Trakaton's form would blaze to life in the classic display of a holographic transmission, the electric blue tinge accenting some features while diminishing others. A hierarchical structure that gives power to the strong and intelligent, while repressing the weak. The Conservancy is headed by Darth Horuset herself. I, Lord Kalkoran, have been named the Hand of Horuset. The Hand of Horuset answers only to Darth Horuset and speaks with her voice on all matters. The Hand oversees all internal and external affairs of the Powerbase and is responsible for every member of the Powerbase. Lord Sanguinis has been named the Fist of Horuset, the executive position to the Hand's political. It is the Fist of Horuset that oversees the enforcing of the Dark Lord's will alongside the eradication of heresy and upstarts."
"Four more individuals serve within the governing body of the Horuset Powerbase. Known as the Envoys of the Conservancy. As of the fourth edicts, each of the Envoy positions remains vacant."
The Envoy of Sight: "Serving the Hand of Horuset, they act when neither Darth Horuset herself or the Hand are available. They represent the diplomatic arm of the Conservancy, an ambassador to spread Darth Horuset's will to the corners of the galaxy. They are expected above all to be intelligent, cunning, silver-tongued and utterly devoted to the Dark Lord herself."
The Envoy of Ritual: "Serving the Hand of Horuset, they represent the culture of the Old Ways of the Sith. The envoy sees the protection of the history of the Pure as a primary calling and they seek to spread amongst the Powerbase the one true philosophy to the Disciples of the Powerbase."
The Envoy of Purity: "Serving the Fist of Horuset, they are responsible for the rooting out of heresy within the Horuset Powerbase. The Fist of Horuset will often work closely with the Envoy of Purity on matters of internally keeping the ranks of the Powerbase free of undesirables."
The Envoy of Imperialism: "Serving the Fist of Horuset, they are the direct contact between the Conservancy and the Imperials within the Horuset Powerbase on a daily basis. They ensure that orders passed down from the Conservancy to the Troops are not misunderstood, keeping such lines of communication efficient and used correctly. The Envoy of Imperialism is expected to be the primary Sith to fight alongside such troops in the war to come."
"Alongside such a decree of the Conservancy, it was proclaimed that House Kalkoran is no longer a vassal of House Horuset. Each of the Kalkoran line are no longer bound to those of the Horuset by vassalage, but by the sway of the former."

Sith Blademaster: The Sith Blademaster is renowned in the use of each Lightsaber Form. The Marks of Contact, the Forms of Combat and their associated foot and bladework is well known to the Sith Blademaster. Expected to pass on the teachings of the Forms to Apprentices and above within the Horuset Powerbase, the Sith Blademaster likewise will teach the first of the Forms to the Acolytes. On matters of the blade, the Dark Lord herself will consult the Sith Blademaster."

Sith Warrior: "The Sith Warrior is the battle-hardened combative Sith that is expected to be on the very front lines of the battlefield. It is the Sith Warrior that will instil within the Powerbase how to survive a battlefield and is expected to known an amount of tactics and strategy as a result of their time spent fighting on the war front."

Sith Sorcerer: "The Sith Sorcerer is the pinnacle of Kizia and Sorcery within the Horuset Powerbase and is expected to assist the Dark Lord herself on matters of Sorcery. Expected to known a mixture of high level incantations and rituals, they oversee the hoarding and guarding of the Horuset Powerbase's tomes on the subject. Expected to pass on such teachings to a select few, the Sith Sorcerer can ensure that the ways of Sorcery are not forgotten within the Horuset Powerbase."

Sith Alchemist: The Sith Alchemist is the pinnacle of alchemical knowledge within the Horuset Powerbase. Expected to know the inner workings of the most difficult and long-forgotten techniques, the Sith Alchemist is expected to stoke the embers of interest within the Horuset Powerbase for such a subtle yet powerful craft. The Dark Lord herself will consult the Sith Alchemist on matters of Alchemy.

Lorekeeper: The Lorekeeper gathers and hoards the knowledge that the Horuset Powerbase has collected throughout the millennia of its existence and makes some of such knowledge publicly available within the Horuset Archives situated within Th'Asidra and the Horuset Spire. Expected to know the Archives with full recollection, the Dark Lord herself will consult the Lorekeeper on matters of the Horuset Powerbase's wider knowledge.

Overseer: The Overseer is the pinnacle of teaching within the Horuset Powerbase. Expected to pass on the foundations of many abilities and powers, the Overseer directly interacts with both Acolytes and Apprentices alike as they instruct them in the ways of the force, blade and mind alike. Reporting directly to the Dark Lord herself on which Acolytes are exceeding expectations, the Overseer ensures that the strong rise and the weak fall.

"By the command of the Dark Lord of the Horuset Powerbase, the security of Th'Asidra and the Horuset Spire has been upgraded. Working on facial recognition, any whom are not part of the direct Horuset Powerbase will be barred from entry unless invited by one of the Conservancy."

"By the decree of Darth Horuset herself, with the centralisation of the Powerbase she has deemed to begin to root out the rot that has taken root inside the Powerbase. As such, a return to prior codes will be brought about. An Apprentice is to look like an Apprentice. Any whom is not of Sith rank or above is outright prohibited from dressing alike a superior, the grandest of displays involving shoulder guards befitting those above the rank of apprentice. This edict serves as a reminder to all who hear the will of Darth Horuset that if you intend to adorn yourself with such tokens of authority, you will earn them first."

"By the grace of Darth Horuset herself, Acolytes may now earn the privedlege of carrying an Vibrosword as opposed to their Training Blade. Should an Apprentice or above deem the Acolyte worthy of such an honour, they may allow the Acolyte of carrying such a token of superiority. In addition, those at the head of a Mission or Operation may equip their entire batch of Acolyte followers with Vibroswords for the duration of that specific mission. After the conclusion of such a mission, the vibrosword is expected to be returned by all who do not have the honour to keep it. A supply of Vibroswords has been made available to the Apprentices and Neophytes of the Horuset Powerbase."

"The Black Ops Squad, the pinnacle of Imperial expertise within the Horuset Powerbase is now tied to the Dark Lord herself personally. They have become the Dark Lord's personal squad, operating under the Horuset sun itself. A weapon to be used by the Dark Lord, any who interfere with their business are seen as interfering with the business of Darth Horuset herself. As such, Captain Koren was returned to his former rank of Major and has been reinstated at the head of the Black Ops squad."
