"A recent Republic raid has seen a number of our Imperial military research and development personnel captured. Intelligence has them being held at a makeshift republic outpost hidden in the countryside of the neutral Bnar system. These sharp minds are being held to be taken to the Republic core for trial for 'Crimes against the Republic'. A fantasy charge, of course, in order to take military research into their own possession no doubt. See these gifted minds brought back into our care and ensure that this republic staging ground is removed. Permanently. By the end; no republic base to speak of, the missing returned and the system remaining as neutral in its sympathies. See it done. In death, glory."
