The Medical Staff has noted certain tendencies for the apprentice in question to ramble about "red sands" and "dead stars" in between treatments of kolto injections. After a mental check it was confirmed he is mentally operable to continue with his activities.

Patient: Apprentice Emlar Racta
Injuries:
- Broken nose.
- Speech impediment that made the patient somewhat more tolerable.
Treatment:
- Nasal spray bottle of kolto solution given to the patient. She was offered a rather large syringe of kolto, but seemed a little put off by the idea.
- Kolto patches to help with swelling.
- Cooling patches to help with swelling.
- Nose was poked thoroughly to ensure that it was, indeed broken. It was.
Rehabilitation:
- Use the kolto spray as and when required.
- Replace kolto patch when no longer effective.
- Reapply cooling patches until the swelling has gone down.
- Don't get punched in the nose for a few days.
