[Veilak]

Patient: Apprentice Veilak
Injuries: 

• Fractured ribs - seven pairs in total
  
• Blunt trauma to spine - thoracic vertebrae 
  
• Crushed right leg - from toe to hip
  
• Severed left foot - up to the height 1/3rd of tibula and tibia
  
• Various degrees of bruising throughotu the body
  
  

Treatment:

• Kolto salves applied over chest and crushed leg.
  
• Administered higher doses of painkillers.
  
• Damaged bone and muscle tissue removed and replaced with a rudimentary implant.
  
• Blood thininers to avoid internal bleeding.
  

Rehabilitation:

• Patient has been given a pair of crutches, one he'll have to use in coming days in order to get acquainted with new-found state.
  
• Patient will receive a proper cybernetic replacement in next 72 hours, after which he'll be able to walk on his own.
  
• Avoid any sort of activity for a week.
  
• Regular check ups at 6 hours intervals to monitor cardiovascular system.
