-Withered right arm, missing index, middle, and ring finger.
-Burns up the right arm and onto the shoulder
Treatment:
-The burns have been treated and bandaged
-Basic cybernetics have been attached, with the patient's consent, to the three missing fingers of his right hand.
Rehabilitation:
-4-day long medbay stay
-He is not to partake in heavy physical activities for at least half a week.
-Psychological checkup advised
Rehabilitation:
-While the right arm is withered, it is still usable.

- Shoulder popped back into it's place
- an arm brace has been installed for the night to keep the arm in place while it heals any damage
- kolto patches on front and back of the shoulder incase of damage.

- Overnight stay in the medbay to properly heal and rest the shoulder.

- A cauterized slash on the right shoulder.
- Severe burns across whole body.
- Bruising across frontal torso and back.
- Two fractured ribs.
- Ruined cybernetics in left hand.
- Ruined cybernetics in right foot.

Treatment:
- Bacta treatment for the body injuries.
- Repairs and maintenance of cybernetics.

Rehabilitation:
- One day in the kolto tank.
- No strenuous activities the two days after.

Patient: Vliriel Kotimi

Injuries:
- Burned laceration on chin, inches across
- Lightning burns radiating from laceration in her chin down patient's body (occasional points of third degree burns)
- Potential neurological damage due to this (expected migraines, difficulties seeing, confusion)
- Electrical shock damage from immersion in water
- Mild injury to internal organs
- Moderate damage to musculature
- Partial drowning
- Hypothermia due to exposure
- Broken ribs
- Mild frostbite on extremities
- Concussion
- Presumed mental trauma

Treatment:
- Laceration debrided and stitched up
- Burns were washed with saline and debrided.
- Wounds were cleaned and dressed
- Synthskin grafts applied
- Surgical excision of burns where necessary
- IV fluids/antibiotics given
- Ribs reset (patient partially immobilized in order to ensure further treatment)
- Transfusion given
- Antishock prescribed for concussion/mental shock
- Patient has been stabilized and placed into a bacta tank
- Fluid removed from lungs
- Oxygen mask placed

Note: minor applications of force healing applied in conjunction with surgical methods.

Rehabilitation:
- Healing time TBD
- Patient placed in tank overnight
- Patient should not leave this tank unless she is being transferred
- Patient does not need dialysis for now but may soon

- Second and first degree burns along finger and palm of left hand
- Mild muscle injury/reduced sensation in right hand
- Dehydration
- Two cracked fingernails (left hand)

Treatment:
- Left hand treated with bacta, right hand splinted
- Broken fingernails cut back where necessary, synthetic ones bonded until they grow back
- Burn dressing applied where necessary
- Patient given some water with an electrolyte mixture

Rehabilitation:
- Patient advised to avoid further injury to hands until wounds are healed
- Change of burn dressing and checks for further infection

A singular, deep stab-wound through the stomach from a metal dagger.

Treatment:
Wound cleaned and cleansed.
Coagulant applied to stem excess bleeding.
Kolto bandages applied.

Rehabilitation:
Three-day long medbay stay.
One week of light activity.

Notes:
The dagger has been cleaned and given to Sith Tarimra.
