#1

OOC INFORMATION:
This record is highly classified, but accessible OOC to read. If you are unsure if you can read it, ask OOC.

BACKGROUND:
Sergeant Terrance Kaine is a human male in his 30s, a member of Serapin division. He was captured during an assassination attempt on Sith Vipion near the western ITEC mining site and was part of the group responsible for the death of ITEC's Vice-Director Rees.

Kaine possesses an extremely strong thought shield, as do other commandos. He was able to raise it back up repeatedly and required extensive drugging and applications of torture in order to ensure that it was not raised again. This needs to be noted for future interrogations.

FIRST INTERROGATION:
During his first interrogation, he spun a tale about how the interdiction facility was buried under the sand in Dreviad, accessible through a homestead tunnel. He stated that there were not many forces in Largona. He stated that there were Republic soldiers in the west. He mentioned IFF tech in their helmets, and discussed a tunnel between Rennar and the canyon. He stated that information was compartmentalized between troops.

SECOND INTERROGATION:

Upon the reception of conflicting information he was interrogated again by H.I.D. agents with uses of the force to ensure that he did not bring his thought shield back up. The following information was gathered:
  • The Republic have massed a substantial force to attack from Ridgeside. With Sith Leive's intel on what she saw in Largona, this tracks.
  • The Interdictor facility is likely in Largona. He was lying about Dreviad. He cannot point it out on a map.
  • Kaine and his squad were sent to assassinate Vice-Director Rees, Sith Vipion, and Sith Sarias.
  • He states that the 142nd has had dozens of defectors, perhaps in the low hundreds. Whether these are active defections or people they retrieved after our bombardments remains uncertain.
  • They have several dozen commandos that he is aware of, no specific numbers.
  • He does not have information on Salara, and never went further west than Dreviad.
  • As far as he is aware, the Republic would never collude with ITEC. If they are, it's above his paygrade.
  • He is from Carida, has brothers and sisters, and gave names. He has been in the army for several years and doesn't know their locations.
  • He doesn't know of defenses beyond bunkers, turrets, and trenches.
  • He doesn't know any weaknesses of our defenses, he has simply been given orders.
  • He doesn't know how many jedi we have or where they are stationed. He states that there are vehicles left in the hundreds, unsure of specifics. He is not sure about their artillery capabilities.

Of extreme value is the information that he had on Serapin. They started with about 20 000 troops split into 4 brigades. We have cut this down along with their PDF numbers, the remnants of the PDF existing in Salara.

1) 35th ‘Queen of Lettow’ Mechanised Infantry Brigade - Colonel Virgo Organa
  • I believe some of these people are placed in Dreviad and Largona.

2) 61st ‘Iridescence’ Heavy Infantry Brigade - Colonel Rom
  • I am fairly sure but not positive that we faced these people in Rennar and Ridgeside, and during attacks on Varath?

3) 88th ‘Mandakhan’ Light Infantry Brigade - Colonel-Baron Shawn Glodmon
  • We likely faced some of these people in Longrock and Twoarch, along with Anek.

4) He provided plenty of details on the last battalion. It comes with old friends.

97th 'Chancellor Berooken' Shock Guard Brigade - Colonel Manel Scyles

101st ‘Sector 24’ Commando Battalion -  Major Moira Engel

102nd ‘Corialis’ Armoured Battalion - Major Calvin Escodin
-- Manka-Class Armoured Transport
-- Hellfire-Class Main Battle Tank

103rd ‘Virtue’ Tank Walker Battalion - Major Indar Otis
-- Bolraida-Class Walker
-- Nova Strider-Class Walker
-- Manka-Class Armoured Transport

104th ‘Bel-Kadan’ Artillery Battalion - Major Lo’ra Oneela
-- Bolraida-Class Walker
-- BAF-1010 Artillery Droid
-- Manka-Class Armoured Transport

205th ‘Gonk’ Logistics Battalion - Major Pito Subashi

206th ‘Belsavis’ Logistics Battalion - Major Gnorbo Da

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
