Treatment: (Critical Procedure) Kolto treatment for stabilization, with grafting of synthflesh for surface wounds once organ tissue has been repaired - further application of dermal regenerators for the affected areas to prevent complication and promote repair of flesh. Remnants of left Cybernetic left alone and covered, with the detached portion in Medical until claimed.

Rehabilitation: Kolto Tank for two full days (and checked for further need), applications of regenerators and bed rest to prevent strenuous activity for at least forty-eight hours. Light activity for seventy-two hours afterward if no injury risked by doing so.

Crawled his way to the medbay.

Suffering from multiple cracked ribs and hypoxia due to perforated left lung and internal bleeding.
Rapidly developing sepsis and further internal bleeding due to perforated bowels.
Broken shoulder, the other dislocated.
Entire right arm was overextended with muscle tearing and various fractures.
A few spinal fractures.
Lastly exposure injuries from having to crawl to the medbay exacerbating all previously listed injuries as well.

Recovery time? Unknown.

Patient last seen in medbay coughing up and vomiting blood before going unconscious.

There is -quite- a mess to clean up between the training room and the medbay...

First Entry 17.05.21: Patient was brought in with a single blaster shot to the right upper quadrant of chest. The blaster fire cauterized the wound immediately so bleeding was not an issue. However the bolt did leave a hole in the right lung resulting in immediate respiratory distress, induced paradoxical chest movements, and global hypoxia. Lucky for the patient he was found just outside the base and was promptly treated. The lung repaired, the wound sealed, and was placed in a kolto tank overnight. Patient recommended to bed rest for the next few days while the lung fully healed. Which shouldn't be a problem considering he will be placed under guard pending murder investigations.

Second Entry 19.05.21: Patient was brought back in with a partial opened wound posterior left thigh, patient states he was "Grazed by a Republic Sniper." Upon further examination dozens of smaller wounds were found on patients back, right leg, and right arm. All consistent with multiple scatter blaster projectiles. The patient was lucky that he was far enough away from the shooter not to sustain more life threatening injuries. He stated that he treated himself with his own medkit and later ordered he be given a battle stim so he could return to combat. The wounds have been treated, he is to spend another night in the kolto tank. On a personal note: I don't know what possessed this boy, or who even authorized him, to go out on a military patrol less than three days after being shot in the lung. He was, again, advised to remain resting for three days to allow his wounds to fully heal.

Third Entry 21.05.21: I started my shift this morning, not at all surprised to find the same Acolyte on my table. This time with severe jaw and neck fractures. I didn't even bother asking what had happened this time. We treated the wounds, gave the patient a special collar to wear and I advised this accident prone Acolyte, once again, to remain in bed while his injuries healed.

So here I was sitting down for my dinner break when this Blueberry waltzes into the bay with an active vibrosword! Needless to say he was promptly tackled by the guards. It didn't take long before we all were assaulted with the overwhelming nauseous smell of burnt flesh and melted plastic.

Upon closer inspection we realized that the patient had somehow burnt his left hand, SEVERELY, 2nd and 3rd degree burns, his gloves had literally began to melt and burn, fusing with the skin of his hand. The genius then had the brilliant idea of picking up his vibrosword immediately afterwards so that the melted fabrics of his gloves ALSO FUSED with the hilt of the vibrosword.

So imagine now, we have to carefully pick his large ass off the floor and carry him onto a bed, and begin operating with the constant electric hum of the vibrosword as a reminder not to accidently slice ourselves open in the process.

The procedure didn't take long, but I imagine it was extremely painful for the patient. There's no easy way to remove the glove, so the skin had to be exfoliated, the dead flesh removed, skin grafts and kolto bandages were quickly applied. Promptly sending him on his way.

It's going to take hours for this stench to clear out... And he ruined my appetite.

Symptoms:
Acolyte Vesk was telepathically urged- possibly mind controlled- to touch a cursed artifact with mutative properties while hunting for the powerbase on Kaas. Regardless of the reasoning, the results saw his original voice box torn to shreds and its replacing with a new form of strange voice box that seemed to be making bird-like banshee noises.

The old voice box was vomited out and collected as a sample.

Treatment given was to quarantine him, take samples, and temporarily sedate the voice box so he could sleep.

Samples were taken by Neophyte Vipion and Apprentice Sutta'qo and taken to Sith Sarias.

Neophyte Vipion was able to sense residual effects of sorcery, done after a careful weighing of risks followed by physical contact and sensing. Due to the danger of trying to operate and the unknown duration of a possible curse, “wait and see” along with contacting more experienced parties is the current treatment.

The alien organ that replaced his voice box has apparently rotted away and we had to remove some remaining necrotic tissue where the alien biology had fused to the acolyte’s.

Treatment:
- The Acolyte was delivered to the Medbay in uconsciouss state. A stim was administrated to hasten the bodys own healing factor. Eyes were shined light upon to check the reactions for irises when ocular cataract was discovered in the patients right eye. The skin which was torn from over the broken knuckles were closed as well as the bones set as well as they could considering their size. The burnt wool from the Acolyte robes which had melted on various spots on the Acolytes torso were removed and treated with kolto laced gel and bandages. Scarring was cleaned but left as it were after that. Recommendation for occasional and/or minor rehabilitation due to the muscle spams and checks due to the lung damage is recommended.

Addendum: It is possible that the Acolyte will manifest mental issues even though his body will heal. In such case, further inspection is required to assess is the Acolyte a liability or could the issues be treated in some form or manner.
