The Conservancy
Product of the 1st Edict of Darth Horuset, it is a reshaped version of the upper echelons of the powerbase and rulership itself, created to replace the former semi-democratic organ that was the Council. It is a hierarchical structure meant to give power to the strong and intelligent while justly repressing the weak. Darth Horuset herself will be involved in the Conservancy as clearly its head, but other roles and ranks are present within this new organ that will form as a pyramid with ranks available only to Sith and Lords.
The Dark Lord's Hand
A role created precisely to fulfill any possible absence of the Dark Lord, second to none but Darth Horuset herself- and her voice whenever she is not present. The Hand is in charge of all internal and external affairs and responsible for all who serve under House Horuset's Powerbase. Not only, the Hand has both the most responsability and accountability. As a token befitting its rank, the Hand usually carries a second lightsaber with a rare purple crystal as a form of badge of office. By its core, the Hand holds mostly political power.
This rank is currently held by Lord Kalkoran himself.
The Dark Lord's Fist
A role created precisely to match alongside the Hand's political power, the Fist instead enbodies the executive power, enforcing the will of the Dark Lord, carrying out punishment in her name and representing her wrath. All who wrong the Dark Lord will sooner than later met the Fist, though its role isn't purely regarding handling punishments as it is also the Head of all the Operations and Missions of the Powerbase. Of course, it will be personally responsible for the eradication of heresy and upstars alongside the support of the Envoy of Purity.
This rank is currently held by Lord Sanguinis himself.
Envoy of Sight
The Envoy of Sight is representative of the Powerbase whenever both the Dark Lord and the Hand are absent or simply not available, often engaging in diplomatic missions as Ambassador and carrier of the Dark Lord's personal will. In order for a figure to fulfill this rank, certain requirements must be met, such as being intelligent, cunning and having a silver-tongue and of course have the outmost devotion to the Dark Lord. In the hierarchy, it answers directly to the Hand.
Currently this rank is held by no one.
Envoy of Ritual
The Envoy of Ritual is instead the keeper of the Old Ways, the enbodiment and perfect example of how a true Sith of House Horuset's Powerbase should aspire to be. This Envoy itself carries on the history of the Pureblood who rightfully rule the Empire, carrying out the most important task of teaching the ways of the Old to the masses and new generations, molding the minds of the ignorant and thus allowing the one and only true phylosophy to rightfully flourish.
Currently this rank is held by no one.
Envoy of Purity
The Envoy of Purity is the more hands-on counterpart of the Envoy of Ritual, because while the latter teaches the old ways, the Envoy of Purity instead enforces them, acting as the Dark Lord's personal inquisitor who will work alongside the Fist to root out any heretic and deviats who seek to prosper and corrupt House Horuset's Powerbase, making an example out of them. In order for a figure to fulfill this rank, certain requirements must be met, such as being ruthless, merciless and utterly obedient.
Currently this rank is held by no one.
Envoy of Imperialism
The Envoy of Imperialism is a role meant to further improve communication between the Sith and the Imperials within the Powerbase, acting as a liason in the Dark Lord's name, to solve the major problems of misscomunication and foolish pride which have damaged the Imperial Forces under Darth Horuset's banner. In order for a figure to fulfill this rank, certain requirements must be met, such as being a loyal and dutiful Sith. The tasks of the Envoy of Imperialism range from keeping the communication between the Sith and the troops efficient while working with them to leading them in the front-line alongside the Fist, if present.
Currently this rank is held by no one.
The Specializations
Thanks to the Dark Lord, the Horuset's Powerbase has seen a further expansion of the already existing specializations titles that can be acquired by the Sith within the Powerbase. Each Sith specialisation title is unique and is regarded as the pinnacle in terms of expertise of its rank, though more Sith can pursue the same specialization and acquire the same rank, becoming assistants and thus aiding the first of their specialization in every task. An assistant based title can be held also by an Apprentice or Neophyte. The Warrior rank is the only one which does not have an assistant and thus any Warrior is the pinnacle in their specialization. The specializations are as follow.
The Purifier
The Purifier works alongside the Envoy of Purity as an enforcer and require to properly understand the ways of the Sith as they will be tasked to root out any form of heresy that grows within the Powerbase the moment it begins existing.
The Harbringer
The Harbringer works alongside the Envoy of Ritual in teaching the ways of the Old to the new generations, but will also aid in rituals and excavations if required, assisting in lessons and so on so that the the true phylosophy will influence the masses and guide them to justly see it as the only true ideology.
Beastmaster
The Beastmaster is renowed for his expertise in regards to the existing species of animals, though their role isn't exactly only about knowing about animals- but also controlling them so that they might be used as machines of death as most of the Beastmasters are expected to control a beast dom where they nurture their bond with their own animals and further improve them for whatever need they might see fit.
Warrior
The Warrior is a rank that speaks for itself, befitting anyone who does not walk down a fight and instead strives for wars, battles so that he can unleash his endless rage upon his enemies with any way they see fit. A Warrior is by itself the embodiment of the one of the Sith code, 'Peace is a lie', as they constantly seek for a foe to defeat and further increment their glory and renown through strength.
Blademaster
The Blademaster differences themselves from the Warrior in the fact that, while they might both favour Lightsabers, the expertise of a Blademaster far exceeds that of a Warrior in this regard- being more experienced with the points of contact and the existing Forms as well and thus potentially capable of besting a Warrior for their experience and wider options of engaging a battle might grant them the upper edge.
Alchemist
The Alchemist is a rank for those Sith who dwell in the secrets of Sith Alchemy and work closely with the Dark Side of the Force to do things thought impossible such as changing aspect all together to channeling hatred in order to forge tools of power. An Alchemist is expected to not only know about Sith Alchemy, but also about it's most secret and powerful of techniques and their machinations, for they will be called by the Dark Lord herself in matters that regard Alchemy- and not only, they are also expected to teach those interested so that this art will continue to thrive as it should.
Sorcerer
The Sorcerer is a rank for those Sith who dwell in the secrets of the arcane sorcery and go past the Force Shock or Force Lightning spells, wreacking havoc upon their foes in a multitude of different ways, all locked to those who do not walk the path of incantations and do not seek to learn from the most dark of tomes. A Sorcerer is not only expected to guard the tomes held by House Horuset's powerbase, but also to teach a select few this intricate art.
Assassin
The Assassin is a rank for those Sith who do not shun the idea of using subtletly to bring down important targets, adapting to the different environments in order to properly ambush their foes and bring them down in more ways than passing them through with a Lightsaber or electrocuting them to death. An Assassin is of course expected to put his expertise in service to House Horuset may it be required.
Overseer
The Overseer is a rank for those Sith who seek to make to sure that the new generations are properly taught, tempered and hammered down to the point that they either break or strive further and can potentially reach higher ranks and do something useful with their lives. An Overseer is expected to teach the Acolytes and pass on experiences, techniques and more regarding abilities all Acolytes are expected to know, making sure that they're ready to put a fight if needed.
Lorekeeper
The Lorekeeper is a rank for those Sith who value knowledge above most things and thus make one of their goals that of preserving knowledge, protecting it and allowing it to be accessed by the public, or in some more specific cases only to those who've proven their worth and earned it. A Lorekeeper gathers and holds all the knowledge that House Horuset has acquired from their existance onward to future findings, for they will be called by the Dark Lord herself in matters that regard the wide knowledge held by the House Horuset's powerbase.
Regarding the three roles I'd look forward to fulfill myself, I believe that in order they would be:
Alchemist
Assassin
Sorcerer
