Public Call for Operation Team Assembly
Attached to the file would be a prerecorded holomessage that when selected would play. Trakaton's form would blaze to life in the classic display of a holographic transmission, the electric blue tinge accenting some features while diminishing others. Trakaton would be stood with his arms folded across his armoured chest, the cloak hanging loosely from his shoulders and the custom-fit plates of the armour looking as comfortable as an embrace. The scar on the right side of his face would be barely visible, his head ever so slightly turned to the right and he'd speak with a tone of authority:

"To those who watch this, know that the task before you is simple in one way and complicated in a handful more. Kalkoran scouts have been monitoring the incoming and outgoing traffic of the various pirate havens across Rishi, while most of the ships are of no consequence there is but one which has caught the eyes of the Powerbase.
The 'Raven's Talon' a heavily modified 'D5-Mantis' is a regular returning Ship to the Pirate Coves of Rishi. Rumours across known space state that the Ship is one of the fastest known to the Smugglers, able to break blockades and outrun even Imperial Mark VI Interceptors. The Pilot of the 'Raven's Talon' is simply known as 'Redrunner' by reputation. Any known information about them is clouded by rumour.
Your task itself is simple. Find out when the 'Raven's Talon will next be in a Pirate Cove and when it arrives, kidnap the crew and bring the ship to the Horuset Forward Outpost on Rishi so that we may uncover whether it is the Ship or the Crew that makes them so worthy of their reputation. You must not be recognised as affiliated with the Sith Empire throughout the operation, our presence on Rishi is unknown to the locals and it must be maintained as so."

*With that the hologram would flicker and then fade from view. Leaving the viewer able to access the rest of the information provided.*

Location: The Pirate Cove simply known as 'Raider's Cove' has its own Landing Pads and Cantina, easily accessible with a half day's march from the Horuset Forward Outpost in the Jungle. 'Raider's Cove' is the likely landing point of the 'Raven's Talon' besides the scruffy locals, beasts from the Jungle may be necessary to overcome on the journey to 'Raider's Cove'

((OOCly: The location that will be used is indeed still Raider's Cove alongwith the jungle between the town and the Nova Blade Trade Depot, which is the Horuset Forward Outpost ICly. A Bounty Hunter's ship can also be used to represent the Raven's Talon itself.))

The Ship: The Ship is an D5-Mantis. Nimble, quick and agile with enough cargo space to stow away enough supplies to aid in any blockade breaking, the reputation of the 'Raven's Talon' precedes it mostly in rumour and folklore. Most believed the ship to be culmination of many different ships all having their achievements attributed to a pinnacle of smuggling expertise.

Objectives: In this task there will be three primary objectives and no secondary objectives.
Primary Objective I: The Ship will be docked at a point near the Horuset Forward Outpost on Rishi within time parameters, where Imperials will turn it over to Lord Kalkoran.
Primary Objective II: The Crew will be kidnapped and turned over to Lord Kalkoran via Freighter within the time parameters.
Primary Objective III: The anonymity of House Horuset and the presence of House Horuset on Rishi must not be compromised.

Time Frame: The team will have 12 days to complete the task and have the Ship and Crew turned over to Lord Kalkoran.
((The 13th of October will be the deadline!))

Estimated Party Size: The recommendation of Lord Kalkoran is that a party size of no more than four will be required to keep the chances of anonymity high.

[u]A report from the desk of Apprentice Zutauha Ronith, addressed to Lord Kalkoran, Lord Tokiai and Captain Koren.[u]

This report is being written to detail the mission for the capture of the Raven's Talon and success resultant from said outing. A party was dispatched consisting of Apprentice Zutauha Ronith, Apprentice Tashha Vineac, Corporal Dorian, Specialist Noreli Cubric, Specialist Marcus McCarthy and Acolyte Cerberus Black.

The group began in the Horuset staging camp in the jungles of Rishi, completely disguised so as to avoid any risk to House Horuset's covert nature on the planet. We quickly moved out of the camp after making what preparations we needed to, almost immediately encountering the destitute nature of the planet's inhabitants once we had reached the city, being set upon by beggars who we quickly dispatched without drawing blood so as not to draw too large a scene. Continuing through the city we were greeted by three local thugs who disliked our presence upon their "turf." These malingerers were dispatched with mere threats alone.

We then encountered two of the crew we had been sent to capture, and quickly managed to do so with both of them without drawing a single weapon besides Specialist Cubric's rifle. The two, a Rattataki and a Human, were sent back to the camp with the Corporal and Acolyte in shackles. The rest of the journey was relatively peaceful until we neared the landing that the target was on, at which point we encountered the thugs from earlier, and learned that they had incited aggression towards us from the other locals. Our response was simple; a display of power without using the force or any noticeably Imperial weaponry that shook the leader of the mob, and dissolved most of the mobs motivation for being there. It was at this point that we engaged in a manipulation of the motley group, persuading them that the man who had drawn them here was, in fact, a vile criminal even by Rishi's standards. Angered by this, the mob set upon their former leader in a bloody display that allowed us to stealthily enter the ships docking by distracting all others.

Here, we left Specialist McCarthy behind as a rearguard and advanced. Specialist Cubric was set up as overwatch while myself and Apprentice Tashha advanced. The Specialist took down one of the crew with her sniper rifle set on stun, at which point I took his com device and drew another crew member out of the ship into an ambush. Immediately afterwards we boarded the ship in question, taking down the first crew member found within instantly and beginning a battle with a Mandalorian and a Zabrak using a light repeating blaster,at which point the ship took off and into the atmosphere. In order to create adequate time to take on the Mandalorian, I used telekinesis to defeat the Zabrak by pulling him from his perch and then attacking him in melee while Apprentice Tashha covered me with Shien and the Specialist covered me with fire. Apprentice Tashha then personally took on the Mandalorian and defeated him, after which I defeated a Gammorean using the force. Then, the pilot sealed the cockpit and depressurised the ship's main atrium, unfortunately losing the defeated Zabrak to the void of space. Apprentice Tashha managed to make it to a control terminal before the doors opened and I managed to make it to the engineering room. Together, using the Apprentice's slicing skills and my own knowledge of naval craft's engineering terminals we managed to seal the ship back up, after which I used my terminal to open the cockpit and deprive them of control of the ship.

While I did so, the Apprentice and Specialist engaged and defeated the Mirialan captain and the pilot, securing the whole crew and the ship with only superficial damage. It was then piloted back to the camp, and handed over along with its crew to Lord Kalkoran.

Specialist Marcus showed some talent for command on the mission, and also proved to be useful above the expectation in the manipulation and turning-to-our-advantage of the mob that we encountered while on the mission, positively sealing the deal himself.

Specialist Noreli is worthy of particular distinction. Her work as an overwatch sniper, and as a target-oriented sniper was of vital importance to the mission and was carried out with skill and consistency. The specialist also held her own in close combat, showing quick thinking and good teamwork with the two Sith there.

Apprentice Tashha was a force of sheer destruction in battle; defeating a Mandalorian in unarmed combat, demonstrating a high degree of skill in Shien as well as a keen understanding of how to use the environment around her correctly in combat. Her use of slicing and proficiency with it saved the mission from disaster aboard the ship, an effort that she showed superb teamwork with myself in. The Apprentice also used force skills such as Force Slow with an extremely high degree of effectiveness in various situations.

As for myself, I can only surmise that I was capable in the combat, that my tactical knowledge and ability to work in a team helped on the mission and that my knowledge of naval vessels was essential in ensuring that Tashha's slicing work. One would truly have to consult another member of the party to get an accurate gauge of my usefulness, however, as I am hardly objective.

All in all, only one of the ten man crew wasn't recovered, and even then he was a base level member who died and cannot cause future trouble. The ship was recovered with only damage to one of its internal doors and coolant pipes. The inhabitants were no wiser of our identity, and not too much of a stir was caused that will be planted upon our doorstep.

Ongoing Crisis
War in the Northern Territories

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

"The Northern Territories shift under the weight of changing times. With the passage of the ICOT, internal strife amongst Imperial Forces in the North has lessened - though never abated. Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."

((OOC: The Balance of Power system has begun! Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state at the start of the next war arc will determine how strong the Republic will be in the area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
