Summary
With the reinforcing of Orsus, construction of orbital defences and exspansions of the Serpindal Shipyards refueling shall be required to see the fleets kept running. An already used design combines the act of refueling with much needed mobility and resource gathering - using nearby astroid and debris fields to gather raw and salvaged materials for the powerbase's purpose. 

The refueling platform shall be designed to accomendate strip mining, forging cababilities and the refueling of ships ranging from Terminus and Gage class transports to smaller more abundant vessels. Due to the sheer scale of the project it has been seperated into stages of what's required, based off the original plans.

There is presently no intention of straying from the blueprints but exspansion in the future may be an option.

Concurrent missions
Any member of the powerbase who wishes to contribute to the project can sign up for any mission postings, or take the initiative and pursue the aqquiring of the resources listed below. Either through deployed missions, using their own resources to aid or outreach via bribery, negotiation or diplomacy. The Sphere of Resurgence is to be informed if anyone undertakes a mission.
