The Graveyard "Ghost"
Following the words of one Private Kurtale, I decided to investigate a rumor of a "purple light" in the graveyard late at night. Being careful, I went to the area and looked for signs - finding grass pressed down, as if someone sitting and meditating, and a strange burn on a tree-branch that didn't match conventional means.
Leaps of logic were made steadily, starting from the beginning. If there was someone, indeed, meditating, this could have been training. With that in mind, this didn't match a fire-based power, as utilized by Sith Narazri and Apprentice Valeus Horuset. It also did not match the electrical burns I see from Acolyte's hands, or on them from more powerful Sith utilizing straight lightning. I had to conclude it might be some form of Sorcery, of which I know there are more prominent practitioners of, and it matched reports of an entity I had read on from Imperial reports of a Whisp, leaving burns. Now, I did not believe our Dark Lord's Apprentices would practice outside on the grounds to make such things, and the aforementioned Apprentice Valeus would be far more likely to utilize the ruins, leading me to believe that Apprentice Elias Zotam might have learned something from his master.
After a call, presenting my case, he confirmed that it was him that conjured the entity which frightened Private Kurtale, and he seemed interested in how I knew of such things. I told him the story of a mission for Imperial Reclaimation in which we encountered "Vile Voices" inhabiting an earthenware pot, and he clarified more on the nature of what likely happened. Additionally, he requested to know of such encounters with spirits and entities in the future, and if he wishes to specialize in the field, I see no issue with it. Evidently it's a unique thing to focus on, and I suggested he speak with Captain McCarthy on the matter for anything official, for proper channels.
Final Word
I can assure the Private that what he saw was merely a product of training. The Apprentice wished a clear area, out of the way in case of danger - to others, or himself. I advise at least a line of communication so that patrols know what's happening and know to steer clear of such, which only takes a few words of courtesy. I do endorse his request, as he's been nothing than polite and forthcoming, and it's good to encourage such relations between Imperials and Sith. Anyhow, the haunting thing is nothing more than a relatively low-level concentration of energy, the kinds of which are mostly signals of hinky things going on in tombs. Steer clear and don't touch.
For the Empire, for the Dark Lord and Horuset,
