NPC Name: Sith Arcavonas
Brief Desription: A gentleman Sith that stood beneath Darth Axiom on Orsus. Marked by a single red cybernetic eye and a wonderfully bushy moustache, he has shown himself as proper, polite and cordial in every interaction as well as strangely enough honorable. He was notably Axioms Beastmaster, his creations typically some blend of cybernetically augmented creature. He's a known Hunter of all types of game, human or otherwise. He commonly uses a sporting scatterblaster and augmented hounds or if he chooses to get serious, one or two curved sabers built for his deft Makashi.
Faction: Imperial, Sith Order, Axiom Powerbase
Notable Activities: Present upon Orsus, he was one of the negotiator party of House Axiom, where he interacted with the Sith of House Horuset, including some former Acolytes, he hunted down in a trial and let loose on a bargain struck. Despite being on opposite sides, he seems friendly as they go, if he's still as friendly after an attempted kidnapping.

NPC Name: Doctor Dugert Mengel.

Brief Desription: An Imperial scientist from the Science Bureau with a reputation for cruelty and cruel experiments, even by Imperial standards.
Faction: Empire.
Notable Activities: Was working with Horuset on the side on an unknown project before being captured by the Republic, rescued by Lord Saltaeon and returned to the Empire.
Last Known Appearance: Working on Dromund Kalakar on various engineering projects.

NPC Name: Captain Atticus Finch.

Brief Desription: A former Imperial Captain living on Ord Radama, a by the book soldier with the grizzled experience of a soldier during the Great Galactic War, he is no nonsense and practical.
Faction: Empire.
Notable Activities: After the arrival of Horuset forces on Ord Radama he was inspired by the sight of Sith warriors and galvanised by the treatment of his people, he struck down a Pirate Overseer in the middle of the street and instigated a Imperialist uprising on Ord Radama.
Last Known Appearance: Commanding a ragtag group of Imperial militia on Ord Radama, working to seize the world for the Empire away from the corrupt clutches of the various gangster and pirate threats controlling the planet.

NPC Name: Ensign Lillia Augst 'The Sole Survivor'

Brief Desription: An Imperial Ensign, Lillia Augst is the currently noted Sole Survivor of The Nemesis' crew, as the Imperial Pilot tasked with getting the Horuset Ground Forces back to Imperial space after the Disaster over Artorias which saw the loss of The Nemesis and all hands onboard.

Notable Activities: Lillia Augst as a Petty Officer was tasked with bringing the Horuset Ground Forces planetside to Artorias so that they could engage the Republic SIS outpost. When the Outpost was revealed as empty and The Nemesis was ambushed in orbit by a Republic Fleet, Lillia Augst used her experience with flying Dragonfly-Class Dropships and the window offered by the sacrifice of The Nemesis' Sith Commander A'tul Kelsa, to dart around falling ice, fire and the debris of the Republic Fleet and The Nemesis alike while being chased by Republic Fighters to get the Horuset Ground Forces to safety. As a result of her efforts, Lord Saltaeon saw her promoted to Ensign.

Last Known Appearance: Returned into service within the Horuset Powerbase after escaping Artorias with the Horuset Ground Forces. A psych eval states she feels deeply for the losses and her status as the Sole Survivor of the crew, but is fit to return to service.

NPC Name: Silas Akrius

Brief Desription: A Jedi Knight originally from Coruscant, Silas has spent most of his life on the border between the Republic and Empire. He considers himself a scholar, and his field of study is Sith culture - working for years to study relics captured from Korriban, and to claim dangerous artefacts (scrolls, holocrons, etc) before Sith can get to them to keep them out of the wrong hands. Silas believes that Sith culture - removed from the Dark Side - is a wonderful thing which could be reformed into the modern age to become a civilisastion that fits within the Republic. He is rare among the Jedi, but his beliefs don't affect his devotion to either the Jedi Code or light side however. He is a proficient enough fighter, though most of his skills are in stealth and evasion (which enable him to survive behind enemy lines). His preference is for Soresu and Ataru, with some skill in Telekinetic abilities.
He was captured by Sith Vipion, who at the time forced his first and only Padawan onto the beginning of a Dark Path - she is now enlisted at the SIth Academy on Korriban. He has been left "to the whims" of Sith Tarimra.

Silas is currently held captive in the cells aboard Th'asidra, with orders to be left to the whims of Sith Tarimra. You may be abe to interrogate or interact with him, but you may have to speak to Tarimra first.

NPC Name: Viscountess Geria Lothoss

Brief Description: Geria Lothoss is a Viscountess of Serenno, ruling the Pinnath Grasslands. Her family is known for breeding fine Dalgo mounts, and obtain income typically from the Lothossi Trade Fleet, a large trading armada that operates primarily in the sectors around Serenno. She enjoys dueling with blaster pistols, and is sympathetic to the Empire but ultimately self serving. She is currently considering a proposal to use her cargo fleets for Horuset purposes.

Faction: Imperial

Notable Activities: Wradaii saved Geria from a bomb threat on Serenno, and accordingly she began the process of working with the Horusets.

NPC Name: Archduchess Requa of the House Vatag, Exiled ruler of Cahnlor One, Cahnlor Two and Cahnlor Six. Rightful Senator for the Durgaa Sector.

Brief Description: A corrupt member of the Senate, Requa was caught dealing with Imperials during the cold war and fled to Imperial space with a retinue of soldiers and a small flotilla of ships. A regular attendee to such conferences, she promises others the resources of her worlds, usually without any means to actually procure them.

Faction: Republic Exile in Imperial Space

Notable Activities: Flirted heavily with Viren and was injured in a bombing on Serreno. Made a near impossible deal with Viren. She would work for Horuset if they took back her worlds. This would be without mentioning they are in the core.

NPC Name: Zarvia

Brief Description: Zarvia is the Speaker (A fusion priest/chieftain role) of a heavily sith blooded human tribe on Jaguada. The tribe is formerly nomadic, and currently settled at the AG Complex on the planet as security and a workforce. They have been on the planet since the rule of King Adas. Zarvia is very faintly force sensitive, and a natural seer, but not powerful enough to warrant acolyte-hood considering her role in the supply chain. She is a crack shot with a hunting rifle, and adept with a vibrospear. She bears extensive tattoos in a slightly altered alphabet of sith runes, and speaks Wanderer's Cant, a local dialect of Low Sith that is barely understandable by a baseline speaker.

Faction: Imperial

Notable Activities: She has worked alongside the Powerbase extensively in hunting down the Quiet Speaker.

Brief Desription: A lord who made her riches luring Nautolans away from their homeworld and forcing them into slavery. She's rather soft-spoken.
Faction: Imperial
Notable Activities: A noble met at an event on Serenno. She is a CEO of a slave import company.
Last Known Appearance: A soiree at a noblehouse in Seranno.

Brief Desription: A yet unknown Lord of the Sith, her agenda a source of mystery, taking large efforts to keep her identity a secret. Seems to be tied to the Ministry of Law and Justice

Notable Activities:Some involvement with an Imperial conspiracy, and providing necessary information to stop said conspiracy.
