This is the written report by Khatâtas Ronith on the autopsy of the three specimen that have been acquired during the mission on Ch'hodos. The autopsy has been conducted by Khatâtas Ronith.

Scar Tissue: The specimen has notable scarring across the body, though none that particularly stand out.
Other External Injuries: Swollen tissue and local disfigurement.
Bone Abnormalities: N/A
Blood: The blood smells like rust and oil but appears to be regular blood, but none of the information usually attainable by testing blood would be available from the samples taken.
Internal Organ Damage: All internal organs were blackened and pockmarked, they all had notable disfigurements. One kidney, one lung and the pancreas were smashed to paste. Each of the functional erea's of the specimen's brain had pieces missing.
Other Internal Injuries: Damaged liver function, this caused the sclera and the skin to jaundice.
Cybernetic(s): Right side of the skull had been replaced with cybernetics, exact purpose unknown. Iron plates grafted directly to the specimen's skin and bone, used as armouring. Glass port over the stomach, fused together with bone that was placed over the intestines. Multiple ribs have been replaced with metal rebar.
Additional Information: The liquid that the specimen offered us during the mission contains of a mixture of blood, mechanical oil, organic oils and an unidentified substance. Intact lung, kidney, heart, thymus gland and the brain have been preserved for future research in greater detail. The liquid that envelopped the organs is the same as he offered the mission team.

Length: 6'6'' (200 cm)

Scar Tissue: The specimen has notable scarring across the body, though none that particularly stand out.
Other External Injuries: Swollen tissue and local disfigurement.
Bone Abnormalities: N/A
Blood: The blood smells like rust and oil but appears to be regular blood, but none of the information usually attainable by testing blood would be available from the samples taken.
Internal Organ Damage: The specimen's organs have all been blackened and were pockmarked. Similarly to the other specimen, a multitude of organs were damaged and no longer recognizable.
Other Internal Injuries: N/A
Cybernetic(s): Notable cybernetics across the spine, it's exact purpose unknown. Teeth have been replaced by iron, to make it's bite more dangerous and risks rust poisoning.
Additional Information: The specimen's brains, kidney's, heart and lungs have been preserved for future research in greater detail. The liquid that envelopped the organs is the same as specimen 1 offered the mission team.

Cybernetic(s): The specimen had various internal and external cybernetics of which the exact purpose is unknown. The specimen had an unidentified sonic weapon build into it's mouth.

Conclusion:

The human specimen was clearly delusional. If one had believed the reports he had written he should've been well over 1370 years old. Whilst much of his background is unknown, the injuries he had sustained and the crude cybernetic replacements and additions make it a curious subject to study as he still had some form of life. A specialist in the field of cybernetics will be required to determine the exact purposes of the various cybernetics present. The sonic weapon build into the Nexu's mouth could be studied and used for our own purposes. Much is still unknown and further intelligence is required to complete this mystery.

Day 36 - The First Gospel
I think it is important to provide context, that my fellow Sith might understand.
In the year of Ragnos’ death, I determined that I would play my part in saving our Empire from the republic’s genocidal whims, and in the bloody trenches and streets of Korriban I witnessed proof of the galaxies barbarism and the absence of the gods. Wounded in battle and wallowing in septic, red mud the fever fell upon me, and with it came the visions.

In my nightmares I saw a great wyrm, with jaws like that of Typhojem himself, devouring the Stygian Caldera. It had no teeth, but masses of grinding gears that tore flesh and stone to pulp. Its voice was the howl of dying children, its breath the blistering poison of Republic weaponry. The futures of my people were belched into a starless sky like smoke, lost into a cold, indifferent void.

I have no memory of my conscious actions during that time, but at last I found myself at my summer palace on Ch’hodos. What remained of my staff told me that our race was gone, but that they had not found our redoubt here yet. Hastily I scribbled down designs that had been burned into my mind, extensions of the mechanical knowledge I had pursued my whole life. My wife and children are here, Brave Zelrosa and little Xurtas gladden me, but my wife has taken notice. "Lunacy," she called it. I tried to explain my visions, what instilled such fear in me, but she sneered as if I were a mere madman. If only that were the case.

I will not allow what remains of my people, my family, to be consumed. The schematics! They must be the secret to stopping the wyrm. I feel a connection, a familiarity that likens them unto a great snare of twisted metal and flesh.
With them I will cage the beast.

Day 315
So long in my workshop. So long in the belly of the summer palace, safe from the Republic’s spears for now. Working, ever building. My wife questions but refuses to listen. Only the children heed. Only Zelrosa understands. A finer daughter and heir the Empire has never seen.
My wealth and resources are not modest, and the urgency that gives energy to my limbs also guides my thoughts. Through clever words and the dark side I have had those who seek shelter in my lands submit to me. So many seek safety, so desperately that they agree to kneel. Some even show curiosity, enthralled by my designs. A work Syn herself would envy, they say. We are more than master and subject, we are a growing congregation, seers who know the truth.
With the loyal to spur the others forward, we make excellent time. They build and forge, dig and reinforce, laying pipes and wrapping conductors in rubber. We are laying the foundation of a greater tomorrow. But I smell the burning breath of the wyrm. It is close. We must hurry.
