In this thread, you'll see all types of weapons that are available to Imperial personnel. Displayed pictures are included as examples, but are not necessarily the only ingame model that fits the role of the type of weapon it is a picture for. As a Private, you are given access to certain weapons be default under the Infantry role. Any other type of weapon you will have to ask a superior about using from the Quartermaster or have access to it by default due to the specialisation you picked.
The below list will give players the name of the item used as the demonstration item in the pictures of the equipment where applicable:

Spoiler: OOC Carry Limit:

A small system has been implemented to roughly show that Imperials have a limit on how much equipment they can carry at once. The carry limit is split into two sections: weapons and equipment.
When carrying weapons you have 4 hooks to use for weapons. A long weapon is equivalent to 3 hooks, a medium to 2 hooks, and a short to 1 hook. Weapons can be matched together to come to a total of 4 hooks.
Equipment has 3 hooks, with almost being able to be filled as you see fit. Your standard 5 power packsfor your weapon, rations, and combat knife use 0 hooks, armour based equipment such as the Force Mask or Jump Pack use 0 hooks. Your standard grenade loadout for your Specialisation use 1 hook, and carrying any extra ammunition  use an extra 1 hook.
Upon reaching the rank of Ensign and unlocking the Exo-suit it allows the wearer to have 5 hooks for weapons and 4 hooks for equipment. In this thread any item that takes up a carry weight slot will have it's size in the information for it's entry.

"The Imperial Quartermaster can be accessed inside the Imperial Training Room, aboard Th'Asidra Harrower-Class Dreadnought. Only with the permission of Captain Chakad Igneel, Major Jackler Koren or Colonel Bastion can a soldier access any weapons beyond their default. For Privates, the default is a single Standard Blaster Rifle, a single Standard Blaster Pistol, Two grenades, a knife and five days of rations. For those who have taken a specialisation, the recommended arms and equipment is in addition to your default equipment, it does not replace it. Any soldier can if they choose, still use a Standard Blaster Rifle after taking a specialisation. Be wary of attempting to carry all that you have available for you to take. A soldier with a Rifle, a Launcher, a Pistol, A Scatterblaster and a Blaster Marksman Rifle, is a soldier that will collapse from exhaustion before meeting the target."

"Blaster Rifles have been the main weapon of warfare within the galaxy for millennia. The Republic, the Empire, Pirates, anyone who has the credits or the manufacturing potential to see an army outfitted with blaster rifles is military grade opposition. Blaster Rifles fire a standard Blaster Rifle bolt, noticeably bigger and more dangerous than a Standard Blaster Pistol bolt but less deadly than a Blaster Cannon's bolt. The Imperial Quartermaster has seen the DLA-13s Blaster Rifle become the standard Blaster Rifle of the Imperial Forces within the Horuset Powerbase.
The DLA-13s Blaster Rifle is the 'short scope' variant of the DLA-13. The short scope allows higher accuracy at low and medium ranges, making the rifle more suited for accurately taking down opposition. The downside to such a scope is that it leaves the user at a disadvantage at providing covering fire for their squad mates, due to the scope making less accurate 'spray and pray' fire near impossible. Such a role is instead filled by other weapons of the Quartermaster's arsenal."

Spoiler: Blaster Marksman Rifles:

"Blaster Marksman Rifles have been around nearly as long as Blaster Rifles have within the galaxy. Used by most galactic military forces, the more accurate rifles allow even further pinpoint shots onto targets from longer distances without the user becoming a back line soldier. Marksman Rifles alike their counterpart fire the Standard Blaster Rifle bolt to great impact.
The Blaster Marksman Rifle of choice available within the Empire that the Imperial Quartermaster has bestowed onto the Horuset Powerbase is the 'VM-5s. The VM-5s is named for Grand Moff Odile Vaiken, with the full name of the VM-5s being the Vaiken Medium Mark 5 Scoped. The Medium Scope on the Marksman rifle allows the Soldier greater accuracy at medium and long ranges, but leaves the soldier without a true sight picture if the opposition gets close. Standard practise is to bring a sidearm with such a Marksman Rifle.'"

Spoiler: Blaster Rifle MK II:

"The Blaster Rifle remains the standard armament of most military forces in the galaxy. As the Third Galactic War has left its mark on the Empire a need arose for a new rifle that was easier to produce but did not sacrifice the famous reliability of the DLA-13s. The Empire's answer to this issue is the DLA-19, a new rifle for a new Army. Recently secured for use within the 142nd Division, the Horuset Powerbase now stands capable of producing the DLA-19.
The newer rifle is a stripped back model that is constructed from stamped and casted metal parts, giving a rigidity and weight that the DLA-13s was not able to achieve, making the new rifle noticably heavier but also nearly impossible for breakages to happen unless specifically broken down in an incorrect manner. Fitted with a mildly larger pack for more shots, it is capable of doing the same damage with an equal intensity blaster bolt. A shorter barrel leads to a barely noticable decrease in range, that should not affect most front line soldiers. The DLA-19 is best suited to close or medium range engagements where volume of fire is necessary."

Spoiler: Light Repeating Blasters:

"Light Repeating Blasters were developed after holes were established in the military doctrines of the galaxy. Following on from a slugthrower past, the Light Repeating Blasters sacrifice accurate pinpoint shots in favour of hurtling a handful of bolts for every one a Standard Blaster Rifle can manage. Military Grade hardware, seeing a Light Repeating Blaster as part of an enemy squad should signal that they are either well funded, or very lucky to have such a weapon. The Light Repeating Rifle fires the standard blaster rifle bolt, but does so with a severely increased rate of fire, making it important to have backup Power Packs available.
The 'LRZ-2s' is the standard Light Repeater produced by the Empire that the Imperial Quartermaster has sent the way of the Horuset Powerbase. Its full name of 'Light Repeater Ziost Mark II Scoped' came to fruition as the second attempt at a Light Repeater that the Weapons Manufacturers of Ziost produced before its untimely fall. The design was picked up by Weapons Manufacturers on Dromund Kaas after the fall, but the weapon still remains named for its designers who gave their life when Ziost was ravaged. The 'short scope' on the LRZ allows both close and medium accuracy, but by design the weapon is made to fire a mass of bolts more than pinpoint accuracy. The weapon is perfectly suited for providing covering fire, suppressing a foe or simply causing abrupt mayhem along an enemy line. A bipod adorns the front of the LRZ-2s, enabling a user to stabilise their firing from either a prone or in cover position."

Spoiler: Blaster Carbines:

"Blaster Carbine are at their core, shortened Blaster Rifles. Less modifiable and unable to be adapted, the robust Carbines are a main weapon for many Soldiers across the galaxy who do not rely solely on their rifle as a weapon of choice. Favoured by soldiers who cannot manage a longer barrelled main weapon with ease, the Carbine sees much use in support and naval roles across the galaxy. Carbines fire the standard Blaster Rifle bolt at a similar rate of of fire to their Blaster Rifle counterpart. However, the Carbines rely on more basic 'iron sights' or simple reflex sights than scopes.
The R2-Carbine is simply named. The 'Recon Mark II Carbine' gains its name from early on in the Sith Empire's history when newly conscripted soldiers were clearing large swathes of the Kaas Jungle for the construction of our great capital city. The Recon Carbine Mark I was born several centuries past and only with the onset of the Great Galactic War and the Sith Empire's resurgence was the weapon updated to more modern designs. With an iron sight and a short profile, the R2-Carbine is compact, robust and will survive the wear and tear of a battlefield better than most weapons. Reliable and efficient, most support soldiers have bet their lives on such a blaster and lived to tell about it."

Spoiler: Blaster Pistols:

"Blaster Pistols are by far the most common weapon within the galaxy. Both civilian and military markets are flooded with such a standard weapon within every galactic market one can come across. From simple civilian pistols made for self-defense up to true military grade sidearms, a Blaster Pistol is a sight that few would be surprised at. Favoured amongst soldiers as a sidearm for when their main weapon is no longer suitable, the short length and easily accessible nature of a Blaster Pistol leaves a Soldier with many extra options when it comes to a firefight. Highly modifiable, single shot in nature and firing a standard Blaster Pistol bolt, the Blaster Pistol is noticeably weaker than a standard Blaster Rifle due to the bolts smaller size.
The 'CQ-7s' was named the 'Conqueror Mark 7 Scoped' and has been one of several standard issue sidearms available within the Sith Empire for over a decade. Named in honour of Moff Drog the Conqueror for their service in seeing outlying systems fall under the sway of the Sith Empire during our isolation, the CQ has gone through a multitude of upgrades since its first inception centuries ago. The Mark VII hosts a 'short scope' to enable the soldier more accurate shots at close range and due to the CQ being a Pistol, close range is truly its only effective range. Firing a standard Blaster Pistol bolt leaves it able to fire close to 50 shots before requiring reloading. However with a hair trigger this means that while the pistol is single fire, it can be fired as quickly as a soldier can pull the trigger."

Spoiler: Holdout Blaster Pistols:

"While the standard Blaster Pistol is the most common weapon in the galaxy, the Hold-out blaster is not far behind. Both the civilian and military markets enjoy large quantities of hold-out blasters in various forms. Civilian versions of Hold-out Blaster Pistols have the smallest power cells available within the common galactic market, often finding that such a pistol cannot shoot more than seven shots before requiring to be reloaded. Such a small blaster makes it suitable for home or self defense, but engaging in an active firefight with a civilian Hold-out Blaster is not advised. On the contrary however, military grade Hold-out Blaster Pistols can fire as many shots as their standard Blaster Pistol counterparts. The smaller 'snub' size enables such blasters to be easily concealable, but the miniaturisation sees manufacturing cost for such pistols skyrocket. Hold-out Blaster Pistols fire a standard blaster pistol bolt, regardless of whether they are made for civilians or a military.
The 'CS-3' is simply named. 'Concealed Snub barrelled Mark III Pistol' was named as such due to the manufacturing requirements imposed by the Imperial Military on the designers. The first iteration of such a weapon was brought before the Imperial Military and when field tested, was sent back for an immediate overhaul. The Mark II was born from such experiments at the start of the Great Galactic War, only for the Mark III to receive ergonomic upgrades to the grip to make it more readily concealable. The CS has 'iron' sights' for its sight lines and despite its small size is comparable to a standard Blaster Pistol. Close range is the only suitable range that a Hold-out Blaster Pistol can be effective, the weapon simply not designed for medium or long range firefights. A suitable lightweight backup for a weapon that suffers at close range."

Spoiler: Heavy Blaster Pistols:

"Known in some parts of the galaxy as 'Hand Cannons' the Heavy Blaster Pistol is unique amongst pistol weapons in that it fires a standard Blaster Rifle bolt. This makes the Heavy Blaster Pistol widely used amongst smugglers, mercenaries and some Soldiers who require a Blaster Rifle's power in a smaller more compact frame. The downside of the extra power is the Heavy Blaster Pistol's inability to match its Standard counterparts bolts per reload. Extra Power Packs are heavily advised when sporting a Heavy Blaster Pistol as a sidearm.
The 'VM-3s is named in full the "Vanquisher Medium Mark III Scoped'. One of several standard issue Heavy Blaster Pistols within the Sith Empire, the Vanquisher is noted for its heat sink directly under the front of the barrel and its 'medium scope' as a sight line. The larger muzzle gives away the Vanquisher's role as a Heavy Blaster Pistol, enabling the pistol to fire at short and medium ranges with pinpoint accuracy in the right hands. The heat sink underneath the barrel ensures that the small compact frame does not overheat from regularly shooting a standard Blaster Rifle bolt. Suitable as a sidearm for Soldiers who require extra kick that their main weapon may not deliver, or even as a primary weapon itself for dedicated support troopers who have roles dedicated away from directly shooting at the enemy combatants."

Spoiler: Blaster Assault Cannons:

"Blaster Assault Cannons are often considered to have a close kinship with Heavy Repeater Rifles. Blaster Assault Cannons are the ultimate weapon of a squad who wants to suppress an enemy combatant. Shooting the Blaster Cannon bolt, the Assault Cannons are by far one of the most deadly rapid fire weapons available to the Imperial Military. The fastest firing with a bolt that is more destructive than a standard Blaster Rifle bolt, death and destruction meets anything that is hit by a bolt from one of these weapons. Operated by only the strongest of people, the sheer weight of a Blaster Assault Cannon and its ammunition deters most soldiers in favour of a Light Repeater Rifle. Blaster Cannons can be used with either a pair of carry handles in a 'hip fire' position interlinked with a Soldier's helmet's HUD to fire at targets somewhat accurately or with a Tripod for freestanding, stable firing. Blaster Cannons are often used on top of barricades as makeshift turrets.
The 'WDAC-II was originally designed for usage on Imperial War-Droids, hence its name. 'War Droid Assault Cannon Mark II'. Imperial Droids are often in such support roles due to their ability to carry the heaviest of weapons due to their robust frames. However, at the onset of the Cold War Imperial High Command saw fit to redesign the Blaster Assault Cannons on the Imperial War-Droids for Soldier use. The WDAC-II was born with its first recorded usage in the Battle of Corellia that was one of several battles that saw the Treaty of Coruscant broken and the Galactic War begin. The WDAC interfaces seamlessly with a trooper's helmet to provide suitable fire regardless of how the Blaster Cannons is held and as a result, lacks even iron sights. Most useful at medium ranges, the WDAC can keep an enemy combatant pinned near indefinitely, provided it doesn't run out of ammunition."

Spoiler: Sniper Rifles:

"Sniper Rifles have been a common weapon in galactic warfare since even before the invention of Blasters. Blaster Sniper Rifles can shoot a bolt at hundreds of metres with pinpoint accuracy. Used anywhere from clandestine assassinations to taking out key combatants on a battlefield, a Sniper is feared for their ability to kill from ranges that most soldiers can't even see at. Interchangeably able to switch between firing a standard Blaster Rifle bolt and a Sniper Rifle Blaster bolt, Snipers are versatile weapons, but only suitable for the longest of ranges.
The 'OBF-2S' or 'Obliterator Field Sniper Mark II' is a Sniper that was first used by Imperial Agents of Imperial Intelligence in the prelude to the Great Galactic War. Planets were infiltrated and governments switched and Imperial Agents were often equipped with such a weapon in their arsenal to ensure that if a target needed assassinating, they had the right tool for the job. Able to switch between firing a standard Blaster Rifle bolt and a Sniper Rifle bolt, the versatility of such a long barrelled weapon enables the 'OBF' to shoot at both long and very long ranges effectively. The Sniper Rifle Bolt travels through the air at several speeds greater than even a fast fired slug, enabling the shooter to not have to adjust their shot massively compared to if they were trying to aim with a Blaster Rifle bolt."

Spoiler: Scatterblasters:

"Scatterblasters are the common Blaster version of Scatter guns, which fired low velocity slug pellets made for short range shredding of opposition. The Scatterblaster inherits the idea of the Scatter gun in the form of when a Scatterblaster fires, it launches a spray of Blaster Pistol bolts towards its target. Used by mercenaries and soldiers primarily, a Scatterblaster is a true military weapon that is very rarely seen in a civilian's hands. Often relying on basic 'iron sights' or small reflex sights, Scatterblasters are designed for close range combat where the several launched bolts can hit one or several targets at once.
The 'TS-2B' or 'Tooth Scatterblaster Mark IIB' was a controversial design within the Empire. The short length was in line with a Blaster Carbine enabling it to be carried by similar soldiers. However, the initial design flaws saw the TS-2A often fall into disrepair with little use and constant field maintenance required to manage the weapon. The 'TS-2B' was brought in as replacement, but the manufacturing costs of such weapons skyrocketed as a result of the redesign. Most troops were outfitted with Blaster Carbines that once had the 'TS-2A' with the TS-2B' becoming a much more specialised weapon for certain soldiers within the Sith Empire. Firing five Blaster Pistol bolts at once, the 'TS-2B' burns through its power pack quickly, only able to manage 10 such shots before the a replacement Power Pack is needed. Iron sights adorn the Tooth, making it suitable only for close range."

"Ion blasters are uncommon weapons that fire an ion bolt, capable of distrupting electrical systems by melting fuses and destroying circuits, rendering most technology useless. Most often used to disable droids which can then be repaired afterwards, the Galactic Republic used them in high numbers during the Mandalorian Wars to counter heavily mechanised forces and war droids. Some expensive models have fire selectors to be able to counter some armoured vehicles, which typically have ion shielding which would prevent the use of ion weaponry.
The AN-35, or Artificial Neutraliser Mark 3 Revision 5, is a design produced by Effecient Arms Effeciently under the supervision of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, and only recently purchased by the Ministry of War for inclusion in the Imperial Army. Equiped with a short scope by default to make use of the short range nature of the weapon, it is not advised to use the weapon at longer ranges. A  notable enhancement of the AN-35 is it's powershot crystal that allows it to increase fire power temporarily to deal with light ion shielding on armoured vehicles, though this reduces the range even further and is thus a risky option."

“The RI-CL, Republic Issue - Commandeered Launcher, is far less advanced than the Imperial counterparts available to the Advanced Specialisations. Intended for insurgent and guerilla tactics the RI-CL is a compact launcher that can be easily carried and deployed quickly. The compact nature has sacrificed several of the more advanced functions, namely any form of target locking and the overall payload. The RI-CL cannot interface with Imperial HUDs and must be ‘dumb-fired’, resulting in it requiring a direct line of sight to the target and having a reduced range. The rocket propelled grenade is guided along a track and carries a payload capable of punching through light and medium armoured targets, requiring a second direct hit to pierce heavier armour. The RI-CL is a mass produced, cheap and easily replaceable weapon and it may be commonplace to see soldiers ditching the weapon once they have run out of ammunition.”

The 'K2-Launcher' is simply named 'Kaas Mark II Launcher'. The Rocket Launcher was designed by Kaas Weapons Manufacturers during the Empire's isolation and has fit the role it was asked for, for many decades now. Starting to become aged, talks of a K3-Launcher have been discussed since the onset of Zakuul and their wave of heavily armoured vehicles, but have not yet been rolled out to become standard equipment. The K2 is a single barrelled rocket launcher that has an inbuilt loading mechanise that houses one spare rocket. This makes the K2 a 'two shot' Launcher before it has to be reloaded. The rocket of the K2 is highly explosive to make up for its limited quantity, in the past having been able to take down the Republic's vehicles and emplacements with ease. The warhead is however comparable slow, making point defense a tough nut to crack with the K2."

"Grenade Launchers are widely used by Pirates, Mercenaries and Soldiers alike throughout the galaxy. A less dedicated alternative to a Rocket Launcher, a grenade launcher is able to fire the various grenades that a squad has at their disposal at far greater ranges than they would be able to throw them and at greater speed. Capable of quelling an enemy squad with ease, a Grenade Launcher is far more capable of inflicting serious damage to enemy infantry than a Rocket Launcher. Grenade Launchers are most useful at a medium range, where the arc of the grenade is minimal.
The 'M-01 Grenade Launcher' is surprisingly named. In design for most of the Great Galactic War, the M-01 was to be named for the year it was first produced and thus took its name due to the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant one year before the Launcher's finalised production. The M-01 can house four grenades internally before requiring to be reloaded with a lever on the front manually cycling each grenade into the firing position, suitable if each grenade is a different type and a certain grenade is needed. Otherwise, the lever acts as a manual reloading mechanism to be used after a grenade has been fired. Each grenade is primed to detonate on impact after being fired. The unique scope on the M-01 works to counterbalance the small arc that may be needed to fire the launcher at further away targets."

On the grenade itself is a timer which can be set to detonate after up to one minute has passed. There is also a magnetic grapple that can make the grenade into an improvised mine or to attach the grenade to a vehicle. A fragmentation grenade disperses metal shards and shrapnel to pierce flesh over a three to four meter radius and is especially effective against unarmored targets, whilst diminishing the effective protection and potentially the mobility armour."

"Gas grenades, once detonated, will erupt into a cloud of chemical agents that would incapacitate the intended target. There is a secondary use for these grenades as they act as a smoke grenade due to the cloud of gas that obscured the vision of anyone inside or outside of the cloud. More lethal gas grenades such as nerve gas grenades and poison grenades can be used as a more permanent solution to the problem that is opposition. Droids and the Gand were immune to this gas while Jedi and Sith can use the force to either dissipate the gas or rid themselves of the poisonous gas leaving gas grenades with only limited usage. Gas Grenades deploys its airborne chemical agents over a radius of six meters to affect targets with its intended biological effects unless protected by special masks or helmets filters designed for airborne pathogens that can offer protection by filtering out toxins."

However depending on which type of sonic grenade used it could produce visible or invisible sound waves once the detonation occurred. However it would not cause any impact on a droid. "Breaching Charges or Directional Explosive charges are charges designed to, as the name suggests, explode in a certain direction and not others. Such charges can be placed on walls and doors with Soldiers stacked on either side of the charge and be entirely safe as the charge goes off, obliterating the wall or door that is in its path. Breaching charges have a variety of uses beyond merely breaking through walls or doors. The direction that explodes, sticks to most surfaces. This means that sabotage can easily be done if such a charge can be placed at certain points and remotely detonated as a result. Offering over double the explosive potential compared to the directional alternative, High Impact Charges are made primarily from detonite, a putty like explosive substance. In truth, High Impact charges are little more than wrapped detonite with a timer and a high-tech detonation system to allow for remote detonation and timed alike. Vibroblade technology uses ultrasonic vibrations within the blade of the weapon to increase cutting effectiveness many magnitudes greater than what would otherwise be possible, a combination of shield and Vibroblade technology became a viable option for literally cutting through ranged based opposition; leading to the development of Vibroknives, a smaller weapon that ranged focused soldiers could carry for a last ditch defence. It was easily outmatched by a Vibroblade but provided a soldier a last resort if a melee based opponent managed to close the gap."

"Revolutionary technology saw Melee based combat brought back to the forefront after a millennia of being sidelined by most but the Sith and Jedi. Vibroblade technology uses ultrasonic vibrations within the blade of the weapon to increase cutting effectiveness many magnitudes greater than what would otherwise be possible. Such technology came to a head when during the Jedi Civil War, Personal Shield Generator technology had caught up with Blaster technology. This saw two opposing forces having to whittle down their foes with blasters that were on par or even outmatched by their opponents shield technology. The Vibroblade was brought back as standard issue within the Republic at such a time, as a way to cut through the shields of their opponents.

With Blaster Technology once again outpacing Shield Technology, melee combat within the Sith Empire outside of the Sith takes a back seat compared to the ranged arsenal available to Imperial Soldiers. However, the Imperial Quartermaster has seen fit to make Vibroswords selectively available to certain specialised Soldiers within the Horuset Powerbase. Shield Technology may have fallen behind, but it is still more than sufficient to see an Imperial Soldier close the gap between them and their foe and cut them down before they can draw a knife."

Spoiler: Riot Control Shields:

"Riot Control Shields have their basis with the most primitive form of protection known to the galaxy. A physical shield. Used by both Police and Military Forces alike, the Riot Control Shield has more uses than simply controlling a riot as one would expect. Riot Control Shields are two metres in height and slightly more than a metre wide. This enables a wielder to be mobile cover for a squadmate behind them. Such a tactic is common in areas of little cover. A Riot Shield can additionally be used to block a choke point, the physical nature of the shield likewise protection from explosions and slug rounds as well as blasters.

The Imperial Standard Issue Riot Shield is Blaster resistant up to and including both Sniper Rifle bolts and Blaster Cannon bolts. While the shield may disperse some of the energy each shot however, continual battering will wear down the shield until it breaks from such high powered rounds. Likewise, the user will feel each shot through their arm and shoulder as it hits and from repetitive fire from such high powered bolts, can easily be overwhelmed and pushed back from the weight of fire. Explosions can have a similar effect, while the shield can protect from the explosion, a Shield user can easily still be flung backwards. Due to being made of reinforced Duraplast, the Shield can also hold up to minor lightsaber strikes."

"The Stun Prod is the useful training tool that any self-respecting Beast Handler should keep by their side. Very similar in nature to the training weapons of Sith Acolytes, it features a contained electro-generator in a sturdy casing, giving a long baton-like appearance. When activated the interior generator results in an electrical current running along the four conducting rails up the side of the weapon, with the possibility of jumping between rails. The Stun Prod has two settings, the higher of which is set to stun but the lower setting is no more than a painful shock; perfect for goading beasts in the correct direction and putting them in an aggressive mood.

The Imperial Quartermaster is able to supply these prods to Coordinators when deploying with beasts, and while it can be used as a melee weapon should the need arise that is not the intended use of the prod. Breakages of stun prods that come from being used as a weapon will require the soldier to earn back its replacement."

"Portable terminals are not an uncommon sight within the galaxy. Most appear like larger datapads, capable of bigger processes than such an item. Civilian use of these devices is more common than the military application, as various citizens of the various galactic governments go about their day to day lives with a necessity to be able to setup in one room and conduct their work before moving onto another location in several days time.

Military and unsavoury use of Portable Handheld Terminals both linger with the same use. Slicing into unsuspecting systems. Military Grade Hardware, the chosen terminal available to the Imperial Soldiers of the Horuset Powerbase through the Quartermaster has access to the latest in Imperial code cracking, both decryption and encryption analysis and ergonomically integrating into a foreign system. Spoiler: Portable Blaster Turrets:

"Portable turrets have been used as part of military defence lines for centuries. The Jedi Civil War saw the false Sith Empire make widespread use of Auto turrets that would hold the line alongside a handful of troops and a vast array of droids. Such tactics were used due to the lack of troopers that the false Empire suffered from with only a fraction of the Republic Navy having initially switched sides to the false Empire.

The Imperial Quartermaster has enabled the Imperial Soldiers of the Horuset Powerbase access to state of the art portable turrets. Tri-barrelled and able to hold three power packs, such a turret is compact enough before being setup to go on a soldiers back before being setup as part of a firing line or to assist with holding a position. An inbuilt friend/foe finder will register nearby hostiles and shoot at those designated. Interlinked with the Soldier's helmet, the turret can also be used to enhance the spotting capabilities of the Helmet's HUD when it runs out of ammunition. Approximately 150 Blaster Rifle bolts can be fired from such a turret before running empty with reloading the Tri-Barrelled Turret a minor hiccup compared to the damage it can deal."

"A Medpac is a recent addition to the Horuset forces, after a resounding victory on Orsus led to a substantial influx of basic medical supplies. Now issued out to the soldiers, a medpac is a clearly indicated supply box that can be attached to a soldier's belt and used as a stop gap between the more expert techniques and tools that is found inside an advanced medpac and surgery after that.

Within a medpac is eight metres of kolto soaked bandages. These bandages while kolto soaked will not see a wound heal while in the midst of battle and will need to be redressed several times over days with other kolto soaked bandages to see the faster healing affect that kolto provides. Digestible painkiller pills are included in the Medpac, suitably strong enough to stave off someone who is wounded from going into shock while they're patched up with bandages. Additionally, the Medpac is equipped with four Generic Imperial Tourniquets (G.I.T), that will slow blood flow to a damaged limb. Finally the Medpac contains an anti-septic spray, used to fight off infections from wounds that have been left to fester over the course of an entire battle.  "

"An Advanced Medpac is a small first aid kit that supported basic utility equipment and other life saving equipment that was stored within a small box, these small boxes could also be referred to as a ‘Health pack’. An Advanced Medpac is filled to the brim with equipment such as spray hypos, antiseptics, medical drugs, coagulants and stimulants such as a stim-shot. These small containers would hold a medisensor which was hand-held diagnostic scanner that would determine the patient's physical state enabling a medic to quickly know which of their tools they needed to fix the injured.

Notable items inside an Advanced Medpac include a Flexclamp which was a surgical instrument that would pinch off blood vessels in hard to reach areas, Synthflesh which is a translucent gel that bonded with real flesh and increased healing until actual healing treatment could be made,an irrigation bulb which is a small disposable container filled with cleansing fluid for small wounds and finally a Bone-Knitter which was a small electronic device used to set and men fractures bones. This was alongside bacta, a chemical substance that promotes rapid healing and cell regeneration and can be applied through salves, edible forms and patches along with Kolto. Kolto was a healing liquid and would be contained in small cylinders or injectors to stabilise a patient. The Advanced Medpac likewise contained everything that an ordinary Medpac contained."

"Jump and Jetpacks alike have been made famous throughout the galaxy by the formidable Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders that fought against the Galactic Republic during the Mandalorian Wars. Sometimes used by Mercenaries and Bounty Hunters looking to imitate the Mandalorian's way of fighting, it is only in recent decades since the Sith Empire's resurgence that Jump and Jetpacks have become available to Imperial Soldiers. The key differences between Jump and Jetpacks is that a Jump-pack is suited for a jet assisted jump. Often taking a user several dozen metres in horizontal distance while only a dozen into the air, the Jump-pack is suited for quickly closing in on a foe in one leap. In contrast, the Jetpack is more suited for more manual control. Able to go where the user wishes but at a slower speed, the Jetpack can be used to climb to new heights with relative ease.

Since the Eternal Empire's conquests saw the Mandalorian Allies of the Empire confined to defending their own territory, the Sith Empire has needed to fill the void that has been in the place that the Mandalorian Jumptroopers used to fill. With integration of the Mandalorians into the Eternal Alliance, the Sith Empire has brought forward a new wave of Jump and Jetpacks that were field tested during the waning years of the Battle of Balmorra. The Imperial Quartermaster has saw fit to make such Jump and Jetpacks available to certain specialised soldiers within the Horuset Powerbase."

Spoiler: Personal Shield Generators:

"Personal Shield Generators have been an active part of galactic warfare for nearing on four centuries. Ever since Personal Shield Technology caught up with Blaster technology during the Mandalorian Wars it has led to an increase in the use of melee based combat as such physical weapons cut through most Personal Shield Generators as if they were near non-existent. However, the strength of the Personal Shield Generator comes from their ability to absorb blaster fire. While such shields would likely not absorb more than a pair of Blaster Assault Cannon bolts or even a single Sniper Rifle bolt, both Blaster Pistol bolts and Blaster Rifle bolts can be absorbed by these shields by the dozen.

The Imperial Quartermaster has enabled certain specialised soldiers within the Horuset Powerbase access to standard Imperial Personal Shield Generators. Dedicated for those troops who will need the extra protection due to unconventional tactics, the shield will stave off some shorts before being worn down. The Shield Generator itself is mounted onto the belt of the user, which then forms a just off skin tight shield around the entire body. This adds an extra layer of protection to any user beyond their armour."

Spoiler: Flamethrowers:

"Flamethrowers are primarily restricted to militaries of the galaxy and on occasion, police forces. Dedicated flamethrowers that are to last more than several dozen seconds of constant use require vast amounts of the liquid that is ignited that forms the flame for the weapon when fired. As such, common practise is for tanks to be strapped to the back of the Soldier's chestpiece and slight adjustments made to accommodate the change in weight. Commonly used in clearing out caves, bunkers and other internal fortified positions, Flamethrowers often kill from the smokes they cause en masse while the direct flames burn their intended victims. As such, masks with inbuilt rebreathers are required to operate such a devastating weapon on the battlefield.

The M-2 Flamethrower, simply known as the Mark II Flamethrower, is the second Flamethrower that the Empire has had dedicated towards its Ground Forces. The first was designed and produced centuries ago to work in tandem with the Recon Blaster Carbine when our glorious capital was first built. The Mark II came into production at the onset of the Great Galactic War in preparation for the Sullust Campaign. Sullust housing gigantic underground cities, such formidable destruction was necessary to force the Sullustans into surrender to capture their shipyards and manufacturing plants. The M-2 with the twin tanks attached, can last near indefinitely. However, as with all flamethrowers, the M-2 will explode if suitably damaged. Use with caution."

"A Soldier's tool-kit would contain multiple essential tools to complete different tasks when the need arises. Tools that would see the most use would be Adhesive tapes for a temporary fix for exposed electronic equipment; a 14k hyrdoclamper designed for applying pressure on a certain unstable point to make sure it doesn’t move; a Vibrohammer for pushing nails or other sharp objects into place on mostly wooden structures; Monofilament cable which was strong cable to either fix tents to the ground or as a suspense cable for walls or various items; a Pilex bit driver which is a tool for fixing electronic equipment; a plasma drill which can make holes into any form of material; several Glow rods to Illuminate dark areas to ensure easier work at night or low visibility areas; a plasma welder  designed to welds any material to another without any hassle; a hydrospanner used to loosen or fasten any nut, bolt, screws and pins along with a screwdriver to more effectively to loosen or tighten screws than what a hydrospanner offers.

The toolkit was attached to the lower back of an Imperial Soldier's armour by the back of their belt."

"A grappling hook is a climbing device to scale up large mountains or buildings that cannot be accessed through conventional means. Its cable was long and strong, the hook itself would either be a magnetic or barbed hook, although grappling hooks would require muscle power to be thrown up great heights. An individual that wanted a more secure and reliable way of ascending a great height could also use a Repulsor grappling gun instead while others could be shot from an extension/attachment on the weapon the attachment would be more reliable than throwing. A user of the grappling hook could also inquire about a climbing harness for a more stable and secure way of ascending a mountain or a building."

"An unarmed remote that has repulsorlift engines coming out at key directions to ensure full mobility, the remote offers the user the ability to record and prioritise targets. Able to link in with a Soldier's helmet, the recording and zoom features of the remote mean that a Sniper could have targets picked out for them by the remote and transmitted onto the HUD of the Sniper's helmet, for them to see. Basic AI can put the remote on tier with some droids, despite its inability to speak basic. The remote does however understand such a language and can therefore be ordered about easily. A sidekick if there ever was one, a trust remote can mean the difference between life and death in the field."

"The Airdrop Jetpack is an item used very rarely by the most elite of Soldiers in the Sith Empire. When a landing zone cannot be established for the dropping off of a squad, a shuttle has the option to enter into the low atmosphere and from such a low orbit, let the infantry fly the small remainder of the journey. For such a Jetpack to be necessary, the circumstances already predictably make such flying perilous. Deploy with caution, the Airdrop Jetpack is suited for short uses only, with a limited amount of fuel compared to the Jump and Jetpacks that are the standard of Jumptroopers. Created to be used to get in and get out, excessive use of such Jetpacks could easily result in a soldier not having enough fuel to get back to the Shuttle."

"Encased in a tough Plasteel casing, the Computer or Data Spike has been standardised and improved within the Sith Empire. A port on the right side of the Data Spike allows interfacing with any standard terminal out in the galaxy that operates on a variety of system types. The tough casing ensures that the Data Spike remains undamaged until used, the notable weight of the Spike at one kilogram a hefty weight for such a small item. While two ports are available on the bottom of the Data Spike to allow the Portable Terminals of Slicers to connect to, to act as a go-between if the targeted terminal's interface is damaged, it is entirely unnecessary in most other situations. Deployed with Black Ops 'Slicers' the Data Spike allows for easier slicing when at an enemy terminal compared to what would be able to be managed by less experienced Slicers on their Portable Terminals, slicing in wirelessly.

Data Spikes are one use items, however. The garbage data stored on such a device is pushed at such volume and speed into the targeted system that the device will ultimately not be usable a second time. Useful for getting into a secure system, a Slicer must still rely on their skills and fellow soldiers than a Data Spike."

"The Commlink Booster is an uncommon piece of equipment in the Imperial Army, though increasingly becoming one of the most valued. As warfare has advanced over the past half-century, communications-jamming has become more common and thus an increased need for powerful communicators that can push past the jamming signals that have entered into the Imperial-Republic arms race has arisen.

The Quartermaster's Office of the 142nd Division general staff has now secured access to the Omni-Augur MK2 Commlink Booster, a supplementary system to the Imperial heavy armour that replaces the standard medium frequency comms pack, as well as including shoulder-mounted ocular sensors that can feed into a Recon Spotter Remote or act as a low fidelity range finder. When linked with a Recon Spotter Remote the Commlink Booster is capable of transmitting targetting data to: orbital support vessels, naval bombers, or ground-based artillery cannons. At the rank of Sergeant an Artillery Soldier can request the aid of a B-28 Extinction, or equivalent, naval bomber irrespective of the typical rank requirements.

At the rank of Ensign and the Artillery Soldierspecialisation it also grants access to Bunker Buster Shells. Such a shell can be fired from ship-mounted concussion missile launchers or ground-mounted artillery cannons, these are specialised proton shells with a reinforced ballistic cap that is capable of penetrating reinforced ferrocrete up to a couple of meters, dependent on the toughness of it, and use a delayed explosion to detonate inside the bunker."

"Not the standard Shock Collar seen on Imperial Slaves, this pattern is significantly larger and is intended to be placed on the throat or ankle of a hostile or troublesome beast. A large and cumbersome item, though an effective tool of control over the entrusted beasts, as pain is a well-documented method of controlling large and dangerous animals. Able of delivering a voltage far past what a human would consider tolerable, it has an adjustable scale of power to suit beasts from a Ginx to a youth Rancor.

The beast Shock Collars are equipment provided by the Horuset Bestiary and are often pre-tuned to the animals contained and studied within the bestiary. For this reason, to use it on a new animal in the wild may require some tuning from the Beast Handler to ensure the electro shock is not too weak, or too strong, for the target in question. A Beast Handler deploying with Shock Collars independent of any beasts may carry one at a time, but with mission lead's permission can double up with a second one."

"An advanced data screen with specific medium-range transmitters designed to interact with the Imperial droids under the soldier's command. It has a wide array of functions that includes: receiving a visual feed from a droid, giving a droid remote commands, remotely controlling low-tier droids, and accessing the programming of a droid. A Droid Controller can only be connected to a single droid at one time, and connecting to a non-registered droid requires a physical link and a restraining bolt. The data screen has a retractable cable that allows it to interface with droids for diagnostics and programming assessment.

The Droid Controller provided by the Imperial Quartermaster is a very delicate piece of equipment, requiring care to ensure its continued function. In addition, attempting to interface with a notably high-tier droid or a droid without a restraining bolt may damage the controller."

"A common device in the galaxy, the Restraining Bolt is attached to the exterior of a droid to ensure obedience. When pre-set by a Droid Controller it can restrict where the droid can move and force them to follow simple commands, such as "COME" and "STOP". It can also be specifically activated to completely deactivate a droid's motor controls while keeping the droid online.

"A niche device, a small holocam that is able to be fitted to small animals that allows a soldier to effectively see what an animal is seeing. Although the Remote Camera has no way of controlling the animal it is attached to, and with them being distant from a stun prod it is possible to lose the animal and the camera. Further to this, due to its small nature and the fact it must be sturdy, the picture quality is sacrificed.

The Imperial Quartermaster has decided to only supply one camera at a time, though it does come with the necessary Remote Viewer that is pre-linked, allowing a solider to easily set an animal up with the camera and immediately have a point of view."

"The companion piece of equipment to the Remote Camera, the Remote Viewer is a simple viewscreen that is wirelessly linked to the holocam. It is able to receive signals up to (around) five hundred meters, though dense flora or extreme weather conditions can decrease this range significantly. It is possible to link to a Commlink Booster to boost the usable distance to a higher value, though it is not designed for this purpose.

The Remote Viewer is very delicate in its operation, though is supplied freely with each requisition of a Remote Camera. It is already pre-linked to a specific camera and is not easy to change that link to a new camera. And as standard, it cannot be linked to any standard Imperial body-mounted holocams."

"A small and practical device intended to block communications signals in a half kilometer radius. Designed to be deployed as a stationary item it has a kick stand and extendable antena that emits a signal blocker. Designed to be portable and easy to use, it however will block all signals within it's radius including friendly signals, however a commlink booster will have enough strength to be able to push past the jamming effect. It is recommended to never take a signal jammer without a commlink booster also present.

The signal jammer is a delicate piece of equipment, and while equiped with a strap to hang around the neck it is not advised to use it on the move as the antena may become damaged. Further to this, use without the approval of a surperior officer is also advised against due to the disruption it will inevitably cause. If more than one is available, then they can be linked together, up to three at a time, to provide a much larger converage of blockage."

"Handheld viewing device using electro cameras and enhacement technology to allow users to observe distant objects with varying degrees of artificial zoom and through multiple lenses. The internal display is capable of outputting extra information such as relative azimuth bearings as well as elevation from the users point of view. The in-built computers allow the zoom feature to provide clear images, no matter if using the standard zoom or up to x24 zoom, it is also capable of adjusting the lense to widen the depth of field for wide scan observations. Standard military models will also support night vision filters.

Man soldiers have grown used to rifle scopes acting as a tool for observing distant objects, however weapon scopes are limited in the depth of field and a limited scope of the target, as well as being cumbersome to move. The electrobinoculars are much smaller and easier to use, will providing a high zoom with a wide depth of field, allowing for a much more effective and comfortable method of long range observation."

"An adjustment of gear to the Medium and Heavy armour sets, the Quarantine Equipment includes extra seals to fit around the boots and gauntlets, providing a true environmental seal against foreign toxins. The primary difference is the adjusted helmet, with an internal rebreather and gas filter it is capable of providing the soldier with several hours of protection from dangerous environments as well as some biological weapons.

The new helmet however does lose some functionality of the Imperial Medium and Heavy helmets, namely the sacrifice of thermal visions. However the heads up display does remain, in a slightly limited format with just the ability to track ammunition used and an internal compass, losing the target tracking and thread indicators. The Quarantine Equipment however can only be taken with the approval of the missions lead, and in such a case it must be taken by all soldiers on the mission."

"A magnetic fob that can be attached to most metal alloys or slipped into the folds of machines or clothes, that then emits locational signal that can be read on a datapad, using smart calculations in the device to calculate it's location. The tracking device gives an accurate location reading to within one hundred meters.

When supplied by the Quartermaster a soldier is provided with two tracking devices and an accompanying datapad to observe the location of the devices. The tracking devices have a range of up to several kilometers, however if the datapad is plugged into a Commlink Booster the receive range can be extended to dozens of kilometers."

Spoiler: Stealth Field Generator:

"Stealth field generators are based off older ship based technology, decreased in size to be portable for soldiers. The name of stealth field generator often gives the idea of complete invisibility, but this is not the case; rather the user becomes semi-transparent with a faint shimmer to the body. This shimmer can be noticable when looked at by a perceptive eye at cloe range, so it is possible to be spotted and for this reason the user should remain in shadows. However it does not hide a user from scanners.

The stealth field generator requires intensive training to operate, as moving with it active will cause the effect to flicker and become less effective, though with training this can be minimised so that a user can move slowly and attempt to time their movements and flickers to where they are hding. Further to this, the generator is highly demanding in terms of power and so it will usually only last for 30 to 60 minutes before requiring a recharge, and extensive movement will reduce the effective time."
