The Conservancy, the pyramid that forms the ruling body of the glorious powerbase that the Horuset House is. In an attempt to meet the Dark Lord's request of providing public documentation I shall write both this document, fully centred around the Conservancy itself, and another that shall soon follow onto the Household Sith ranks and their Disciples. This document has been approved before publishment and will be updated with the times as needed.

The Conservancy

A product of the 1st Edict of Darth Ahandra Horuset, it is a reshaped version of the upper echelons of the powerbase and rulership itself, created to replace the former semi-democratic organ that was the Council. It is a hierarchical structure meant to give power to the strong and intelligent while justly repressing the weak. Darth Horuset herself will be involved in the Conservancy as clearly its head, but other roles and ranks are present within this new organ that will form a pyramid with ranks available only to Household Sith and Sith Lords.

The Hand of Horuset

A role created precisely to fulfil any possible absence of the Dark Lord, second to none but Darth Horuset herself- and her voice whenever she is not present. The Hand is in charge of all internal and external affairs and is responsible for all who serve within the Horuset Powerbase alongside being head of all the Operations and Missions of the Powerbase. As such the Hand has both the most responsibility and accountability. As a token befitting their rank, the Hand usually carries a lightsaber with a rare purple crystal as a badge of office. At its core, the Hand holds the most political and executive power of any position, save for the Dark Lord themselves.

This rank is currently held by Lord Kalkoran.

Envoy of Arcana
Updated to the latest Edict

The Envoy of Arcana is representative of the Powerbase on esoteric matters whenever both the Dark Lord and the Hand are absent or simply not available, often engaging in the understanding of ancient knowledge. In order for a figure to fulfil this rank, certain requirements must be met, such as being intelligent, cunning, erudite and having a silver tongue and of course, having the utmost devotion to the Dark Lord and her Hand. The spheres of focus that the Envoy operates in, assigned Household Ranks and potential other names for the Envoy if the focus is switched are:

Sphere of Ancient Knowledge - Envoy of Arcana
Sphere of Mysteries - Envoy of Inquisition
Sphere of Biotic Science - Envoy of Development

Sith Sorcerer
Sith Preserver
Sith Claviger
Sith Immortus
Sith Alchemist

Currently, this rank is held by Lord Vipion, who has a focus on the sphere of Ancient Knowledge.

Envoy of Resurgence
Updated to the latest Edict

The Envoy of Resurgence is a role to further better the interests and expansion of the Horuset Powerbase, to encompass the roles of Technology and Production & Logistics, such as navigation and materialistic goals. This role will be catered to solve issues within the powerbase, when aligned to issues involving navigation of star systems to better funnel resources to and from the Horuset Powerbase, as well as creating new opportunities for the Horuset Powerbase to grow. In order to fulfil this rank, one must have attentiveness to detail, analysation to the highest degree, managing the ever-changing routes and needs of the Empire, and surround the daily changes on a galactic scale. Too will the individual responsible for this rank be responsible for the influx of goods coming in and out of the Dark Lord's powerbase, holding the trust of the Powerbase leadership. The spheres of focus that the Envoy operates in, assigned Household Ranks and potential other names for the Envoy if the focus is switched are:

Envoy of Tradition
Updated to the latest Edict

The Envoy of Tradition is the supreme enforcer and keeper of the Old Ways and the maintainer of the status quo within the Powerbase. A teacher with a strong hand, spreading the history of the Empire, of the Purebloods, of the one true philosophy- all to the masses and new generations, all whilst acting as the Powerbase's deterrent against heretical presences that wishes to corrupt the Powerbase and root it out with utmost dedication, making an example out of them as often as needed. In order for a figure to fulfil this rank, certain requirements must be met, such as being ruthless, merciless and utterly obedient. This Envoy role has recently encapsulated most of the tasks that were once suited for the old Envoy of Inquisition. The spheres of focus that the Envoy operates in, assigned Household Ranks and potential other names for the Envoy if the focus is switched are:

Envoy of War
Updated to the latest Edict

The Envoy of War is a role meant to further improve communication between the Sith and the Imperials within the Powerbase and lead strategic operations in war during the absence of the Dark Lord and her hand, or if either permits the Envoy to take command. The role sees the Envoy acting as a liaison in the Dark Lord's name, to solve the problems of miscommunication and pride which have constrained the Imperial Forces under Darth Horuset's banner, and this is a major part of the Envoy's role. In order for a figure to fulfil this rank, certain requirements must be met, such as being loyal, disciplined and dutiful, though they must also have a fine understanding of the mechanisms of wartime logistics, strategy and tactics, and be a force of destruction on the battlefield.. The tasks of the Envoy of War, in short, are to act as a mediator between Sith and Imperials, to oversee chosen Imperial squads, and to act as a wartime leader. The spheres of focus that the Envoy operates in, assigned Household Ranks and potential other names for the Envoy if the focus is switched are:

Sphere of Defense of the Empire - Envoy of Imperialism
Sphere of  Military Offense - Envoy of War
Sphere of Military Strategy - Envoy of War

Sith Beastmaster

Obsolete ranks of the Conservancy

The Dark Lord's Fist

A role created precisely to match the Hand's political power, the Fist instead embodies the executive power, enforcing the will of the Dark Lord, carrying out punishment in her name and representing her wrath. All who wrong the Dark Lord will sooner than later meet the Fist, though its role isn't purely regarding handling punishments as it is also the Head of all the Operations and Missions of the Powerbase. Of course, it will be personally responsible for the eradication of heresy and upstairs alongside the support of the Envoy of Purity.

Envoy of Inquisition
Updated to the latest Edict

The Envoy of Inquisition is the raw translation of the Sith Code's line 'Knowledge is Power'. Unlike what the name might suggest at first it is not centred around the rooting of heretics and such, but instead around the sole effort of acquiring any and all information to the Powerbase, through all means preferred. A shadow lurking amidst the other Envoys, yet invaluable, for as the Dark Lord put herself better than most- through knowledge (thus intel on enemy movements or intern conspirations) comes victory. The requirements for this rank are utmost loyalty and dedication to the point of disappearing to the eyes of the many and instead lurking in the shadows.

I write this series of works on the Conservancy and the Household Sith Ranks and their Disciples in hopes of meeting the clarity of governance sought as well as the approval of the Conservancy itself.
