Attached to the file would be a prerecorded holomessage that when selected would play. Lord Saltaeon's form would blaze to life in the classic display of a holographic transmission, the electric blue tinge accenting some features while diminishing others. She would be stood with arms by her side, one resting on her hip, the custom-fit plates of the armour looking intimidating in their bulk, a cloak falls off her shoulders to the ground. A gun metal helmet with deep and black eyes stare into the recorder. She clears her throat before speaking into the recording device:
"It is important that we all make the move towards the Northern Territories, adjusting production lines to be closer to Sernpidal and our logstical hubs. For this reason some Saltaeon productions shall be moving to Plooma to shorten the supply chains. I've indentified an independent land owner on Plooma with some production facilities in his portfolio. At his present he does not seem willing to sell, I require two individuals to meet with this man and convince him it's in his best interest to supply one facility in Plooma's industrial sector to Saltaeon oversight. Credits, threats, promises, favours. Use any tools necessary."

Primary Objective: Convince the land owner to relinquish an industrial property.
Tertiary Objective: Keep the price "low".
Time Frame: The team will have 30 days to complete the task.
