And so these chains will be able to function as a metallic whip, a deadly superconductor for force lightning and even the cause of a force spawned affliction. Why did Khatatas think of this?:
Based in a smiliar weapon that he had made for Jen'kaar once upon a time and the effects that Sith Poison & Bolt of Hatred has. To induce a bloodthirty frenzy in the target that will push them to the dark side.
What is the best possible end result?:
The best possible outcome is exactly as desired, altough made in a sligthly different way than intended. The barbed chain will be enchanted to make it more durable, sharp and turn it into a dark sided superconductor so that in and of itself could still be used as an effective weapon that could channel force lightning through it, can resist light blows from lightsabers and cut more easily through armor. The actual crystal at the end will also be encased in enchanted steel. The actual crystal won't be anything special, but since alchemy can't produce this rage inducing effect through other means than Sith Poison, the crystal will be cursed with a higer tier curse. With the effects being that if a target is damaged by the casing around the crystal and then uses a light sided power the curse triggers and induces a bloodthirsty rage that pushes them into the darkness.

Throughout the ages many great monsters have been given birth to through the beauty that is the art of Sith Alchemy. From the Tuk'ata to the nigh-all mighty Leviathans of old. Such Alchemists however started much smaller and often with beasts they had captured, nurtured, raised and trained themselves. And so now, it is my turn to do exactly that. To evolve my most loyal beast, Dziana into a deadly creation of absolute art. Where the Ruping might right now possess only minor uses and is quickly overtaken by the many dangers that the sky holds. I will transform her into a beast worthy of dominating the skyline. I will transcend her, she will become the Tarimra Dragon...

Why did Khatatas think of this?:
There are many different ways to describe the why, but it all comes down to 1: It looks cool. 2: it fits within the same theme as most of the creations he is trying to make, his personal obsession surrounding fire and synergises well with the environment in which he lives. There is also of course the fact that the base creature used for this, the Ruping, isn't particularly useful for combat and as such is very restricted in when they'll be usefull, which is something he wants to change. To basically create a creature that could be usefull in almost any combat scenario.
What is the best possible end result?:
Due to the base creature that is used and limitations to any given creation the end result will be less of a proper dragon as we know it in so many mythical forms and instead will be more akin to a mixture between a Dragon and a Wyvern. To best explain the end result i'll divide it into the most important parts and explain the whats and hows.
So first of all is also the most dramatic and spectacular aspect of any dragon. Fire-breathing. So how would this work? The basis for this is based on the real life defense mechanisms of the 'Bombardier Beetle', the 'Spitting Cobra' and the known byproducts from some micro-organisms necessary to produce flames like that. The short answer is 'Diethyl ether' a substance made by 'drying' ethanol with sulfuric acid. So with that there will be six venom glands total, with two being attached to the intestines to filter the waste product ethanol, the another two near the back of the mouth that produces sulfuric acid and then the last two near the entrance of the mouth that act as an internal combustion chamber from which the final product of Diethyl ether is superheated and squirted out to produce fire. Diethyl ether requires only very little of the substance to produce an impressive amount of flames. Yet even despite that it still has to be produced and used, meaning that there will be a limit of 5-6 Fire Breaths per day before the diethyl ether storage is depleted and has to be recharged. Additionally, since diethyl ether doesnt mix with water, makes the flames created by this product incredibly difficult to extinguish through such methods.
Since there will be a limited amount of Fire Breaths a day a secondary defensive mechanism which the creature would use in moments of panic. A Venomous Tail.This will be much less dramatic and effective compared to the primary mechanism of Fire Breath. A set of small venom glands at the end of the beast's tail that remain empty for the most part. But once the creature is experiencing extreme panic which causes neutrotransmitters to send a high amount of norepinephrine and serotonin from the locations of the brain comparable to the amygdala and hypothelamus then the venom glands swell up and are transported to the actual tip of the tail itself from which it can be injected upon its victim. The venom itself would be a local paralytic substance not unlike those we know are produced by Pelko Bugs.
Next would be the wings. These would be comparable to a supersized version of the extinct Haast Eagle of New Zealand with movements aking to those of a Raptor. Meaning that the wings will be large both in wingspawn and depth to create a lot of lift in addition to an especially long tail to aid if not outright compensate in order to gain precise manouverability and a decreased loss of lift when gliding.
A dragon's size and by proxy its mass is where problem arise for actual flight. So to this end its internal structure won't be unlike most birds. This means that first of all, there is a lot of hollow space internally. This means that the bones are hollow and that there are a large number of airsacs present, a small number attached directly to the lungs but most would be present near the outer skin just beneath the scales altough still connected to the lungs through an intricate web as is common amongst many reptiles. This means that the creature weighs much less but also that it won't overheat. This also means that organs that are typically very hot like the liver for example are pressed against airspaces with a direct connection the outisde so that the internal organs are effectively air-cooled. These airsacs have a tertiary use however to further aid in the realistic possibility of flight for such a gargantuan creature. To fill up with air and release it again through a controlled manner so that they effectively work like miniature air-baloons.
In order to protect the creature against incoming attacks its scales are the primary defense, however to prevent them from becoming to heavy so that the creature could still fly the scales will each be 'V' shaped and small to aid in aerodynamics and reduce drag produced by air. Additionally they will be made from an enchanted lightweight keratin. This so that it is still lightweight and offers some protection. Meaning that each individual scale can take the strike or blast from a lightsaber or blaster bolt once before no longer offering any protection to the underlying skin, airsacs and organs. The reproduction of scales takes roughly a month of OOC time.
And last but not least is Dziana's intelligence. Khatatas wants to make it hyperintelligent and still maintain complete control over the creature. It is not possible to have both meaning that a sacrifice in intelligence has to be made. Higher Tier Sithspawns by themselves are generally speaking already difficult to control even for its creator. To this end a amulet has to be made specifically for the purpose of enhancing his control over Dziana upon creation. Since control amulets are almost never a one part deal when made for specific beings this means that a gem and an amulet will be created and connected through the force. What this means for the pseudo-dragon is that it won't be any more intelligent than it already is as a reptavian creature. With them gem being implanted prior to the creation process.

Whilst the Reel is a useful creature for stealth operations and powerful in combat against most combatants, it is still not truly capable of combatting a Sith with enough skill. And so I shall transcend Jiwras into an incredible beast worthy of dominating any given fight even against the Jedi and Sith. I will turn him into the first Magma Serpent...

Premise:

A concept proven by the organization known as the Black Symphony, a group of assassins who use specific tunes to announce their arrival. The average assassin shouldn't do this for it will decrease their chances significantly, but those who are well known to utilise such dramatic entrances and still have a public record of one-hundred percent successful contract completion are clearly deadly. This concept of inspiring the most terrible of nightmares through a spellbinding tune will be turned into reality. Let music become the new medium of dread...

1: Saw both the Radius & Ulna through its length.
2: Carve a runic matrix with the High Sith Runes; Rirmi, Midwan, Dursosûtuni, Cnayi, Anmurjomi, Tsatota, Zûtadzani and Ouha.
3: Merge the separate piece of the Radius & Ulna back together.
4: Remove the lower jaw of the Raven skulls and carve a runic matrix with the High Sith Runes; Rirmi, Kakija, Satkari, Wtsia and Ratsatsa.
5: Carve and finetune the Ulna and Radius into a properly functioning flute.
6: Bind the individual pieces together.
7: Set the synthetic crystals in the eye sockets of the Raven skulls.
8: Submerge the full instrument in the Cerebrospinal Fluid and Blood Spilled in Despair.
9: Perform the Rite of Empowerment.

The bone is lacking calcium more than it should, this is being rectified by giving it the appropriate baths. Luckily my trusted ally, Lord Jen'letana has been playing and finetuning such flutes since before he came of age. He even cared to play a piece for me, it was surprisingly serene for a Sith however. ''It is done. I completed the Pipes of Haunting. I even tried to play it in preparation for my next meeting with Lord Jen'letana and.... it was a curious experience. As soon as I first channeled the force into it the knowledge and skill of who I presume is Carnage is burned into my body and mind. Allowing me to play as well as he did in his life. I have also noted that once the unadulturated power is channeled through the instrument the spellbinding tune released is the rough equivalent of what I believe to be Force Horror. The downside to this however is that it only works on the weak-willed, they have to hear the tune directly and sonic dampening can prevent the effects from working as well. All things considered, I put this project into the archive as completed, partial success.''

''I have taken the first step towards evolving Zaiso into the first Hellhound today. The first step was to alter the genetic make-up that govern the muscles of the Tuk'ata in order to make them more susceptable to change. Zaiso become notably aggressive during this process, no doubt due to the mixture of pain and lack of control I could assert over his mind in this period of time. Additionally, the skin was prepared in a similar fashion and had carbon and korribani ore particles fused with the organic barrier in preparation for future enhancements. A result of this saw his skin turn ash-grey, this will be changed in the future to prevent the thought of my trying to create the embodiment of Hezerkal. There will now be a week of rest for Zaiso whilst I observe any changes in behavior or physiology.''

Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."
