Attached to the file would be a prerecorded holomessage that when selected would play. Lord Saltaeon's form would blaze to life in the classic display of a holographic transmission, the electric blue tinge accenting some features while diminishing others. She would be stood with arms by her side, one resting on her hip, the custom-fit plates of the armour looking intimidating in their bulk, a cloak falls off her shoulders to the ground. A gun metal helmet with deep and black eyes stare into the recorder. She clears her throat before speaking into the recording device:

"An event of note has come to my attention, the Grand Cenote of Mictal is hosting a gladiator fight in the coming weeks, sponsored by the Mandalorians of Clan Rodarch. Mictal is an isolationist world within the Northern Territories, and it's Grand Cenote forms a sort of  central trading and cultural city for the planet and stands as the only settlement the Empire has been allowed to visit. The populace is still in a stage of transistioning from tribal to civilised peoples, most technology is a rarity on the planet used by the upper classes to display wealth and power. The Grand Cenote itself is built into a large crater with a lake at the bottom, for a stone and wooden city to be built above the lake is a feat of engineering the the Empire is keen to study."

"But the focus of this is not the city, the Mandalorians are sponsoring this gladiator event to draw in new combatants and to provide great entertainment to their hosts. They have advertised a grand reward to the victor, I will be unable to attend but wish to acquire this trophy all the same. Members of the Horuset Powerbase will be granted diplomatic leave to travel to the Grande Cenote to partake tin the arena fights, I anticipate many of them to be dangerous if not deadly, but the rewards will be great. These are managed fights done for entertainment, to use the power of the Dark Side or dirty tactics to win with ease will not provide entertainment and you may find yourself disqualified. Fight with honour and you shall win glory, fight with courage and you shall win the adoration of your crowds. Fight with skill and you shall win my personal favour."

With that the hologram would flicker and then fade from view. Leaving the viewer able to access the rest of the information provided.

Objectives: In this task there will be one primary objective, and one secondary objective.

Primary Objective: The participant who wins the final fight and brings Lord Saltaeon the grand trophy shall receive the most favour.
Secondary Objective: Bringing trophies from other fights to Lord Saltaeon may also grant favour depending on the trophy.

Time Frame: The team will have 30 days to complete the task.
((The 13th of August will be the deadline!))

Rewards: Those who win favour may request rewards from Lord Saltaeon.

Spoiler: OOC Notes for the GM!

This may be a very unique experience for GMs, with a single primary GM running most of the fights and the arena experience, with other players able to step in and GM for the Primary GM so their character can still take part. View this as a sort of tournament with a mix of Player Character vs NPCs and Player Character vs Player Character, so this operation may take more time than more traditional operations.
