ORSUS MISSION 1
TO: Sith Vipion

SUBJECT: After Action Report, Orsus Mission 1 (3)
INTRODUCTION:
Neophyte Roi assumed command of this Operation. Our main intent was to await the assassination attempt, investigate the conspirators and reveal ourselves when necessary to seize all involved, ultimately making a public scene to show off the effectiveness of both the Sith and the Sons of Orsus Guard.
Summary:
The following is regarding the incident itself.
Deployed Location:
Orsus, Varin Garin's Gala.
Deployed Personnel:
-Apprentice Esme Roi
-Apprentice Vayek Vipion
-Apprentice Krassus
-Apprentice Emlar

Details of Operation:
To achieve the goals outlined in the brief. We arrived at the gala undercover. Apprentice Krassus went in as a Sith, to force the assassins to only engage when he was leaving allowing us control over the time in which the attempt occured. Myself and Apprentice Vayek took positions on the roof, with me watching the entrance the Sons of Orsus Guard positioned in a truckspeeder outside, while Apprentice Vayek went inside. Apprentice Emlar played the part of a average guest. Together we intended coordinated to discover the Rebel plot and eliminate it.
During the course of Vayek's investigation he managed to get caught out and drugged by one of the assassins, after overpowering him, he passed out in the security room, with an application of Force Lightning on the kitchen staff to keep them silent as he was impaired and caught out during the time.
Meanwhile Apprentice Emlar and Apprentice Krassus investigated the main floor. They discovered several of the conspirators. There was a long delay before I was given enough information due to poor communications on the part of Apprentice Emlar to make any judgment on the moment to engage. Krassus withdrew and gave us the order to breach. We secured the potential criminals and searched the building finding Vayek within the communication room, with the operator unfortunately already dead.
We used Vayek as our scapegoat of a Jedi Assassin, knowing that the Kitchen staff would recover from their injuries.
In the final clean up, Varin Garin is now supporting the Orsus Infrastructure Project and it's reconstruction of Orsus. We captured several conspirators, Oris Anli was carrying poison that would react with Varin Garin's medication was captured by Vayek, a skilled operator if Vayek's testimonial is to be believed. He identified during interrogation a accomplice who was not among those we brought, a yellow Twi'lek, the description of whom we will publicize as a Bounty.
Additionally, several co-conspirators were seized, Mnia Eann, K'inich Tang, Anhel Ethi a few giving information on the Rebel activity, they will be interrogated further.
Comments:
Apprentice Vayek needs to stop 'licking the gizka', he got caught out and didn't at any time during his mission really report back in.
Apprentice Emlar did not use their comms enough to give anyone the required information to act, they should have known Apprentice Krassus was unavailable and should have responded when asked. This mission was a failure of communications.
In the public statements Apprentice Vayek was painted as a 'Jedi Assassin' this image should be maintained going forward to keep our story accurate to the truth of events I think. He wore a mask, so that shouldn't be an issue really.
