Therdel, 7.02.17 | right arm entirely ripped from the body, two lightsaber slice wounds upon chest, burn marks and scorch marks upon body and head, | In case of right arm, need of cybernetic arm, rest of wounds arent that severe | Applying kolto treatment within kolto tank, construction and applaying of cybernetic arm.

12/03/2017 - Chest and right shoulder suffer slashes from Sithspawn swords. Not excessively deep but enough to draw a lot of blood. Has been sown up by Ovidian and Temekel.

Injury: Blaster shot to left side of chest.
Initial treatment: Force healing, surgery and kolto bandages.
Long term treatment: 18 hours in a kolto tank, thereafter kolto dressings and rest.

08-04-2017 - Injuries:
Slash across the right side of his chest. Right pec, down to his navel in a straight vertical line. Only skin was damaged, and with the saber immediatly cauterized.
- Treatment:
Treated with Kolto and bandaged up, should only scar lightly.

09-04-2017 - Injury: Fractured metacarpal bone, right hand. (index finger)
- Treatment: Ice pack for 30 min, then wrapping in bandages to keep the hand steady and straight. Using Kolto,
it should not take that long to heal, perhaps only 2 days until fully healed.

Patient: Apprentice Jen'kaar Vipion
Injuries: Multiple grazing blaster shot wounds upon limbs (thighs, upper arm), shoulders and torso area; several pieces of scrap metal lodged into torso (below rib cage) area and behind the right knee.
Treatment: All wounds have been disinfected with iodine; foreign objects lodged into body removed; kolto bandages and patches applied over all injured areas.
Rehabilitation: stim applied upon patient arrival in the medical bay; painkillers prescribed yet were refused to be taken by the patient; medical staff indicates 1-2 days of rest and no physical strain for full rehabilitation;
