Public Call for Operation Team Assembly

Attached to the file would be a prerecorded holomessage, which would play when selected. The form of Apprentice Rhysand Sekker appeared a moment later in the classical cyan-white hues of a holographic transmission, the electric tinge accentuating some features on the young Pureblood while diminishing others. Rhysand stood with his hands clasped in the small of his back, the armoured plating on his chest and shoulders shifting slightly as he stood, sharp copper-gold gaze glowing even in the holorecording. He’d faintly look to the left and began speaking, his deep voice authoritative and stern.

“The Imperial military-industrial complex and the economy that supports it are a ravenous beast: ever preying on materials to fuel the factories and other establishments maintained for its use. I have been informed of the demise of a small Sith Powerbase at the southern edge of the Northern Territories on Botajef. Its leader fell to familial infighting, and so while the new leadership is solidified, its resources lie unprotected. We will use this chaos to secure materials so they may be put to better use.

“Your task is simple: raid the compound of the fallen powerbase, and take as much materiel as you can. Never Waver; Never Relent.”

With that, the hologram flickered and faded from view, leaving the viewer to access the rest of the provided information.

Location: Botajef, Botajef System, Belsmuth Sector, Imperial Northern Territories
OOC Location: Botajef is industrial, so something like Corellia could work.

Objective: In this task, there will be one primary objective and one secondary objective:

Primary Objective I: Raid the compound of the fallen powerbase
Secondary Objective I: Secure anything else of interest

Timeframe: The assembled team will have a month for this task.

The 29th of October is the deadline.

Estimated Party Size: Apprentice Sekker suggests a party size of three to five.

Three means planning when to set a date for the Operation for three people with a hard cap of absolutely no more than five. Please find a GM from within this number.

Rewards:
  • Sith Acolytes may ask for a lesson in a Core or Adept Power.
  • Sith Apprentices and Neophytes may ask for a lesson in an advanced power.
  • Household Sith and Imperials may approach to discuss a reward.

Reminder: Assets are not to be earned or taken in these, they are not meant to be for accumulating stuff. Maybe some money and little trophies might be gained but never anything large.

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
