The Zotam Powerbase.
This is the official documentation of all declassified assets of the Zotam Powerbase that is available on the public record. Declassified assets are available to anyone with a holonet connection and search for knowledge around the Zotam Powerbase. No announcement was made, they simply appeared quietly and over time.
Classified assets can only be accessed by the Dark Lord of Horuset, Lord Kalkoran or Sith Zarchas. Whilst on record, and acknowledged by the Dark Lord, they are not public knowledge unless the Dark Lord, Lord Kalkoran or Sith Zarchas directly give access.
A special thanks to Scott/Trakaton who let me use his template!
Declassified Assets:
Previously operating as a Slave Auction House, owned and operated by the Dar'Manda Clan by the name of Parjii, the Echoy'la Auction House was brought under Horuset occupation when Apprentice Zotam struck a deal with Clan Parjii and had them transfer ownership to him. Now, the facility is garrisoned by a combination of Kalkoran supplied Imperials and Sith Zarchas' own forces. The holding facility receives, and stores, all processed slaves and harvested minerals until they are collected by Kalkoran freighters and taken to Sernpidal.
This facility was gained during Zarchas' campaign against the traitorous Lord Tsailoth.
The Gurtala Slave Processing Facility was previously occupied by minor a minor criminal organisation in a region of neutral space just outside of Imperial Space. The leader of the organisation was killed by Apprentice Zotam and replaced by a more agreeable subordinate who swore loyalty to him. It is now garrisoned by a combination of Sith Zarchas' forces and Kalkoran supplied Imperials.
The facility is nothing more than a large, expansive, hole in the ground with a secure facility built into it. The primary focus is on processing slaves through a combination of hard labour, sleep/food/water deprivation, and emotional torment. For example, if a particularly stubborn resident resists the process then they will witness their actions being the cause of an innocent soul being subject to the harsh conditions of the local terrain. Processed slaves are transported to the Echoy'la Holding Facility for later transportation.
This facility was gained during Zarchas' campaign against the traitorous Lord Tsailoth.
Originally operating as a cluster of separated, minor, organisations the Mre'hayr Slaver Gangs were persuaded into serving the Sernpidal supply chains through a combination of intimidation, persuasion and enticement. Now, the four gangs function as a single organisation and roam the lesser developed planets of neutral space and target small, undefended, settlements - capturing and transporting those unlucky souls to the affiliated processing facilities.
Total number of gangs and ships: 4.
The slaver gang's service, along with their shuttles, was secured during the Operation: Making the Chains.

Originally serving as freelance criminals the Howling Shyracks were confronted by Sith Zynn and a strike team in the Artorias system where they were then convinced to serve the Horuset Powerbase, through Sith Zarchas, in order to receive protection and a steady supply of credits.
Total number of gangs and ships: 3
The slaver gang's service was secured in a Priority Besh mission, it was agreed with Sith Kelsa that they would best serve the Horuset Powerbase through Sith Zarchas' Echoy'la supply chain.

A Verpine Colony is under construction that will see a new breed of slave bred and produced for Sernpidal. A small portion of the race are considered to be naturally 'intelligent' and have an aptitude for technical work, these slaves will be trained to work on more delicate, but not critical, aspects of Sernpidal's supply lines. The remainder of their number are considered to be less intelligent drones and, as such, will be used as simple slaves.
This facility is not yet fully operational and is still under construction. Any Verpine slaves that are in holding are kept at the other processing/holding facilities. An unsuitable habitat that hampers production.
The asteroid used for the facility was captured in the Operation: The Runaways - Part 1.

The Initial supply of Verpine used to establish the facility were captured in the Operation: The Runaways - Part 2.

Goraz Stirvon was an underground surgeon who conducted illegal operations to make 'modifications' to kidnap victims, slaves and other unfortunate souls. He was to be arrested by The Republic but was rescued at Sith Zarchas' command and convinced to work for the Horuset Powerbase. He was not talented enough to make advanced cybernetics for the war effort but he was more than capable of modifying a small number of slaves to increase their strength and durability. Approximately one in twenty of the slaves produced for Sernpidal bare these modifications, improving their output and reducing their disobedience.
Goraz Stirvon and his team were secured in the Operation: The Flesh is Weak
https://www.horuset.com/forum/m/42275839...flesh-weak
A total of 200 Imperials have been provided to Sith Zarchas, from Lord Kalkoran, for the sole purpose of securing his facilities and defending them from external interests - alongside the forces he has available to himself. The soldiers follow the orders of Lord Kalkoran, maintaining order, and can only be deployed by his express word. Sith Zarchas has no authority over these men, unless it concerns the security and operating of his facilities.
The Ancient Library on Jaguada is a site that was initially identified by Sith Tarimraand further cleared and explored by Sith Zarchas before being handed over to the IRS. When the IRS finished their work and left the research site, having taken everything of value from it, Sith Vipion ventured to the site and cleared it once more. The site is now garrisoned and patrolled by a small group of Sentinel VI Seried Battledroids that prevent any further infestations from taking hold.
Fueled by a Dark Side Nexus the site is home to a Sorcerous Ward which can regenerate, over time, after being dispelled. It is considered to be a 'safe' location for the practical training of Sith Sorcery without the usual threats of such ancient sites. It has become a personal project for Sith Zarchas to see various defence mechanisms, apparitions, wards and curses installed in the facility so that juvenile Sorcerers can use them for training purposes - whilst supervised.
The permission of Sith Zarchas or Darth Horuset is required to access the site.
The Library was secured in the following Operations, and a later mission lead by Sith Vipion:

A trio of stolen Republic shuttles are kept, and operated, by Sith Zarchas. Utilized for deep cover operations either on the Republic border or in Republic space itself.
A number of battledroids have been secured from Sith Leive in order to secure various assets where biological garrisons would not be suitable. A total of sixty droids were acquired and, now owned by Sith Zarchas, garrison the mining facilities on Ziost and Oricon.
Classified Assets:
Clan Parjii are a clan of Dar'Manda who previously owned and operated the Echoy'la holding facility prior to swearing allegiance to the then Apprentice Zotam. Led by Aeltev Heshhker they number roughly 70 true clansmen with around 215 affiliated mercenaries and clan aspirants to bolster their ranks. Once a month they are granted two children by Sith Zarchas to train, gradually swelling their numbers.
Sith Enard Khazal made a public request for assistance in the repair and upgrading of an Imperial Listening Post on the planet of Malrev IV. Sith Zarchas responded with the offer of slaves for labour and materials for construction in exchange for partial access to the facility. Located on Malrev IV it is far away from the Northern Territories and listens for movements on ship reports, requests for aid and distress signals so that Zarchas is in a position to react and potentially secure new vessels for the Horuset Powerbase.
The facility is only partially complete and not yet fully operational, requiring the procurement of further materials for the completion of the super-structure and stone facade that will conceal it against the planet's terrain.
Undocumented Assets:
In order to secure materials for the construction of a ritual site in the hunt for Lord Sanguinis it was deemed necessary to establish a mining facility on Ziost to harvest Blackstone for the construction process. The site was identified using Sith Zarchas' contacts in the Sphere of Mysteries and secured by an Operation team. Sith Zarchas established the mining facility himself, using droids secured from Sith Leive to garrison it.
Currently all produced materials go towards the construction of the Ritual Site and no official ruling on ownership has been made.
