SGT Richard Nashton
23 March, 2018:
Utahis Aayu [Acolyte]:
Afflictions:
-Third Degree burns on skin across chest, stomach, neck, arms legs and head. (Due to Force lightning)
-36mm deep Puncture wound through left infraspinatus muscle (Front shoulder above arm pit.)
-Compression on epiglottis and esophagus. (Due to Force Choke)
-Muscle strain from muscle spasms. (Due to Force Lightning)
-Ligament strain from ligament spasms. (Due to Force Lightning)
Care recieved:
-Hydration and large quantities of food carb and protein rich foods are to be provided to aid with muscle recovery.
-Puncture wound sutured closed with a small amount of Bacta injected around the puncture wound area.
-Compression and bruising around epiglottis and esophagus will heal in time.
-Stretching exercises to ensure muscles remain supple and ligaments do not seize, will ensure that he heals swiftly. These exercises have been provided and sent to the Acolyte's Datapad, Medical staff recommend he performs them three times per day at a minimum.
-Collagen based steroid cream has been provided to aid in healing for the third degree burns. It is to be applied to the worst affected areas.
Estimated time of recovery:
Taking into account his Pureblooded genetics, I believe that the Acolyte will be fully functional again within the next three working days.

(April 17th, 2018)
Utahis Aayu [Acolyte]:
Afflictions:
- Bruising on diaphram
- 3 cracked ribs
- 4 puncture wounds on left pectoral muscle
- 4 lacerations across abdominal muscles, (Trauma to the rectus abdominis, rectus sheath and external obliques)
- Blood loss (Major)
Care received:
- For the blood loss, Utahis has been provided with 1.5 liters of plasma, with additional salts, enzymes and vitamins, to aid with recovery to act as a basis for his body to restore itself.
- The Medical team have sutured together the blood vessels and muscles, once again closing off his wounds on his torso. A series of Bacta injections have been administered in and around the wound area, to ensure rapid recovery.
- The four puncture wounds have been sutured shut, packed and bacta injections have been injected throughout the afflicted area.
- A calcium based bone cement has been applied to the cracked ribs, to support them while they heal naturally.
Notes:
The Acolytes dense and tough muscles provided a challenge to back into position and suture back together, requiring 0.6 mm thick Bio-dissolving sutures being used, rather than the standard 0.4mm. The blood loss he received will take some time to replenish, and once out of the med-bay, I am recommending to the canteen staff, one extra serving of standard Acolyte food, to help speed up the healing process. The Acolyte is to be well rested, but due to his requirements of study, this is NOT an excuse for him to lounge around in the Acolyte quarters.
Estimated time till recovery (ETR):
He will be lethargic for a few days while his blood replenishes itself, his ribs will take about 2 weeks to fully heal, but should be of no hinderence within the next 96 hours. The wounds he has received on his torso, will take even longer to heal, and he'll have to remain walking on a crutch, to support his weight until his Abdominal muscles can support him fully once again.
Total time until duties can be completed in full:
120 hours. (5 days)
Total time until full recovery:
300 hours. (12.5 days)
Signed
Medical staff,
PVT. Ionara Prox.

[Acolyte] Rhysand Sekker
Patient: Acolyte Nedhorroc
Injuries: Several severe burns on the right side of his face, neck, and upper chest, and a large bruise on his back, from a heavy landing on his back.
Treatment: The burns have been treated with cool water, and kolto has been applied to them. Now Ned just needs to wait it out.
Rehabilitation: Daily application of water and to the burns, leave the bruise to heal on its own.

Patient: Acolyte Nedhorroc
Injuries: Injuries include but are not limited to:
-A shove to the Solar Plexus.
-Kicked in the back of the knee.
-Painfully held by the head.
-Punched near liver & kidneys.
-Rammed into the ground 5 times.
-Tendons popped in right knee.
-Choked
-Had an ‘H’ carved into his cheek.
-Broken rib(s)
Treatment and rehabilitation:
-A shove to the Solar Plexus; simply leave it be, it will heal on its own.
-Kicked in the back of the knee; simply leave it be, it will heal on its own.
-Painfully held by the head; Not much of a problem, leave it be.
-Punched near liver & kidneys; check for internal damages and apply bandages. Bedrest for at least 2-3 days is advised for optimal healing if there are internal damages.
-Rammed into the ground 5 times; apply Kolto and a bandage to the affected area and leave it be. Doing so will let it heal on its own.
-Tendons popped in right knee; place the leg in an immobilizer after checking for damages and broken bones. Apply Kolto to the affected area as to encourage rejuvenation and healing of the popped tendons. The acolyte will probably still be able to walk, if with difficulty and a limp.
-Choked; leave it be, it will heal on its own.
-Had an ‘H’ carved into his cheek; apply Kolto and a bandage to the wound, there will be scarring.
-Broken rib(s); apply Kolto and an ice pack to the affected ribs, bed-rest required for around 2-3 days. Do not apply a bandage, as that will restrict breathing.

Medical Log Lao'Lordiru
Date wounds sustained: 17/11
Wound(s) Sustained: Fractured left rib, torn intercostal muscle groups around the rib, heavy bruising, cuts to the legs and torso, what appears to be a series of deep gouges (at points inches) - the formation of them, the depth (one of them even seems to have grazed the subject's shoulder blade) and the nature of the trial they were sustained on suggests that this acolyte was almost the pray of a rather angry Acklay. Frankly, given the way the Overseers talk about the Acolytes (especially the Alien ones), I'm surprised the subject isn't dead. It looks like it just missed some of the larger arteries, and the subject is lucky they are still able to move their digits.
Wound Consequences: Expected stiffness in her right arm for some time - even after the injuries heal. Difficulty moving her neck for the same amount of time. Full shoulder rotations may not be entirely possible for two months.
Advised Treatment Blood donation from another Rutian Acolyte we had some time ago. The stock is probably still good, and it's only an alien so if it dies, it dies. A droid has been sent to close up her wounds - rough stitching at first so it doesn't drop dead, then a cleaner procedure if it survives to ensure that it at least has the chance to be useful at somepoint. Bandaged the ribs, bandaged the shoulder after. Small... and I mean small use of Kolto spray to ensure the wound doesn't get infected. Small cuts on the front and the legs and the bruises it got aren't a concern so left untreated.
We don't have the funding or the time to run the Twi'lek through physio once the injuries have healed. I'll make sure someone gives her a pamphlet on the way out. I'm sure we have some out of date ones somewhere...
Expected Date of Return to Health 16/12
Consequences if not Treated: If those wounds were left open? Death.
As it stands? She'll need them patching back up if she does anything strenuous. Permanent scarring from the Acklay's bite is guaranteed, both because of the severity and the lack of medical treatment available for the Acolytes.

Medical File Lyana Mantisa
Date OOC 21/11/2018
Injuries Acolyte was brought in by two other acolytes. Woman had severe injuries, four, 2 inch deep, long cuts from shoulder along the left side of her torso till the hip bone. Muscle damage, skin hanging loose, left hand several cutts as well. Lost a lot of blood, acolyte was unconscious. If she would have not been brought in she would have died. Acolyte has refused to answer any questions regarding the source of her injuries.
treatment High dose painkiller, 124 stitches placed, koltopatches placed, blood transfusion, IV with saline
Date of release 26/11/2018 Patient is not eating, explained it will not help in getting healthy, patient ignores advice. Release date is not followed, after Lord Tokiai visited her, she left the medbay. This is against our advice. Acolyte needs to return daily to replace bandages. Expected that she will still have difficulties with moving her left arm and torso. This would normally be better in a week. 30/11/2018 the stitches can be removed. We expect a fast recovery, even although the acolyte is not following the medical advice we have given her. Because she is no longer in the medbay, we decided not to provide her with any painmedication during her recovery.
