Horuset Bestiary

Official documentation drafted by Lord Sanguinis, Beastmaster of House Horuset and Sith Sarias. Public listings are available to the general powerbase on the Horuset holonet. Private listings are granted with the permission of the Beastmaster.

The Submitting of Beasts

Should one encounter/and or capture a beast they wish to submit for use in the Horuset bestiary, the form below is to be used and posted as a new item in this document within the Horuset database. The entry will then be added to the current listings with the relevant detail:

Description:
Describe in short the appearance of the beast(s). If multiple, describe overall appearance and if any has noteworthy features

Public Listing

One Bogstalker: Niz (male)
Description:
Flesh is poisonous and lethal to most species in the known galaxy. Brown and green skin, wingspan of 1,7 meters, body length 85cm (tail to head). A slow flyer.
Personality:
- Submissive, alert, cowardice, intelligent
Ongoing Assignments: Undergoing research by Sith Sarias
Notes:
- Was brought in as a result on a lesson on the fauna of Taris, during the Expedition to Taris.
- Tail, head and talons fitted with blades able to rip through most armour.


One Enhanced Womp Rat: Max (male)
Description:
An exceptionally large womp rat, clearly having had extensive testing done to enhance its capabilities. Has leathery flesh which is tough to the touch, with a muscle build mixed with its claws which makes it a capable beast.
Personality: Aggressive and ravenous.
Ongoing Assignments: Study to find out possible reasoning for condition, bend into submission.
Notes:
- Mind seems just as incapable as an ordinary womp rat, will use to advantage.
- Brought in by an outside source


Two Dalgo's: Snoia (male) & Mudasoki (male)
Description:
Horse-like creatures in shape and size. They stand at 2,8 meters in height, possess bright orange skins and deep purple eyes. Can run at an average galloping speed of 45 kph.
Personality:
- Proud, loyal, curious
Ongoing Assignments: Hands-on training to respond to particular commands - Mudasoki working to be manually bonded to Sarias.
Note: Female specimen should be obtained when possible
Extra Notes:
- Mudasoki possessed a curious resistance to Animal Bond.


Four Vine Cats: Yaruzk (male) , Zarknul (male), Zekrul (female), Unnamed (female)
Description:
Each one is a different shade of green, ranging from a sickly yellow green to a bright vibrant colour. They have strong powerful limbs as well as powerful jaws. Each has a tail. Yaruzk has a noticeable scarring on his face from fights that made him the beta among them with myself as Alpha. (Hirak)
Personality: Independent often with some form of familial bond when it comes to hunting.
Ongoing Assignments: Breeding them and pack hunting.

- Brought in via an outside source.

One Primate: Zarrious (male)
Description: A primate of a brown-grey color with short fur covering larger patches of its body, leaving feet and hands as well as a portion of its face free of hair. Yellow eyes has a slight glow in dimmed light. Stands at about a meter in height, with a tail half a meter long used for gripping and balancing during climbs in trees.
Personality: A strong curiosity and more passive personality, Due to its separation from its family unit, this acceptance of visits or closeness is likely spawned from it. It displays some sentience, holding an intellect level compared to that of an average human toddler.
Ongoing Assignments: Not yet designated
Notes:
-Captured by Lord Sanguinis during the rescue of Horuset forces on Aris following the downing of a republic vessel with them on board.


One Wingmaw: Naktis (female)
Description:
Body length of just over 1 meter, measuring a total of 1 1/2 meter from tail tip to snout. Its wingspan is slightly large for its size, permitting gliding and longer flight before required rest. Grey body with traces of a faint green in the leather spanning between the wings, slightly beady dark eyes and a flexible neck. Excellent sight and smell.
Personality: Aggressive and quite fierce personality, holds some intelligence. If kept fed it has shown to be more docile towards its food provider.
Ongoing Assignments: Undergoing flight training following recovery from break of left wing - Being bonded to Neophyte Kalkoran.
Notes:
-Captured by Sith Tarati during scouting operation on Plooma. Due to its smaller size, was brought with Neophyte Kalkoran to Dromund Kaas following a brief return, thus surviving the bombing
-The listing has not been updated since its creation. Attempt to access further information as to Naktis further whereabouts requires permission from Lord Sanguinis or Sith Sarias, whom is dated as the last one to be in possession of it.


Three Ferrazid Hounds: Ferax (male) , Zarid (male) and Eraz (male)
Description:
Each are from the same litter with minor detailings on their hide to indicate that they’re different. Spots that are black, some larger than usual cover the tough hide. Beady eyes help see in the dark.
Personality: Playful when alone but vicious pack hunters.
On Going Assignments: Training in the Bestiary.
Notes:
- Brought in by Sith Siors from Taris


Five K'lor'Slugs: Kiti (female), Uras (male) & Tishaka (female).
Mati & Nati (male and female)
Description:
Tishaka is notably larger and has a darker pigment than Kiti and Uras. It remains to be seen if this is a sign of a potential broodmother. Kiti and Uras unremarkable from normal K’lor’slugs.
Personality:
- Ravenous & aggressive
Ongoing Assignments: In custody and under study by Sith Sarias. Mainly to identify if Tishaka is a potential queen.
Notes:
- Were brought in by Neophyte Sazriva when they were mere eggs.


One Nexu: Vurai (Male)
Description:
Four (glowing) red eyes capable of viewing infrared wavelengths. 94 centimeters in height and 4,4 meters in length including the tail. It's long, forked tail and the quills along it's spine are used to swing from tree branch to tree branch.
Personality:
- Vicious, calculating & opportunistic
Ongoing Assignments: Bestiary training
Notes:
- It's capable of seeing infrared wavelengths, this will be used to teach it certain commands.
- Sharp talons and teeth sharp enough to cut through most armour.


One Carrier Butterfly: Woti (male)
Description:
The butterfly is larger than most of its kin, being or 49 centimeters in length and 14 centimeters in height. The specimen has perfectly shaped light purple coloured wings and tail. It’s light grey eyes inside it’s head which possess low-light vision. If he doesn’t mimic a message, it’s sound can be experienced as soothing.
Personality:
- Loyal, playful and caring.
Ongoing Assignments: Training environmental resistance.
Notes:
- Brought in by Sith Razia whilst on Maridun
- When it's under stress its not capable of completing full messages.


One Tuk'ata: Challenger (male)
Description:
Stands at around 122 centimetres at it's apex whilst it's blue hued skin stretches across a very muscular physique. Two pronged horns come out of it's jowls at the side. Deep yellow eyes. Not as heavy as other Tuk'ata (slain albeit), yet more agile
Personality: Has shown signs of backing down at extreme displays of the dark side. Basic intelligence but in the beginning stages of understanding of commands. Ambitious, stubborn.
Ongoing Assignments: Breaking the fully grown Tuk'ata into submission
Notes:
- Captured by Zutauha Ronith on Korriban
- Responds immediately to Force Subjugate.
- Age seemingly lengthens the time of a completed, unwavering Animal Bond.


Five Yozusk: Oxor (Male), Oxara (female), Vseahn (male), Unnamed mother and offspring (offspring not yet gendered)
Description:
A bulky, mottle mess of armoured carapace and flesh. A high rise crown extends off the back of it’s head, sprung short legs at the back for leaping whilst the rest of it’s body is almost covered head to two with a green hardened skin resin. Only it’s joints are uncovered for the ease of movement and the back of it’s head. Beady yellow eyes and tusks protruding from its maw.
Oxara: Somewhat on the shorter side
Unnamed Mother: Large scar on the left leg from capture
Personality: Aggressive and territorial. (Oxor), Introvert and nervous (Oxara), Skittish and cautious yet quite fierce if threatened (Vseahn). Aggressive, protective and fierce (Mother), nervous and easily scared (offspring)
Ongoing Assignments: Breaking it’s will for independence (Oxor). Shaping it into a dominant personality (Oxara), Growth and proper nutrition intake + training (Vseahn), Mother and offspring scheduled for training, with the young monitored for its health (Mother and Offspring)
Notes:
- Vseahn captured by Sith Sarias during a lesson. Mother + offspring captured during an acolyte task.


Three Asharl Panthers: Rass'ah(large male, white), K'surt(smaller female, blue), Ttozi(male, grey)
Description:
Panthers don't lack eyes but rely mainly on large sensory organs protruding from either shoulders. The smaller ones at 2 meters and the large at 3, long claws and teeth as well as a heavy, swift bodies. The three captured individuals are a family unit, thus they can function together.
Rass’ah is the established Alpha
Personality: Mainly active during the night, they are rather cautious and aggressive if given reason to. Rass'ah in particular is quite aggressive except during feeding time.
Ongoing Assignments: Rass'ah allocated to Sith Sarias to conduct training in animal bond and for studies. All three currently handled by Sith Sarias for the purposes of breeding and experiments.
Notes:
- Captured by Neophyte Kalkoran, assisted by Apprentice Tashha, as per a task from Lord Sanguinis to secure beast(s) for the Horuset Beastiary.

Private Listing

-Personal use of the Beastmaster-

One Mawvorr: Raseri (Ras - male)
Description:
A large, adolescent Mawvorr creature imprinted on from birth by Hirak. Deep purple colour, large fangs and exceptionally strong as displayed by it's muscular extremities. Two large horns flank either side of it’s head with it’s regal neckguard flourishing a deep shade of blue behind it. Similar shades of the same bio hardened material flank it’s back with smaller instances leading to it’s tail. Three large claws on each foot and frontal shin guards on the two front legs.
Head and plume height sit at just under 138 centimetres.
Personality: Vicious but very loyal. Well trained, strong independence. A stalker of sorts - a note of warning when entering the Kalkoran estate unannounced.
Ongoing Assignments: Continuing combat training during its ascent into maturity and testing the natural back plating with physical trauma.
Notes:
- Had no need to utilise Force Subjugate due to the imprint and animal bond.
- Adept at combat exercises. Listens well and responds to trained commands.
- Incredible instinct.
- Tests on natural back plating complete, can resist vibroblade strikes for a period before cracking.


One Manka Cat: Corin (female)
Description:
A young, vibrant beast that barely has grown it’s larger tusks but within it’s jaw are a set of very sharp, albeit small, teeth. Has since its gifting grown into an adult.
Personality: Playful and experimental
Ongoing Assignments: Disciplining until adolescence (yet to be updated for its adult form)
Notes:
- A gift from the previous Lorekeeper Jadie


Dragon Slug: Anarchus (male)
Description:
A large, fire-breathing toad native to Hoth.
Personality: Aggressive and angry. Violent unless calmed.
Ongoing Assignments: Standing guard on the Hoth facility owned by the Kalkoran Powerbase.
Notes:
- A gift from Soyut Vipion.


One Akk Dog: Agrias (Male)
Description:
An fully matured Akk Dog. A dull orange colour. It’s armoured hide is a darker shade of brown. Small eyes, a top of the head is covered. All the scales on the creature’s body are kept in immaculate condition and evidently cleaned.
Personality: The cerature is fun and playful, as one would imagine of a creature well loved by the Jedi. However, under the effects of my training I have made it a rather useful shield. It has no qualms when ordered.
Ongoing Assignments: Testing against lightsabers.
Notes:
- Bought by Darth Archayon as a gift.


One Nexu: Ater(male)
Description: A completely melinistic Nexu. Large claws that could tear through most armour, it’s like a shadow.
Personality: Calculating and proud.
On Going Assignments: Training for combat exercises. Assigned as mate to a female nexu in Sith Sarias’ care (Irazia) - initial stages begun.
Notes:
- Recovered during a mission where a Queen Frynock was encountered.



Private Listing
-Personal use of Sith Sarias and the Beastmaster-


Four Mailocs: Durmar (male), Valas (male), Dol (male) & Waira (female, Queen)
Description:
Three worker Mailocs and a single Queen Mailoc. The workers are all or 40 centimeters in size whilst the Queen, Waira flies at 1 meter in size.
Personality:
- Hyperactive, excitable, nervous & territorial
Ongoing Assignments: Breeding program and research, current possessed by Sith Sarias.
Notes:
- They were captured during an operation
- Large elongated stingers are capable of piercing most armour and shields at sufficient speed.
- When excited they release a high-pitched screech - temporarily deafen those without ear protection.


Two Purella's: Naishas (male) & Urs (male)
Description:
A pair of adult male Purella’s. Naishas is 50 centimeters and a height of 200 centimeters. Urs, holds a length of 55 centimeters and at a height or 202 centimeters. Their eight-legged bodies are coloured deep red chitinous armour, were bristle haired, possessed four barbed pincers & four dark orange eyes. Yellow saliva. Naishas would have a distinct scar across both left eyes.
Personality:
- Vicious, Proud & Sadistic
Ongoing Assignments: Assigned to by-weekly poison harvesting and research purposes. In Sith Sarias’ possession for such purposes. Also under training to use the spitting on command.
Notes:
- Captured on the planet of Yavin Eight.
- Naishas has shown an increased speed whilst moving across the black webbing.
- Urs does possess great strength in its legs, being capable of crushing average bones by simply walking over them.
- The black webbing seems to be hardening like a glue if a large quantity is close together.
- The yellow saliva is capable of dissolving armour, weapons and flesh alike (feeding method)


Three Ruping: Dziana (female) - 2 offspring (1 male, 1 female - not yet named)
Description:
It stands tall at 4,4 meters with a wingspan just below the average of its species at 14 meters. Its skin color is that of a deep orange, almost maroon, and on the inside of its leathery wings it has a total of 8 spots on each wing, another mark of its maturity. Across various areas of its body there are light scars present, yet none to stand out, and the specimen is in fit condition.
Its two offspring holds the colors of faint red(male), while the other is a dirty brown (female). Both are as of this time about 3 meters tall with a wingspan of 6-7 meters. Not yet fully grown.
Personality:
- Protective, territorial when separated, aggressive to strangers. Noted to have displayed playful tendencies when in a relaxed mood.
Ongoing Assignments: In possession of Sith Sarias. Bonding of Dziana to Sith Sarias, with the female and male offspring being kept separated for eventual breeding. Each are permitted time with the mother each week.
Notes:
- Brought in by Sith Razia initially, when the young were infants in their nest still.
- Adept at combat and flight exercises. Listens well and responds to trained commands. (Dziana)

One(1) Shyrack male - Unnamed.
Description:
Young but sexually adult male, 120cm wingspan. Grey skin, slightly enlarged foreclaws.
Personality:
Shows curiosity towards new environment, otherwise ravenous.
Ongoing Assignments: N/A
Notes: Recovered from unnamed tomb on Korriban by Acolyte Wradaii Sutta'Qo, presented to Sith Sarias for breeding/experimentation/fodder purposes.

Two(2) Shyrack females - Unnamed.
Description:
Young females, both sexually mature. One has a wingspan of 104cm and the other 111cm. The smaller has a pale-brown tint to its skin, the larger the same grey as the male.
Personality:
Both have been docile since captivity, though they showed interest and curiosity when introduced to the male.
Ongoing Assignments: N/A
Notes: The smaller was retrieved from the tomb of Tulak Hord on Korriban, the larger from the tomb of Marka Ragnos, by Acolyte Wradaii Sutta'Qo. Both presented to Sith Sarias for breeding/experimentation/fodder purposes.

3 Hissis - Izasik (female), Ziureti (Watcher in Sith, Male), Hadzuska (Shadow in Sith, Male)
Description:
Izasik (pale grey-green) is the largest of the three, measuring 3 and a half meters in length, standing just over 2 and a half meters in height. Ziureti (Bright green) is half a meter smaller in both regards, with Hadzuska (Very dark green) being just shy of 2 meters, standing a meter and a half tall.

All three hold poisoned maws and claws and should be handled with extreme caution. In addition, they are capable of masking their visible presence entirely for the naked eye, and their gradual dark sided influence on their surroundings make them unfit for normal storage.

Personality:
Izasik - Aggressive, dominant, protective, Ziureti - Cautious, vicious, submissive to Izasik, Hadzuska) - Curious, protective, in despair.

Ongoing Assignments: In recovery from injuries sustained during capture. Bonding process of Hadzuska to Sith Sarias after loss of its partner begun. Izasik to be bonded to Lord Sanguinis - current commands and deadline for breeding to be done being evaluated.

Notes:
- Captured during task given by Sith Sarias to Apprentice Tutam and his selected team.
-This is to be allocated under Sith Sarias' Private listings until the exact circumstance of the Hssis' uses can be settled on by the Beastmaster.

One Zeldrate: Zac (male)
Description:
Large reptile, big claws for cutting, sleek body built for speed, current length 170cm Head to tail.
Personality:
- Aggressive, territorial, stubborn
Ongoing Assignments: Hunting aide to whomever access was provided. Contact Sith Sarias for access.
Notes:
- Was brought in as a result of a hunting trip on Plooma
- Talons fitted with blades able to rip through most armour.

One Sand panther
Discription:
Vhaan, named such by Apprentice Vyrinne Zynn, is an adult male Sand panther. He is estimated to be around the age of seven years, allthough it is hard to tell, but can live up fifteen years. His golden colored fur is soft and he has a black plum on the end of his tail and black tuffs on his ears. Despite all this he does not look very approachable. A blasterbolt has scarred his face. A piece of his left upper lip is missing, revealing sharp teeth wich normally would be hidden while his mouth is closed, giving him a menacing appearance. Along that he has broad paws with sharp claws, known to be poisonous with no known cure; one scatch is lethal.
He is an agile build feline, a true Assassin amongst beasts despite his size, being 132cm from toe to shoulder and his tail included makes him 389cm long.

Personality:
Dominant, agressive to strangers, submissibe around Vyrinne, protective, territorial

Ongoing Assignments:
In Vyrinne her personal Beastiary, not accesible for others without authorization. He recently was brought to Plooma to be trained, now being somewhat used to Vyrinne and bonded to her.

Notes:
Some time after Orsus was captured Vyrinne went back. Lord Sanguinis had given her the task to bring in a worthy creature to prove herself worthy of the title Assistant Beastmaster.
