Trakaton's form would blaze to life in the classic display of a holographic transmission, the electric blue tinge accenting some features while diminishing others. Trakaton would be stood with his arms folded across his armoured chest, the cloak hanging loosely from his shoulders and the custom-fit plates of the armour looking as comfortable as an embrace. The scar on the right side of his face would be barely visible, his head ever so slightly turned to the right and he'd speak with a tone of authority:

"The third set of edicts as outlined by the Dark Lord of the Horuset Powerbase has been passed down unto his Council to deliver to the masses that occupy all elements of the Powerbase. Each edict as of this holomessage is already in effect. Any that excuse themselves from the laws of these edicts will be punished as the traitors to the cause that they are. No longer will the idle and tame hold back the strong."

The First Edict:

"With the Dark Lord of Horuset ruling from a distance as he studies further the mysteries of the Dark Side, the Council of the Dark Lord has been given authority over all matters that once went all the way to the Dark Lord himself. There is to be no exceptions to this, if a ruling is to be made both Lord Tokiai and Lord Kalkoran will act with impunity and with the authority of Darth Horuset."

The Second Edict:

"The Dark Lord of Horuset has seen fit to amend his previous rulings on the number of apprentices those of certain station and purity can take."

"Aliens and humans with no Sith Blood that achieve the rank of Sith can take one apprentice and with permission from Darth Horuset or his Council a second, but never of Sith-Blood."

"Sith-Blood Humans and Purebloods that achieve the rank of Sith can take two apprentices and with permission from Darth Horuset or his Council a third."

"Aliens and Humans with no Sith Blood that achieve the rank of Sith Lord can take two apprentices and with permission from Darth Horuset or his Council a third, but never of Sith-Blood."

""Sith-Blood Humans and Purebloods that achieve the rank of Sith Lord can take four apprentices."

The Third Edict:

"By the grace of the Dark Lord of the Horuset Powerbase, the Command Deck of Th'Asidra is now open to the public save for the Throne Room directly. The Horuset Guards now guard the Throne room itself while the rest of the Command Deck is to be guarded by patrols of Imperial Troopers as normal."

The Fourth Edict:

"The Dark Lord of Horuset is looking for Sith with specialised skills within the Horuset Powerbase to fill certain occupations within the Powerbase. The titles of such Sith would be:

Beastmaster

Assassin

Sorcerer

Warrior

Purifier

Blademaster

Alchemist

This includes further expansion of the already existing Lorekeeper rank and the Overseer rank with assistants to each. The way to obtain such titles is through the graces of a Council Member."
