The file would open to display an image of Sith Tarimra, hands placed casually on the phoenix-adorned grip of his cane. A faint smirk graced his features, piercing, vibrantly red eyes fixed on the viewer.

"The Empire suffers greatly with the constraint of Republic influence within the Northern Territories, but we as House Horuset do our duty to ensure that our presence makes all the difference, and fight against the pressure placed against us by the Republic and their Jedi dogs. Information and diplomatic influence can make all the difference in this continual war with the Ancient Enemy. It is the duty, in part, of the Arcana branches, to ensure that our current level of influence is improved and that the stream of information within the Northern Territories that is directed to the powerbase is maintained and does not deteriorate. With this adjustment, I am to present the concept of 'Diplomatic Missions' as opposed to 'Logistical Missions'.

"Diplomatic missions will entail the securing of the necessary information, influence, and allies, be it through force, coercion, or other means. This will then be integrated into the efforts of the Dark Lord's powerbase within the Northern Territories. All will receive clarity here in this line of documentation of what transpires, and all will have the freedom to pick and choose what mission they shall partake in. For the Dark Lord requires results, and so do I. Attached to this document you will see a template in which a mission will be provided. Any missions allocated outside these two new segments on the communications are not to be considered Priority Besh.
