Injuries: Fractures across several areas of the posterior skull, left arm missing at the upper Brachial Region (just shy of Acromial Region, cauterized)
Treatment: (Critical Procedure) Kolto treatments for stabilization, with further application of dermal regenerators for the affected areas to prevent complication.
Rehabilitation: Kolto Tank for three full days (and checked for further need), applications of regenerators and bed rest to prevent strenuous activity for twenty-four hours, and light activity for seventy-two hours afterward.
Special note: Treatment and Rehabilitation subject to update if replacement limb is provided.

Injuries: Electrical burns along spine, neck, and back of cranium. Reduced use of cybernetics.
Treatment: Burn salve to affected areas, antiseptic treatment, and minor bandaging where necessary. Recalibration of mechanical limbs and eyes, with slight repairs to the left.
Rehabilitation: Change bandages after one day, reapplication of topicals if necessary.
Follow-up: Acolyte returned, 28/4/2020 (23ATC), with matching wounds across face and neck. A repeat of above treatments occurred, and examination of cybernetics, as well as a suggestion that the Acolyte refrain from getting hit by large currents of electricity regularly.

Injuries: Severe burning across left abdominal area, cauterized flesh; left arm, cybernetic, severed at anticubitial region; cauterized wound about the umbilical region and straight through to the back, damage to small intestine, slight bone damage to posterior rib.
Treatment: (Critical Procedure) Kolto treatment for stabilization, with grafting of synthflesh for surface wounds once organ tissue has been repaired - further application of dermal regenerators for the affected areas to prevent complication and promote repair of flesh. Remnants of left Cybernetic left alone and covered, with the detached portion in Medical until claimed.
Rehabilitation: Kolto Tank for two full days (and checked for further need), applications of regenerators and bed rest to prevent strenuous activity for at least forty-eight hours. Light activity for seventy-two hours afterward if no injury risked by doing so.

Neurological injuries: Brachial Plexus nerve bundles affected
Ortopedial injuries: Perforated and fractured scapula, severed collar-bone - Deltoid, rhomboid and levator muscles perforated.
Circulatory status: Severe bloodloss
Treatment: (Critical Procedure) Kolto treatment for stabilization, re-setting and fixation of bones, surgical closure and reattatchment of the multi-layered penetrative injuries - Working outwards from the centre of the injury. Nerve damage repaired and clusters treated regeneratively to re-grow the protective myelin sheethes. Application of dermal regenerators for the affected areas to prevent complication and promote cellular repair.
