[Normal] Sithspawn Profile: Iroatsa

#1
Restricted

A note has been written by Lord Sarias
Though perished, there is much learning one can find in such specimen. They in themselves do not cease to be marvels of creation, even if their flesh rots or their weapons break.

Sith Jirai contributed for the profile - may it be the first of many.

Sithspawn Profile - "Iroatsa" [Unity]
-Written by Sith Jirai/Lord Sarias

Summary

Recovered by Apprentice Daiju Ronith after an encounter by some apprentices of House Horuset upon clearing the site of its presumed birth. Sithspawn was slayed in the process, but its remains were recovered mostly intact, alongside crude weapons of faux sith steel (bearing faint properties, but ultimately far from the real thing).

The recovered weapons had crude enchantments on them, tied to the creature’s life force - presumed to be the reason the faux weapons shattered upon its death. Crude approximations of High Sith Kittat found on them.

Current status:

The body is kept in deep-cyro storage, with recovered weapon shards in nearby dry storage. With the fungal infection present through the body, it will remain in cyro indefinitely.

Appearance:

A centipede-like chimera the size of two horses, with multiple arms and legs acting as its mode of transportation and attacks. The limbs had weapons and metal debris fused into the body, with the fungal growths suspected to the ‘bridge’ used to anchor them together. Its organic flesh is a chimeric thing fused together sith-blooded humans, many different genetic strains confirming multiple sources. A high likelihood the ritual, and fusing of everything from hair to skin and organs, occurred while they were alive.

Main Attributes:
  • Reach - Multiple limbs permitted it to attack from various angles
  • Fungal alertness - Able to interact with fungal dark side spores to hunt prey in its habitat. Able to produce these from itself from prolonged exposure.
  • Rowed Maw - At least 3 rows of sharped teeth, strong enough to pierce sith armor
  • Pain Resistance - High resistance to lightsaber, ranged and melee attacks. Despite multiple fatal wounds, it refused to acknowledge pain done to it. Perhaps it lived in a perpetual cycle of the emotion to the point of apathy.

Weaknesses
  • Faux Sith Steel - The weapons could be shattered with sufficient force, lacking the true properties of sith steel.
  • Uncoordinated - It’s chimeric quality left it exposed and some of its limbs unwieldy
  • Mental opening - No recourse against mental attacks

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
