[Mission Report]: Rakghoul on the Loose, by Private Quinton

#1
Report:

Apprentice Vineac made out a Holocall for the Horuset Forces to gather in the Crew Deck its hallway.
As she made her report, it was beeing said that the Rakghouls in a section of a ship have escaped and that the largest one was probably free, but remaining unconfirmed due to the loss of contact with the Laboratory.

CO's were not present as they were occupied with another matter on the Ship, it was to my self as Senior Private of the three to take charge along with Sith Siors. Private Cinn and Iver were with me on this mission.
It was the first time I had to be in charge over people in the field, but I would say that it went well.

Upon entering the deck, I told both Acolytes and Privates to remain silent upon hearing the growling and gnawing at approximately 10 meters to our right from the elevator. OF course, the Acolytes ignored it and continued their arguing even when Sith Siors jumped in.

I told the Imperials to stay ahead of the Acolytes at all times, we took up position and Iver, my self and Sit Siors took out the first group of infected, it was all clean and silent, but naturally Acolyte Sherrena went reckless and nearly toppled me over when throwing a imperial issued crate at me.

None the less, we continued up the stairs, Iver and Cinn, took 9 and 3 at each post, my self in the center and watching 12 o'clock. We ran into another group, of two. These were full grown Rakghouls recently transformed. My self, Sith Siors and the two Imperials went int, Cinn watched my six and Iver went with Sith Siors as I took down the second one on my left, and they took right.

We were attacked from behind, and Apprentice Black and his group of Acolytes dealt with it, it was rather chaotic and unorganized, the Acolytes appeared to be deaf when it came to following orders, and a utter lack of respect for authority.
When the two were down and te battle on our six was dealt with, Lieutenant McCarthy joined us and I relieved my command over to him as a CO was now present.

We came into contact once more with Rakghouls but, they did something strange. They moved away from us and went into a large chamber, where I could see briefly the cage with the large Rakghoul inside, it had not broken out yet. But I told Sith Siors that this is not normal and they might try and break it free.

We moved in, and we dealt with the Ghouls that came our way, I mostly dealt with the ones atop the Cage before moving into the secure the Large one by using several Stun rounds, Lucky the rest caught on and used them aswell.
When the beast was subdued we received word Sith Mohtoni and Sith Aljo along with several battledroids were present.
The cage was bend and the locking mechanism was bend, and requires extensive repairs.

At any case, the mission was a success, and I hearby end my report.

Signed,

Private C. Quinton.

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
