Patient: Apprentice Varrixon

Injuries:

• Right arm severed at the bicep.
  
• Burns along the left arm and the chest.
  
• Complaints of a pain in the chest, and coughing of blood (Psychosomatic? All scans normal)
  

Treatment:

• Burn salve for the normal burns
  
• Painkillers for the pain
  
• Blood Transfusion (started the day previous with the arm)
  

Rehabilitation:

• Monitoring on the coughing, but no wounds found in the lungs or throat.
  
• Medbay rest while in an unstable mental and physical condition.
  
• Possible Cybernetic replacement in the future, one arm.
  
• Partial limb placed in a restraint to keep safe from movement.
  

Notes:

• May be transferred to Mosila for a more secure facility.
  
• Report continued from day previous, when returning from the warfront - no agitation of the previous wound.
