Injuries:
- Burned right arm (unknown accelerant)
- Crushed left arm (cybernetic) (blood loss)
- Fractured sternum
- Several cracked ribs
- Two broken ribs
- Assumed mental trauma
- Multiple hematomas
- Lacerations across chest (cauterized)
- Punctured lung- pneumothorax
- Small incision through site of deeper laceration nearest to puncture location
Treatment:
- Bacta injections
- Anti-inflammatories
- Antibiotic treatment
- Left overnight in tank
- Lacerations debrided and stitched up
- Burns were washed with saline and debrided.
- Synthskin grafts applied
- IV fluids given
- Ribs reset (patient partially immobilized in order to ensure this)
- Transfusion given
- Antishock prescribed for concussion/mental shock
- Cybernetics repaired
- Nerves repaired
- Lung puncture sealed shut by attending physician, air leak drained
Rehabilitation:
- Patient has been sedated in order to prevent him leaving the tank overnight
- Further rehabilitation suggested
Notes:
Neophyte Vliriel and the Chiss Acolyte were particularly helpful during this.
Force healing applied to the worst of it.

- Second and first degree burns along palm of right hand
- Third degree burns on first two fingers of right hand
- Exhaustion
- Cracked fingernails (right hand)
- Second degree burns (left hand, palm)
Treatment:
- Right hand treated with bacta immersion
- Burns debrided where needed, grafts applied
- Left hand- glove dressing applied
- Broken fingernails cut back where necessary, synthetic ones bonded until they grow back
- Burn dressing applied where necessary
- Patient has checked herself into a medical bed until she is capable of moving
Rehabilitation:
- Patient advised to avoid further injury to hands until wounds are healed
- Patient advised to swap hands again the next time this happens, as patient claims this will be a habit
- Change of burn dressing and checks for further infection

- Cracks formed in the wrist due to pressure put on it

- Heavy bruising to the abdomen, likely bruising on internal organs

- Broken bones set and placed in splints
- Head wound bandaged, checked for concussion (No signs)
- Kolto patches applied to left thigh
- Kolto injections administered

Patient: Apprentice Temekel Vipion
Background:
Patient first arrived at the medbay after the mission with signs of lightning burns on her back and her left hand, several partially healed lacerations upon her back, and a request to have them treated by Chiss helper. Injuries were treated with antiseptic and bacta patches as appropriate.
Patient then proceeded to return to work in the medbay. During this process, two of these lacerations reopened. Once more she requested bacta patches. Patient then left for several hours.
Injuries/Treatment:
Patient returned to the medical bay at 4am with complaints of injuries reopening.
The two lacerations that re-opened on her back had rapidly deteriorated within the short period of time and festered.
Necrotic skin was debrided on laceration 1.
Skin graft applied upon laceration 1.
Antibiotics were given for infection.
Wounds sutured shut.
Patient required two units of blood during this process.
Patient presented with second degree burns in a circular shape in her right hand. Wounds were bandaged.
Patient placed in koltotank for several hours.
Notes:
Burns on her back also appeared to get worse but were handled by kolto
Patient blamed "accursed lizards" but seemed otherwise lucid
Rehabilitation:
Light activity until wounds are healed. Recovery time uncertain.

Treatment:
- Wound cleaned, antiseptic applied, light stitching where needed, finished with kolto bandages. (Seen by the chiss)
Rehabilitation:
- Patient given antiviral, antibiotic, and anti-parasite stims
- Advised the ankle may swell for a few days
- Offered painkillers, refused them

Injuries:
Muscle damage on the upper-right arm.
Cracked bone in the upper-right arm
Internal bleeding on the upper-right arm.
Blunt trauma to the nose. Shattered cartilage.
Minor damage to respirator cybernetic.
Heavy blood loss.
Treatment:
Troublesome subject didn't show usual qualities. Kept under watch as the staff were made uncomfortable in his 'conformity'
Repairs were made to the subject's respirator.
Ice packs were applied to the subject's right arm and nasal area.
Kolto applied to the subject's nasal area and upper-right arm.
Right arm put in a sling to promote bone regrowth.
Recovery time:
Two days of rest.
