeded violence, and I'm quite a patient person, patient enough to handle delicate affairs most sith might not be able to.My second language is Binary, basically? Droid-speak, and that might be provided useful in technological experiments, or associate myself with the particular sphere, I also had a droid who was sadly taken away from me upon my arrival here..As per my equipment? I was never ashamed of my body, so exposing it on the battlefield to allow myself to be more nimble, and fight with the combat forms at the front lines seems like something I'd do, I'm not a robe type of person, most likely not.I am quite clean anyways, that's part of my personality at this point, so even while I'd be battle-ready I'd still maintain a pretty clean outfit. As acolytes we are limited to the simple robes we are provided with, from the Academy. It is our responsibility to keep them clean, however upon arriving in this household, the nearest closets for changing would be at the flagship acolyte dormitory. That's where I go when I require fresh clothes. I bathe a lot, so..
How will my 'phenotype' help the Horusetpowerbase, and how can I link it to my desired specialization or role?
That is a very interesting question..I've never really had to talk about it, but I'd say this. I'd like to be known for my skills, for all the things I'm capable of, within the battlefield, or behind closed doors, within meetings that will allow the Empire to grow and become stronger through advancement and expansion. I want, however, personally, to put some specific stereotypes that have been defining the sith for a very long time, to rest..Stereotypes such as them having to be constantly angry, or feel a specific need for destruction. A constant struggle to seek vengeance even when it isn't needed. It is my opinion that this is crazy-talk, someone who chooses to destroy, as if they are choosing between outfits, is simply put mentally disturbed and should seek help, the fact that they are sith as well, means that they have proven themselves in specific challenges that determined so. ..You don't need any of the above to become a sith within the Empire, I don't believe so anyways, and it should be proven that sith can make careful and calculated decisions which is the reason of many successful imperial campaigns in the past.Being well-educated, and knowing your limits, overcoming them, will help you in your journey. That is something my father would always say, and he did have a point about many things he said. Some don't think me capable of becoming a sith , and you know I even question it myself sometimes. Do I have what it takes? will I be seen as different if I don't go down the path of inflicting unneeded pain and suffering on others? Maybe, but sometimes, different is a good and a necessary change.Hmm, I like that word, change. I have been placed under the Horuset power-base for a reason, I am convinced of that now, and I might have a long way to go until I'm able to call myself a sith, but I will do my best, and serve. As my point of view starts to shift..Survival is no longer enough.I don't know how others might take this assignment, that remains to be seen..It is not yet up to me to determine my future, and I trust the force to make a good of an example of me and of the future generations to come.I'm just going to leave this last thing here: Evil and sith are two separate things. Both, are choices. For to become a sith you need to be worthy, but to become evil, you need to be something else entirely..

War in the Northern Territories
The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!
|
"The Northern Territories shift under the weight of changing times. With the passage of the ICOT, internal strife amongst Imperial Forces in the North has lessened - though never abated. Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."
((OOC: The Balance of Power system has begun! Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state at the start of the next war arc will determine how strong the Republic will be in the area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
