Introduction

This is a thread to contain a list of non-player characters that have appeared in events or general RP, a tool for GMs and potential GMs to pick from and include previous character names in new and original stories for Horuset.
Anyone may reply with information about an NPC they have used previously using the format listed below and allow the character to be added to the guild directory.
As for using the NPCs listed here, GMs should be messaging the original owner of the NPC for permission to use the NPC in an upcoming event or story; then the GM and NPC owner can quickly talk about how that character can potentially be used.

NPC Name: Character Name.
NPC Image: Optional.
Brief Desription: A few sentences desribing the characters personality and general role in events or stories, alongside their relationship with House Horuset.
Faction: An NPC usually falls into Imperial, Republic, or Neutral archetypes.
Notable Activities: A sentence or two briefly talking about previous interactions with House Horuset in events or story arcs.
Last Known Appearance: The last time they were seen by the guild and the details of that appearance. This will be updated and outdated information can be moved into Notable Activities.
Character Owner: The player originally responsible for creating this NPC, and who you need to ask for permission to use.

NPC Name: Jaa Walder.

Brief Desription: An Imperial veteran down on his luck after loosing a leg during the closing stages of the Galactic War, now having a rough time.
Faction: Empire.
Notable Activities: Sold his services briefly to the Horuset Powerbase to act as a cover agent.
Last Known Appearance: Drinking his woes away in a cantina at the same time as an Acolyte Trial, though he was paid to be there.

NPC Name: Ensign Poole.
Brief Desription: An Ensign of a besieged Imperial taskforce, cautious in nature after seeing the deaths of commanding officers and being thrust into command by himself.
Faction: Empire.
Notable Activities: He commanded a small outpost on Dalra and called for reinforcements to protect his mens as he evacuated a supply depot. Not seen in person as he lost both legs due to trench foot.
Last Known Appearance: Retreating off Dalra with maybe a hundred fighting men to regroup at a safe location.

NPC Name: Governor Decon.

Brief Desription: The Imperial administrator deployed to Plooma at the start of the Third Galactic War, a cowardly man who prefers his paperwork to military matters.
Notable Activities: Oversaw the industrial zones of Plooma during the Second Battle, now trying to increase government oversight of rural zones and being met with local resistance.
Last Known Appearance: Timidly dealing with Sith during the Second Battle of Plooma.

Brief Desription: A noble lady from House Vakal-ha hoping to enter service of the Imperial Medical Corps, which she struggles with thanks to her timid nature and worries of being inadequate.
Faction: Empire.
Notable Activities: Was with her parents when they hosted Horuset forces as their manor during as assassination threat.
Last Known Appearance: Yelling at Horuset medics who struggled to save her dying father from an assassins poison.

NPC Name: Corran Kyrell of Corellia

Brief Desription: Corran Kyrell of Corellia is a Jedi Knight turned Sith Acolyte turned nomad. In the earliest histories of the Horuset Powerbase, when the ceasefire of Zakuul was enforced between the Republic and the Empire, the Horuset Powerbase uncovered a sect of Jedi that were operating outside the Republic, intending to find force sensitive children to bolster their next generation. Corran Kyrell was one of these Jedi who searched and was ultimately captured with their padawan learner being killed as a result. Tortured into submission, the now Sith Acolyte was a broken shard of their former self. Slowly making a small group of friends, Corran was broken a second time when they were all killed in a trial that he had been turned away from. Leaving into the Dromund Kaas jungle, Corran somehow got off-world and was discovered many years later by another generation of Horuset Acolytes on Tatooine. Not knowing who he was, Corran made it away back unto the unknown.

NPC Name: General Vise Willburg

Brief Desription: The commanding officer of the Republic 46th 'Sarapin' Division. A freakishly competent leader and one of the few senior officers still around that served in the Great Galactic War and didn’t defect to the Alliance. General Willburg commanded the Republic opposition during the Dubrillion campaign. His decentralized style of leadership, where he puts much faith in his experienced subordinates, made it difficult for the Horusets to get a grip on the situation.
Faction: Republic
Notable Activities: The mind behind the Republic's decentralized skirmish strategy on Dubrillion, denying the Empire a full confrontation. He prefers to trust his officers to act when they must, thus inspiring great confidence in those who serve below him.
Last Known Appearance: Last seen at Khardaba Spaceport, Dubrillion, before the glassing of the continent.

NPC Name: Major Manel Scyles

Brief Desription: The commanding officer of the 97th 'Chancellor Berooken' Brigade, which is part of the Sarapin Division. Scyles is the highest ranking survivor of the Orsus campaign. The death of his comrades and Jedi mentor at the hands of the Horuset forces enraged him. The veterans of Orsus who were assigned to the 97th were trained to be highly skilled commandos, skirmishers and Sith killers and are personally lead by Scyles, who instills a rage and fervour in them rarely seen in Republic forces.
Faction: Republic
Notable Activities: Survived the battle of Orsus where is Jedi mentor, Anya Taigo, was killed in battle. Was present on Dubrillion with his retrained troops where he captured and interrogated Apprentice Mayaz, Corporal Naveil and Private Haldeen. He was responsible for chipping and tracking them later.
Last Known Appearance: Last seen at Borthakin base, south of Khardaba Spaceport, Dubrillion. He interrogated Mayaz, Gary and Cade there.

Brief Desription: The senior Jedi present on Dubrillion. Former master of Knight Ailsa Dane. A stern, combat-focussed Jedi who has seen too much war. She is more willing to make sacrifices for 'the greater good' than most Jedi.
Faction: Republic, Jedi order
Notable Activities: Present during the Dubrillion campaign. Engaged Rûnil and Cautus in an attempt to assassinate or capture them. After a long battle, she was critically injured and had to retreat, but not before incapacitating the two Sith.
Last Known Appearance: Last seen in ruins outside Mandakhan, Dubrillion.

Brief Desription: A senior Jedi present on Pollus, who publicly called out Horuset on all channels on the planet. Unseen in person, but seen over holos, a short-haired woman with a perpetual smile.
Faction: Republic, Jedi order
Notable Activities: Present during the Pollus campaign. May have been behind several plans to lure out Sith of Horuset into traps, or attacks on the patrols.
Last Known Appearance: Last seen over Holos on Pollus.
