“A starved soldier’s aim shall waver and ships rust without fuel. When blood is spilled in war, I ensure the flow never relents”.
- Lord Sarias, Pentarch of Resurgence
- Lord Sarias, Pentarch of Resurgence
Overview
Wars are won and fought in the field, yet supplying the war machine is a battle on all fronts. Conducting this battle is the Sphere of Resurgence, having its primary goals be acquiring, storing and delegating supplies for the powerbase at large. While serving as the logistical heart for administration and distribution, the Sphere will also function in the capacity of seeking out new ventures - ranging from securing resource locations, sourcing new supply lines through negotiation and supplying missions of benefit to the Horuset Powerbase.
The Lord of Resurgence is charged with ensuring the below duties are carried out to the utmost efficiency and the supply chain never dries.
Primary Duties
- Administration and delegation of House Horuset’s assets so they may serve an efficient use.
- Building upon and reinforcing current assets
- Transport and securing of newly claimed resources
- Sourcing resources and assets to ensure needed stock never runs dry
- Seeking new lines of opportunity in an ever-expanding network
Internal Structure
To facilitate a constant flow of aforementioned duties a series of ranks below the Pentarch of Resurgence has been established to form a functional Sphere that may address the day-to-day logistics and coordinate delegated duties under the Pentarch.
Pentarch of Resurgence
Lord Sarias sits as the Pentarch of Resurgence and upholds the authority over the Sphere. From the structure of said sphere to internal ranks and decision-making on smaller and larger matters. When the Dark Lord or her Hand makes a demand, she is the one to fulfill it.
The Pentarch of Resurgence’s primary duties focus on ensuring every inch and turn of supply lines, asset stocks and flow of resources run efficiently. On a wider scale, this includes delegating assets from the Horuset Stockpile and M.A.S (Mission Asset Stocks).
Shatajir of Resurgence
Serving under the Pentarch of Resurgence, the Shatajir (‘Heir’), acts as their second-in-command and has to possess experience in handling logistical matters, alongside the ability to see assets handled wisely.
The Shatajir may be assigned to oversee and handle specific areas, depending on the needs of the powerbase - acting as a delegate for the Pentarch if ordered to. This extends to being granted authority over certain operations or larger projects, though the Pentarch’s word remains final should the situation change.
The Shatajir is currently Sith Zasa
M.A.S Administrator
The administrator is charged with overseeing the M.A.S stockpiles, reviewing requests and delegating them as is needed under the purview of the Pentarch, whom they answer directly to. As part of their duties they are also to ensure said stockpile never runs dry and to always look for new opportunities of expanding or improving upon it.
The M.A.S Administrator is currently Sith Zasa
Head of Planetary Expansion
As new and current planets are worked upon or turned to the empire’s soil, making effective use of their resources, space or unique attributes will be key for the supply lines.
The Head of Planetary Expansion is tasked with optimizing current efforts on the planet assigned to them by the Pentarch of Resurgence, creating new lines of resources from it or dealing with issues it may face that are impeding current efforts.
The Head of Planetary Expansion is currently Apprentice Daiju Ronith
Head of External Affairs
Optimizing current assets is a key point of the Sphere of Resurgence, however, claiming resources and taking them from the hands of the empire’s enemies is just as vital. Thus, the Head of External Affairs is charged with ensuring such targets are dealt with. The Head of External Affairs may be assigned to address particular shortages, specific targets of rare stock needing to be replenished or simply pursue resources that are always in need.
What missions the Head of External Affairs undertakes is decided upon between themself and the Pentarch of Resurgence, though said missions can come from anywhere in the powerbase, if a request is made of Resurgence or the Lead Raider identifies targets of use. The Head of External Affairs is in charge of picking those suitable for the different missions.
The position of Head of External Affairs is currently Apprentice Thanagal
Overseer of Resurgence
Acting not only as an overseer of the powerbase, but as a member of Resurgence, it falls to their hands to instil the importance of supply lines not just to the empire as a whole, but domestically as well. From lessons to identification of raid targets, to training in specific scenarios and overseeing acolyte tasks pertaining to the Sphere’s interest, the Overseer has a hand in shaping the future.
The title of Overseer of Resurgence can only be held by a singular person, and can be passed onto someone already holding a title within the Sphere, should no suitable candidate be available.
The position of overseer is currently by Sith Zasa
Duties of Resurgence
Under the delegated structure and oversight of the Pentarch, the Sphere of Resurgence holds multiple areas of responsibility outlined in broad strokes above. This is done to bring a practical clarity to its operations, and provide information for the powerbase in broad strokes how stocks are kept filled, where to request resources for crucial missions and potentially aid the ever-expanding network of supply lines - in turn strengthening the powerbase in full.
To ensure a constant flow of resources, asset securing and expanding the supply lines, the Sphere will continuously carry out missions and deployments to meet all demands and shortages. These may range from shorter-term Directives to longer-term Initiatives.
Initiatives: Larger-scale deployments with specific objectives, be it rapid-resource sourcing, targeted strikes or focused efforts towards a singular asset.
Directives: Ongoing efforts initiated by members of the Sphere of Resurgence, usually targeted on specific and niche areas of influence or serving a beforehand unused opportunity. These initiatives will need to consciously deliver on their goals, or they will be dismantled and resources be delegated elsewhere.
Initiatives
Parallel Market Initiative (P.M.I)
The P.M.I is currently lead by Sith Zasa
The Parralel Market Initiative is a means of acquisition of various resources through parallel markets. This primarily focuses on targeting the black and neutral markets, tapping into unconventional approaches to further increase the expanse of the powerbase's resources. By targeting set markets it will also act to address potential shortages that more public avenues may run dry of.
Operating under the Sphere of Resurgence, it will predominantly work to find, establish and maintain new trade and supply routes to serve as gateways for its primary purpose. Mainly using front-facing establishments, taking over and repurposing old ones or using other means to hide the presence of the empire. Serving a less invasive role on the planets a 'point of interest' is established, it will operate on a smaller scale to maintain its covers and provide a passive income of credits and resources to the powerbase. Due to its nature, this shall permit a smaller network of intel and spy work to be established to always look for new sources or aid in the powerbase's needs.
Targeted Asset Restoration and Development (T.A.R.G)
The T.A.R.G Coordinator is currently Apprentice Krixxus
Current Contracts
The Targeted Asset Restoration and Development [T.A.R.G] Initiative is a new project within the Sphere of Resurgence dedicated to the establishment of new supply lines according to the Powerbase's constantly evolving needs.
Where many aspiring Apprentices and Household Sith across the Powerbase have previously established their own assets, they have been isolated in their efforts. The T.A.R.G Coordinator has been assigned by the Pentarch of Resurgence to act as outreach, ensuring that every member of the Powerbase works towards its growth and expansion.
Spoiler: Spoiler
The current high priority industries, identified by the Pentarch of Resurgence, are:
- Labour
- Personnel
- Heavy arms and armour
Directives
Dimnus Directive
Command: Lord Sarias
Thread: https://www.horuset.com/showthread.php?tid=1505
Following Operation Stormline and increased Republic activity, the Horuset Powerbase anticipates intensified fleet engagements and is calling for expanded shipyards. The first move is the optimizing of its currently only existing shipyard, with excess to be put towards exspansion afterwards. The Sphere of Resurgence has identified the Rocande Shipyards—a neutral world with some imperial leaning governmental bodies, with a rival shipyard they can siphon from. Its placement has seen it unsuitable for a takeover so close to the Republic's borders. This is the alternative. The Dimnus Directive is aimed at harvesting its industrial output, resources, and political connections to strengthen the Powerbase. Supported by the Sphere of War, the operation will focus on multiple marked targets within Rocande and expand as intelligence develops, with missions assigned commanders, strict deadlines, and failure being met with consequences.
Primary Assets of Resurgence
The Horuset Stockpile
A collection of advanced technology and machinery that can be slated for missions upon request, certain projects or similar deployments. Most are one-use or limited in capacity due to the rarity of materials, complexity of production or simply being limited in what has been sourced. Any assets deployed from the Stockpile are expected to be returned if possible.
The listing is kept public for any who may deem their mission of high enough priority, to make requests for them via the Sphere of Resurgence. Afterwards, a mission report must be submitted to Resurgence.
Only the Lord of Resurgence can authorize the use of these assets - any attempts of misuse will result in punishment.

Mission Asset Stockpiles (M.A.S)
In reflection of the Horuset Stockpile, the Mission Asset Stockpile has been established to accommodate day-to-day deployments of missions relevant to ensuring the Horuset Powerbase’s continued progress. The assets located within are easily replenishable or otherwise low-risk to re-stock should it ever run low.
The Lord of Resurgence oversees all requests, but the Shatajir and M.A.S Administrator hold the authority to grant the requests.

Logistics Fleet
Ensuring the lifeblood of the Powerbase is carried through the empire, between assets and final destinations a fleet of shuttles and other ships comprise the forever running machine. The larger ships rarely change their current deployment destinations, whereas the shuttles may be dispatched on one-off errands to pick up a new asset or be entirely re-routed should emergencies arrive or a new line of supplies become available. At times it's not uncommon to find said shuttles at the tail-end of missions ferrying what has been claimed or conquered. Amongst the ships are the Gage-classes Th'zasa II and Th'zasa III, and the introduced Keizar-Volvec Bulk Cruiser, the Ridasizi I.
Raiding Fleet
Resigned to the Sphere of Resurgence following the re-assignment of the Th'zasa I gage class, the raiding fleet is compromised of neutral-affiliated ships, primarily of larger haulers with some combat capability. Amongst them is a Wanderer-Class Heavy Transport. It targets what the typical supply lines cannot, ensuring the Sphere can strike at further avenues beyond borders imperial ships safely can travel.
Orbital Construction Platform
![[Image: Image1.png]](https://i.ibb.co/1gV8Rr4/Image1.png)
Obtained with Resurgence's efforts in stabilizing the Atrivis Sector, the Orbital Construction Platform enables larger-scale building efforts of assets - either in orbits of a celestial body or in space. After finalizing the battle station, it now sits in orbit of Serpindal.
The MP-RF Besh
Acquired through a struck agreement with the former Pentarch of Advancement, Lord Kelsa, the facility serves multiple functions for House Horuset. Alongside its refuelling capabilities, it operates an advanced mining network via extracting directly from astroids and other suitable orbital bodies, reducing the need for small transports, favoring bigger hauls.
Its primary mining operations center around two circulated platforms, deployed downward using MP-MPs (Makeb Prototype Mining Platforms). These systems use advanced lasers to breach the asteroid, allowing droids to move in and carefully extract materials. Theseare then stored in containers positioned along the , circular platform that forms the backbone of the MP-RF's extraction process.
The Strategic Reserve
The strategic reserve Is a designated collection of resources designed to ensure logistics can supply an amount of resources to a specific location. This reserve is made to relieve local populations for food and medical supplies, ensuring basic infrastructure can be constructed in adequate time. Its pool of resources are added through a tax ranging from 1-5% from established assets - there are gaps in what directly contributes. Fill them if you hold ambition for it, my apprentices.
The Itsu Research and Containment Facility (I.R.C.F)
The I.R.C.F facility on Jaguada serves as a secure site for the research and development of toxins, stims, and antidotes in service to House Horuset. It also functions as a remote, protected containment site for biohazards and toxins, supporting the asset production and storage within an isolated and controlled environment. It also has an off-sight disposal zone, where a naturally forming heatspot can safely destroy biohazards.
This allows Resurgence to conduct ongoing development of methods for delivering toxin payloads and other bioweapons against enemy targets from the air. The facility was originally build jointly between the Immortus Branch and the then Claviger Sith Hazlem through the Research Bureau, but has sat an unused foundation since.
The labs are currently only a basic shell, with only its initial main hall and a few storage rooms build. It lacks both researchers, staff and specialized expansions to be fully operational.
