[IC] Madros Dutrosu's holo diary [ not available IC]

#1
Entry 1: Crash and burn

The holographic visage of Madros would appear on the viewer, his helmet split open revealing his skin behind it, his armour filled with dents and damage.

"It was supposed to be a simple surveying mission, stay low gather intel report back. That's what my master demanded. I need to collect my thoughts process, this is not me I must remain calm, stoic."

A frown could be seen on the part of his face that was exposed
"I knew something was off the moment I heard the shuttle creak, they never do that. I should know. Next thing I know we are thrown out of hyperspace crashing down to an unknown planet in an unknown system. I reach for my beacon, it gets knocked out of my hand by the internal paneling of the shuttle flying everywhere. I raise a bubble hoping it will last the crash."

Madros paused his story for a moment lost in thought.

"It does, I am alive. I fall unconscious, I awake to the burning heat of the crashed shuttle, and I fall unconscious again. I feel the darkness calling coming to claim me, I fight back. once more I awake and slumber back. When I awake again I find myself away from the shuttle dragged out by armed men."

Madros his tone changed, sounding more stern.
"All Zabraks, like me. they seemed primitive at first. A thought ran through my head, am I back home? I was not, they spoke my language but this planet was unknown to me. They took me to their chief, he talked with me he spoke like he knew me, knew my clan, my TRIBE. How could this be? He explained I was on a republic colony, but he showed no hostility no sympathy for either side of the war, just caring for his people.
Finally! Some answers I thought, why did they abandon me, my family. Why did they leave me to the sith, to be broken and formed anew? I am not who I was back home, I am a monster.
He clearly had the answers, but we were interrupted. The empire launched an attack on the colony it was marked for extermination. The admiral in charge holo'd me. I had to choose, The empire, the sith, my life as I know it now. Or that of my past, my roots do I still hold onto them? Can I still go back to who I was?"

The exposed side of Madros's face was filled with anger and hatred and his eye began to shift in colour to a yellow hue.

"THEY ABANDONED ME WHY SHOULD I SAVE THEM? I ESCAPED WITHOUT THEM, I GOT THROUGH THE ACADEMY WITHOUT THEM, I BECAME AN APPRENTICE WITHOUT THEM, I OBTAINED POWER AND STATUS WITHOUT THEM. WHO ARE THEY TO LECTURE ME! TO HELL WITH THEM!
I let the admiral burn it all down, I attacked the chief the man with the answers. but he knew how to use the force? he was not Jedi nor Sith, I could sense both sides of the force pulling on him. But he was powerful. But I was skilled I fought back, wounded him but it did not deter him, in the massacre he fled.
Imperial soldiers landed, slaughtering anyone with red skin. Families and houses all were destroyed. I watched from a shuttle as the entire village was burned to ashes, all that blood on my hands."

The yellow in Madros' eye became more intense by the sentence.

"I need to find the chief, need to know what he knows. I need to find my father and get the answers I deserve."

The holo entry came to a close.

Entry 2: contemplation

The holographic visage of Madros would appear on the viewer, his helmet restored to its former glory, stoic as ever not revealing a hint of what was behind.

"Much has happened in the past weeks since my de-railed mission. Four apprentices rising to the rank of household sith, it only makes you wonder what they did to achieve recognition from the Dark Lord. I'm out of her purview working under Lord Kalkoran, I need to talk to him."
"First Sith Hazlem, or Occularis, still don't know what's behind the mask. Mos won't tell, but it's alien I'm sure. As far as I understand she turned into the Dark lord's personal storage slave, I wonder if she's recognized that chain. Good for her."
"Then Sith Tukta, or Wradaii. Always doing his forging, that's probably how he earned his favour. Used to have fun with him and the H.S.I. him thinking he was in control, me putting words in his mouth he would agree on. Good times."
"Thirdly Sekker, ugh. To call him a rival would be stupid he's not, he's a nuisance. He's got a dirty mix of sith blood and that gives him a superiority complex. The same thing happened when he just became an apprentice and I wasn't, his small ego constantly requiring gratification by those beneath him. And that stick Tse'kira keeps on pushing up his ass has reached a new high.Well gues what Sekker boy? Respect is earned not demanded. Just you wait, eventually, the Dark Lord will see your uselessness, you're sith now so you better start contributing to the Supply chain."
"And finally Zikarn. One of the few that actually shows results, he's usurped Sith Zynn as raider as expected, although I'm sure it will take her a few days to realize that. He's effective shows result, a propper raider, I'll be looking forward to working with him. "

"My turn will soon be here. Logistics is heading forwards getting the respect it deserves, we are finally plugging the holes in the supply chain. And then they will realize how far my influence reaches. Most of these 'sith' forget that we serve production and logistics, my branch is the life flow of the powerbase. Lord Salteaon nearly killed the entire chain by impounding all ships, I wonder how long it will take for her to realize that some of her own assets are stranded in Hutt space."
"As I said my time to ascend draws near I've got the support of half the conservancy and I have my tokens I only need to show the dark lord all my work. I want my assistant back, Esme what an idiot for getting involved in politics. I must remain neutral, must keep Logistics neutral. "

The holo entry came to a close.

Entry 3: Shifts of power

The holo-entry would start, with the sounds of metal banging against metal, clashes of abrupt nature were followed by the sounds of grunting animal-like screaming. Moments passed and the room fell silent displaying the Sith's bedroom, it was clear most of the furniture had already been 'rearranged' during the Sith's act of anger. The moments passed and a dinner table was flung across the room making a harsh drumming sound as it crashed against the wall.

"THEY DARE!"
"THEY DARE!!"
"THEY DARE!!!"

The sith, for a moment produced no comprehensible sounds as his fits of anger continued in the forms of screams and roars.

"They dare! They dare place me under her! THAT DIMWITTED, DUST COLLECTING, DISCARDED HOUSEWIFE!

Dutrosu's voice faded once more, the room however did not fall quiet as not a second later the sound of a lightsaber ignited, filled the room. Pieces of furniture previously thrown through the room soared through the air again being lifted towards Dutrosu who still had not been seen on camera to then fly across the room again in several pieces.

"She knows nothing about Resurgence she has no place in this sphere!"
"She knows nothing of the systems, our operations, our methods!"
"She can't run this sphere! She has no power here!"
"I am LOGISTICS."
"Her only qualifications are running a GLORIFIED FARMERS MARKET!"
"That's who I have to call my master!?!"

The Sith finally entered the video frame, leaving moments of silence, seeming to contemplate... When he spoke once more the tone in his voice shifted, his angry demeanor gone, replaced by a calculative train of thought.

"Wait..."
"She knows nothing about Resurgence..."
"She knows nothing of our systems, our operations, our methods!"
"She has no power here!"
"But I do..."

Madros stood up straight, looking around at the mess he had made, he began to chuckle, which would soon turn into manic laughter. He spoke once more, seeming relieved of his previous anger

"They dare!"

The holo entry came to a close.

Ongoing Crisis
War in the Northern Territories

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

"The Northern Territories shift under the weight of changing times. With the passage of the ICOT, internal strife amongst Imperial Forces in the North has lessened - though never abated. Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."

((OOC: The Balance of Power system has begun! Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state at the start of the next war arc will determine how strong the Republic will be in the area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
