Central Orsus Command
An Imperial hex symbol is displayed before the image of a planet appears on screen, annotated as 'Orsus', the view zooms in: to a continent, to a country sized city, to a district, before then highlighting a stretch of ground and highlighting multiple facts about it. An Imperial announcer introduces it as Central Orsus Command, it then gives way to a full document of data.
"Central Orsus Command, or COC, is the newly constructed Army Command Centre on Orsus that was commissioned by Lord Saltaeon. It is a major bastion of Imperial force in the Northern Territories, designed to resist invasion and uprising and radiate Imperial authority. Further to this it hosts enough command facilities that Generals or Admirals can comfortably use the facility as a headquarters for their operations: sensor suites, communications nexus', banks of tactical consoles. The base is built up to support a major Imperial garrison with armoured support, along with Navy attachments with shuttles and fighter craft, surrounded by a curtain wall fitted with state of the art turbo-laser defense batteries and laser turrets to cover the ground approaches. Built near the center of the the populous heart of Orsus a major park was used as a common battleground during the battle in 24 ATC, the park and surrounding suberbs were levelled to allow the COC to rise up in the city with a 75 metre clearing around all the walls. The details of the COC are available to the Horuset Powerbase as ranking Sith or Army officials may require it's extensive services for operations within the Northern Territories."
The introductory description gives way to a number of categories of expanded information.

Landing Grid
A major set of landing pads, designed for shuttles and Fury Class Interceptors or other multi-crew craft, 120 meters by 80 meters. Capable of landing multiple Assault Shuttles at a single time for rapid arrival or departure of soldiers and resoures. Each grid acts as an elevator that can be linked to neighouring grids to be lowered as a large unit or singularly, allowing access to sub-level shuttle storage for secure storage of multi-crew craft.
Hanger Bay
A heavy building with a wide opening on the south facing side to allow launch and receiving of Supremacy-Class Fighters, the Hanger Bay is several stories high with railings on the ceiling that facilitate Fighters being stored through hanging designs. Smaller elevators are present within the Hanger Bay to remove munitions and Fighters to the sub-levels.
Navy Command
A full wing of flight control towers, sensor arrays, command chambers, briefing rooms, and analysis centres; it is now the ground based command post of the Northern Defence Group. It has private quarters for naval officers, command staff, and pilots, along with all the faiclities that Navy staff require for active service.
Vehicle Engineering
An extension of the garage, it features multiple work bays capable of working small and large vehicles both. The largest it can support is the Imperial Behemoth-Assault Tank, and multiple at a time. There are four elevators of varying size that descend to a basement level that primarily acts as an extended stay workshop and parts storage.
Army Command
Above ground command centre including tactical hubs for army command staff with multiple briefing zones, data collection centres, long range communication arrays and barracks for command officers and their staff. The hub is capable of hosting enough general staff to make up the headquarters of an Army General.
Garage
The main garage for Army vehicles, focusing on the storage of Imperial Behemoth Siege Tanks and Light Troop Transports, with a secondary storage of Imperial Ravager Tri Walkers and Speeder Bikes. The garage features several elevators to lead to the sub-levels, gateways into engineering, and gantries to access the top levels of larger vehicles with ease. The main door opens up directly in front of the main entrance of the C.O.C to allow for rapid deployment.
Primary Barracks
Tower buildings on the main interior roads, each are six stories tall and are capable of housing at least a battalion each. The main divisions inside are between platoons and companies, with officers in the same block as their unit. The ground floor features a communal canteen, and communal hygiene facilities are available on each floor. The top of each building includes an independent comms array and several remote controlled laser turrets along the perimeter.
Secondary Barracks
A longer building that is four stories tall, it replicates much of the same amenities available in the primary barracks. No privilege is afforded by being posted in one barrack or the other, it is a consideration of space and nothing else. The secondary barracks are physically joined to both the armoury and Army Command.
Armoury
Stockpile of infantry weapons and equipment, standard issue gear available across the Imperial Army and in current circulation within the 142nd Division. The on-site quartermaster team have their own barracks here, as well as access to several protocol droids for stock assistance. Each piece of equipment is tagged and counted bi-weekly to ensure theft is controlled.
Power Generator
Primary generator for the entire facility, using industrial fuel to keep running. Similar in nature to the generators found in smaller warships. There are several emergency links to the power grid of the surrounding city that maintain priority in the case of an internal failure, the infrastructure will prioritise military needs over civilian.
Main Entrance
The entrance to the facility is a wide wall flanked by two towers, each peaked by a turbolaser cannon. The towers themselves each host a squad for garrison duty, a floor near the top opens up to allow for clear sightlines and to fire out of the tower with infantry weapons or mounted blaster cannons. The ground floor has a sensor suite to watch the road for approaching infantry or vehicles. The towers join to a curtain wall, each corner having a similar tower to those found at the entrance. The wall cannot be patrolled, but at regular intervals the interior side has ladders to climb to the top to make repairs to turrets or to install gangways if available.
Bellow Ground Facilities
Landing Grid: Sub Level
Extension of the main landing grid, each grid segment is an elevator that withdraws to the sub-levels, rails allow shuttles and fighter craft to be moved into the hangar bay sub-levels, and tunnels connect to engineering.
Hanger Bay: Sub Level
Extension of the hangar bay, intended primarily as storage for fighters and access to maintenance parts not used by engineering, along with minor facilities for naval staff.
Garage: Sub Level
Sub-level storage for vehicles not used daily for patrols, extends for 2 levels beneath the garage. Two elevators allow for movement between levels.
Engineering: Sub Level
Two sub-level floors of engineering, intended for jobs with longer durations and the storage of extensive amounts of spare parts. Also capable of serving the hangar bay and landing grid. Primary facilities are managed from here including the internal power network, air filtration, running water, and service droids.
Primary Barracks: Sub Level
Sub-level extension of the primary barracks buildings, extending for three levels underground. The primary barracks above ground are two separate buildings, the sub-levels bridge the gap between the two buildings. They also feature all the same amenities as expected.
Armoury: Sub Level
The sub-levels for the armoury extend four levels, and serve as cold storage for mass equipment like ammo packs, weapons not in daily use, and larger equipment such as blaster assault cannons. Heavily reinforced against bombardment.
Army Command: Sub Level
Further barracks for command staff, emergency rooms for briefing when under attack, and extensive data archives for all data kept longer than 12 months. Can be used by Naval Command if the primary facilities for the Imperial Navy become unavailable. Heavily reinforced against bombardment.
Secondary Barracks: Sub Level
Extension of the secondary barracks, has three sub-levels. Featuring all the same amenities as the above ground barracks.
Tunnels
All sections of the sub-level facilities are connected by several daily use access tunnels and emergency maintenance tunnels, allowing for total traversal from one side of the facility to the other without ever going above ground. Emergency exits lead into Orsus sewar lines, they are heavily watched and can only be opened from the inside.

War in the Northern Territories
The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!
 |
"The Northern Territories shift under the weight of changing times. With the passage of the ICOT, internal strife amongst Imperial Forces in the North has lessened - though never abated. Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."
((OOC: The Balance of Power system has begun! Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state at the start of the next war arc will determine how strong the Republic will be in the area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
