Public Call for Operation Team Assembly

Attached to the file would be a prerecorded holomessage, which would play when selected. The form of Apprentice Rhysand Sekker appeared a moment later in the classical cyan-white hues of a holographic transmission, the electric tinge accentuating some features on the young Pureblood while diminishing others. Rhysand stood with his hands clasped in the small of his back, the armoured plating on his chest and shoulders shifting slightly as he stood. He’d faintly look to the left and began speaking, his deep voice authoritative and stern.

“Recently, a revolt broke out in one of the slave camps on the planet of Iccudia, near Belkadan in the far reaches of the Northern Territories. Through the efforts of the Horuset Powerbase, this was quelled, and the ringleaders were terminated.

“Now, the lieutenants of the revolt, the seconds-in-command, are being executed to inspire fear in the remaining product. However, word has reached me that a faction of the revolting slaves is planning to rescue them and resume the revolt. This cannot be tolerated. Your task is simple: prevent the rescue, and secure the facility for the Horuset Powerbase.

“This mission has the favour of my Master, Sith Andnoa. Those who complete it can pursue a reward from him, or from me.”

With that, the hologram flickered and faded from view, leaving the viewer to access the rest of the provided information.

Location: Slave Camp #51, Iccudia, Dalonbian Sector, Tingel Arm
OOC Location: Evocii Camp, Nal Hutta

Objective: In this task, there will be two Primary Objectives and one Secondary Objective:

Primary Objective I: Prevent the prisoner rescue

Primary Objective II: Secure the facility

Secondary Objective I: Execute the lieutenants

Timeframe: The Operation Team will have a month to complete the Operation.

The 31st of August will be the deadline.

Estimated Party Size: Apprentice Sekker recommends a party size of three to five.

Three means planning when to set a date for the Operation for three people with a hard cap of absolutely no more than five. Please find a GM from within this number.

Rewards: From Apprentice Sekker or Sith Andnoa:
  • Sith Acolytes may ask for a lesson in a Core or Adept Power.
  • Sith Apprentices and Neophytes may ask for a lesson in an advanced power.
  • Household Sith and Imperials may approach to discuss a reward.

Reminder: Assets are not to be earned or taken in these, they are not meant to be for accumulating stuff. Some money and a few trophies might be gained but never anything large.

Feeding the War Machine II - Mission Report

Mission Objectives:
Primary Objective I: Prevent the prisoner rescue
Primary Objective II: Secure the facility
Secondary Objective I: Execute the prisoners

Mission Participants:
Apprentice Mayaz
Sergeant Kienix
Specialist Codri
Acolyte Krixxus

Mission Report:

The camp was found in a sorry state, an Ensign who flaunted protocol in blatant distrust of his men. Whilst Apprentice Mayaz questioned the Ensign on the execution's procedure I identified a guard outside who wore ill fitting armour and radiated anxiety, when pressed they could not present an Imperial ID and wore a broken slave collar under their ill-fitting armour.

Ensign Valik's co-operation was secured when his multiple failings for Imperial protocol:
- Wearing a cape, which is a uniform accessory not accessible to Ensigns
- Failing to address Sith properly
- Failing to implement the most basic security protocols, slaves with stolen armour and no ID were able to infiltrate a guard post outside his office

When threatened with demotion and relocation to the front lines the Ensign co-operated fully and transferred control of base security to myself. Soldiers were ordered to remove their helmets and droids, along with verified soldiers, began a sweep of all soldiers in the camp. Disrupting some of the rebel's attempts by identifying infiltrators. It was at this point where Apprentice Mayaz moved to inspect the execution proceedings for security threats.

An attack on the base was led by two imposters, but the revolt leader had infiltrated Ensign Reena's guard and she was killed. Apprentice Mayaz quickly captured Ori Von, the rebel leader, and turned him over to the remaining camp security. Specialist Codri secured the assault walker as the pilot had been replaced by a rebel infiltrator. I organised a defensive line against the rebel attack and led the charge, preventing any further slaves entering to disrupt the continued execution. Sergeant Kienix held the shuttle and kept it secure against rebels who wished to capture it.

I suggest that Ensign Valik retains his position as head of the camp as I believe his loyalty has been secured, he will serve Horuset interests on the fear that his failures will lead to a reallocation to the front lines and regular performance checks will ensure his standards do not fall again.

Ongoing Crisis
War in the Northern Territories

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

"The Northern Territories shift under the weight of changing times. With the passage of the ICOT, internal strife amongst Imperial Forces in the North has lessened - though never abated. Although the momentum of the Republic has not yet been met entirely, fortification efforts and victorious naval campaigns have evened the footing at least slightly. Eyes align on systems such as Vykos, Nam'ta and Orsus to see how this proceeds.."

((OOC: The Balance of Power system has begun! Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state at the start of the next war arc will determine how strong the Republic will be in the area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
