4× Broken fingers, complete
Bruising and swelling consistent with wound being untreated for nearly 48 hours
Symptoms consistent with Exhaustion, fatigue and shock
Treatment:
Anti-inflammatory injection and local anaesthetic applied
Bones reset and placed in cast
Full anaesthetic and bestest offered (refused by patient)
Concentrated Kolto injection applied to encourage bone regeneration
Rehabilitation:
Patient advised to avoid use of left hand until cast removed
Patient to return for cast removal in one week
Patient advised to receive 48 hours bedrest (patient displayed signs of mania at this suggestion, resulting in a laughing fit that lasted four full minutes).
