Summary
Reconstruction, supply and eventual expansion of the former Seline Slave Camp. Only the remains of the former slave camp lingers, and its time to see it put to proper use. Seline's placement and potential for the future leaves a local source of labor a cornerstone.

The project will launch in two stages, with supply missions to run concurrently ensuring the flow of resource or development is not hindered by one another entirely. Any missions once listed shall be added into the project overview, with reports of their completion to be gathered within this database file for documentation. 

The camp now houses a slave population supplied via the Serpindal Prison system.

1: Rebuilding

• Scouting of Ice lake to establish fuel source - Overseen by the Pentarch of Resurgence - Yet to be launched
  

2: Exspansion (awaiting step 1 completion)

• Additional Construction of specific slave production 
  
• Strenghtening of structures to suit a garrison
  
• Potential addition of local food production or keeping of livestock.  
  

Concurrent missions
Any member of the powerbase who wishes to contribute to the project can sign up for any mission postings, or take the initiative and pursue the aqquiring of the resources listed below. Either through deployed missions, using their own resources to aid or outreach via bribery, negotiation or diplomacy. The Sphere of Resurgence is to be informed if anyone undertakes a mission.
