Mission Reports - Bogstalker, Korriban and Valorm

A small holorecording would play once the file was downloaded. The voice of Harridax Geskar would play across the recording, somewhat haughty and rehearsed. It was very clearly a recording made for multiple uses.

"Major Koren, Captain Igneel, Lieutenant McCarthy. Listed below is three minor reports for each of you to look over at your own leisure. For more major reports, each will be submitted independently but from here on out, the minor ones shall be grouped together for easy access and readability."

And as soon as it had started, the brief recording was done. Following, the file would go into detail of the titled reports.

Mission Report - Patrol Route 52B and the Capture of a Bogstalker

While Th'Asidra was in orbit of Taris and the Horuset Powerbase was deployed onto the surface, I was assigned Patrol Route 52B, which took me across the expanse to the North of the Horuset Base. The patrol route itself was a simple route, a basic loop that saw the northern ground that had already been cleared by scouts and was already secured have eyes on it in case any unexpected activity developed.

I came across three Acolytes, stood in the middle of what had become a road over the centuries of ruin for the planet. The three of them were trying to capture a Bogstalker for an 'Apprentice Ronith' and I believe, sirs, that one of the Acolytes was a Ronith as well. Regardless, they were trying to attract the Bogstalkers onto the road, which was exactly what my Patrol Route had been designed to counteract.

In an effort to ensure the Patrol Route remained safe, I briefly assisted the three Acolytes with capturing a Bogstalker. Two flew down at the Acolytes and I landed incapacitating shots on one of them, leaving two of the Acolytes able to capture the other. A crazed female Acolyte kept shooting lightning out of her fingers at the incapacitated Bogstalker and noting that the threat had passed, I went back to my patrol route. I later learned the Acolyte had killed the incapacitated creature and that the other one had been captured and given to Apprentice Ronith.

Mission Report - Korriban and the Acolytes of the Horuset Powerbase:

The Acolytes of the Horuset Powerbase are a strange bunch, sirs. I was taken at the behest of Apprentice Annabelle to the surface with the group, to ensure security and that they didn't all begin to wander off when we got planetside. When we landed, the weather was cold and foul. How the Sith of old survived and adapted on such a planet, I will never know.

The reason they were taken to Korriban was for a dual lesson on both History and something called 'Force Tapas'. Alot of the force jargon flew right passed me while the Apprentice taught, but I did pick up that it essentially kept the Acolytes warm. Something that they very much required with the freezing winds as the evening turned to night. I could see their breath forming infront of their faces easily enough. I was glad to have my armour. When it was time to pack up and leave, night had descended and one of the Acolytes was near entirely incapable of moving from her being too cold. From what I could tell, she understood the lesson just about as much as I did.

While Apprentice Annabelle led most of the Acolytes and the other two apprentices back to the shuttle, I went over to the downed Acolyte and helped them back to the shuttle myself. They seemed grateful, but I never did catch their name. Can only hope to keep improving Imperial-Sith relations one small deed at a time, sirs.

Mission Report - Private Valorm and his recent transfer:

As per the request of Lieutenant McCarthy, I saw the transfer of one Private Avos Valorm to the Horuset Powerbase. A brief personality report from what I gathered makes him seem confident and from a well off background. I imagine his lineage has been successful for at least the past two generations to breed such innate confidence. The Private seemed somewhat inexperienced in how the Sith can mesh with the Imperial Military, but I can only put that down to Th'Asidra being his first assignment directly out of the Imperial Academy.

Private Valorm already had both the gear for an Infantry Soldier and the Imperial Light Infantry Armour. I can only guess that this comes from an amount of initiative from already requisitioning such gear directly from the Imperial Quartermaster at the Imperial Academy. It at the very least meant he wouldn't have to wait for adjustments on those pieces of gear. He had not yet gone to the Imperial Quartermaster regarding getting access to his own set of Imperial Heavy Infantry Armour, but I instructed him clearly how to do so, to ensure that he isn't restricted to only Imperial Light Infantry Armour when a mission calls for something with further Duraplast reinforcement.

Closing remarks, sirs, is that Private Valorm will be a welcome addition to the squad. He needs abit of experience in regards to the Sith, but beyond that he seems like a stellar transfer.

Ongoing Crisis
War in the Northern Territories

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

"The Northern Territories shift under the weight of changing times. With the passage of the ICOT, internal strife amongst Imperial Forces in the North has lessened - though never abated. Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."

((OOC: The Balance of Power system has begun! Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state at the start of the next war arc will determine how strong the Republic will be in the area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
