Injury: Three clean cuts, one superficially across left forearm, above left knee and one deeper across the right hip.
Treatment: Standard medical procedure: removal of metal contaminants, irrigation and dressing of the wound.
Wound Consequence: Limited pelvic rotation until wound is healed or high risk of extended recovery time.
Consequence if untreated: Scar tissue formation on the site of the hip injury.

Injury: Flash burns on the skin and extensive damage to subdermal tissues of all finger of both hands,.
Treatment: Standard medical procedure: Injections of 0.5 cc of Kolto injection to each site of affected tissues, followed by observation period of assesment and debridement, dressing of the wound to prevent infection once recovery has been assesed.
Wound Consequence: Fingers are to remain immobile to aid recovery, avoid further damage to fingers or risk of complications is guaranteed.
Consequence if untreated: Lack of blood supply to affected limbs, necrotisation of tissues, gangrene and subsequently amputation is required to prevent spread to healthy tissues else sepsis will occur.

Injury: Large slash wound across lower abdomen, left kidney lacerated, life-threatening blood loss.
Treatment: Standard medical procedure, Blood transfusion in concert with surgery for kidney repair and remodelling. Standard post operative procedure, anti-biotics and monitoring for complications.
Wound Consequence: Partial loss the lower portion of left kidney of an estimate 18% in volume and its overal function to filter the blood, formation of post operative scar tissue lengthwise 8cm across the lower back, hospitalisation until renal panels are normal, restricted range-of-motion of the hip post-surgery until full recovery.
Consequence if untreated: Death due to blood loss.

Patient: Acolyte Amythia
Date: 24/12
Injury: Knife inflicted stab in the lower abdomen. Acolyte also came in paralized.
Doctors indicated that it must have been the effect from a paralytic venom
Personels note:
The following items were found at the command sparring area where the acolyte was found:
- One cam recorder, activated. Seems to include 1 recorded file.
- One knife
Medical analyses indicated that the knife was drenched in Rendvir and Amythias blood.
Both items have been stored in the imperial lockup

Date: 23/12
Injury: Stinger stuck in left leg, high amount of blood lost. Acolyte was brought in unconscious due to aforementioned blood loss.
Treatment: Stinger has been removed, yet the patient is to stay in the medical bay for two to three days to recover. Bandages are to be refreshed on a daily basis while staying in the medical bay.
Personnel note:
The Acolyte in question will likely have to go through a short rehabilitation period before being able to utilize the injured leg properly once more.
Other than the primary injury which is listed there are multiple bruises, yet all should recover in time.

Injuries: Moderately deep gash by the right shoulder and light slice by right foot.
Treatment: Wound cleaning, stitches for the first one, bandages for both.
Rehabilitation: Refresh the bandage once in a few days. Keep the wound clean.
Remove the stitches once the wound is healed.
Personnel note:
The acolyte has been adviced against any brusque movements with his right arm. If such would happen the wound could re-open and stitches would need to be done once more.

Treatment: Stoping bleeding with bandages, clean and stitches.
Rehabilitation: Bandages. New bandages every 24 hours, Cleaning it regularly and keep it dry. Avoid greater movements with upper body.

Injury: Multiple shrapnel in face and upper chest, due to a trainingsaber exploding nearby.
Treatment: Carefully removing shrapnel and stitch the cuts. Prevent inflammation by cleaning and renewing bandages.
Rehabilitation: Bandages. New bandages every 24 hours, Cleaning it regularly and keep it dry. Too much movement of facial muscles might reopen the cuts.
