“Plooma’s industrial ledger shows signs of strain following its liberation of seperatist thoughts. A period of time has followed that has meant oversight and productivity has dwindled, and there are those that take advantage of it. I will be managing an investigation into the local administrative office. I require two more to play their parts in this investigation, to determine whether or not there is any truth to worrying reports; and to remind the populace of what it means to disappoint the Empire; preventing any seditious thoughts from reoccuring." 

The hologram ceased, fading and allowing the rest of the provided information to flood their screens.
